Quite happy with their work. If there was one thing they need to work on is communication. But still going to give them 5 out of 5. They did what they said they would do and I figure they even went a little further. So all went all quite happy.

One of the greatest places I ve ever done business. Harold held go-karts for me and worked out all the details via internet and phone. I traveled 2 1/2 hours to get to his shop, and was completely satisfied with my purchase. Thanks for working with me!

Terrific place. Staff was helpful and answered any questions I had. They aren't afraid to let you know if theres a better deal or if your equipment just isn't worth it and I really appreciated that guys. Also they know how to work a damn good deal. Ill be back for that other ATV guys!

I've pasted by this place so many times and never thought of getting any ATV's or go-karts from them but the quality and the customer service is beyond words. They helped me get into what I was looking for not only for my wife and myself but also for all of our kids. These people are extremely knowledgeable and reasonable on help and prices I recommend anybody to them. Thank you everyone at Carlsbad Small Engine.

Great Service !!! With very affordable deals on dirt bikes very highly recommend . Harold and his Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful they answered questions that may come up with my son dirt bike very honest and a Great place to buy dirt bike. Carlsbad small engine deserve a 5 stars !!!!!

Do not buy anything from here! After over paying $950 for a chinese 125cc 4 wheeler, the carb was pouring out fuel, the front tires were extremely loose and the chain guard fell off all within the first day we received it. None of it a big deal, I stopped by to ask about fixing it and a gentleman there said to just drop it off and it will be taken care of. It was taken in to be fixed and was informed by a different gentleman that since it was 4 days over over the 30 day from purchase mark it would not be covered. Yes it should have been taken in sooner but everyone gets busy. After saying I won't pay for it to be fixed I would just take it they gave me a rude and sarcastic remark and left. Again do not buy anything here!

Takes a really long time for them to finish working on my UTV every time i take it in. I d call to follow up and it wouldn t even be in the shop, after a long time after i dropped it off there. One worker was rude telling me i need to get out of the way so a customer can exit the parking lot.

If you are looking for an off-road vehicle, look no more. This place has many options. They have awesome costumer service and really take care of you. They go the extra mile for you. I am glad I went here.

They are pretty much throwing old parts on your lawn mower, took my lawn mower in for a service, spark plug, filter, fuel filter and what not. they did replace everything but left part of a rag in the carb and ran for a few minutes then clogged up the carb and would not run. I pulled it apart, granted I took it to them because I really don't know what im doing, but I got it apart and found the blockage. when I pulled the spark plug it did look new but very old, maybe old stock from the 70,s? not sure just beware they make promises they can keep I called 3 times on 2-1-19 and never could get a answer or at least a half refund. stay away. they will hustle you out of your hard earned money and then have to go back and redo it yourself.

Bought a 2019 bashan storm 250 enduro dirt bike for a 1/4 the price of a name brand bike it s a great bike rides and runs great all the guys that work there are more then willing to help with any questions or issues that you have definitely go check them out if you re wanting an off-road vehicle

Wow, great customer service. Broke down on trip with bearing failing on trailer. Got me fixed up and even worked on Sunday. Not many places available to help you on a weekend.
