4/11/2024 @3:45Avoid this place. Ladies in the counter are rude and no costumer service.I was looking at the fridge magnets and one of them fell because they were stacked together but I didn t break them. Then I heard the lady in the counter making comments about people touching their merchandise and breaking them. When I was about to pay, the cashier who looks like she doesn t like what she s doing, told me in a rude tone to come to different register and after paying, she handed me my items and said Here you go! in a dismissive tone. Not recommended especially when you have kids.

Bowlins Blue Water Outpost. This little gift shop is absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The store offers great quality souvenirs and a wide variety of items. I would definitely go back for another visit. Overall, a fantastic place to shop for unique finds!

Miss Caroline (Manager) was very considerate and a sweet lady. Being the very first time in the store was very nice. I will not suggest a Dairy Queen just because of a certain incident but Miss Caroline made it better. But I highly recommend walking around the store itself because there are so many cute items and unique different knickknacks that someone might like. They have some really beautiful backpacks and purses. I had bought myself some moccasins.I'm so excited!

The outside of the building makes you feel like you're at the wrong spot. It looks like a dairy queen with gas pumps lol.LOTS of cool gifts here!! Very inexpensive Mexican ponchos, geodes, fireworks, magnets, shirts, jewelry, and MUCH MUCH more souvenirs. Definitely a nice place to stop! There is also a DQ in the shop.Bathrooms at large, but definitely outdated. It doesn't feel like there's AC in the place - it's HOT! So don't expect to cool off here.If this review was helpful, leave me a like and a follow! We're road tripping and getting married! Leaving reviews along the way!

High gas prices and extremely rude staff at the DQ. Employee very rude regarding parts of my order missing, and all but called me a liar over a missing cup of dressing. After showing my receipt she gave it to me without any kind of apology.

OMG!! This place hit the spot on the way home from a long trip. Not only did they have snacks, souvenir's, jewelry and FIREWORKS, but they also had Dairy Queen!! The people were welcoming and we sat down rested and ate before we left.

One of the most friendly and professional gas station, gift shop and DQ Restaurant I've ever experienced traveling across the US. I broke down while heading to FL. The manager and staff treated like a friend or family for 5 days of frustration. I observe first hand they treated everyone with the same courteous manner, not seen or experienced on the road these days. 10 out of 10 rating. 10

Probably not worth the stop. Unless you have to pee. DQ was outdated and more expensive. Shirts and nik naks were okay. Fireworks selection looked big.

Nice little jewelry/fireworks/dairy queen/gas station/convenience store. We stopped in for some ice cream, Dairy Queen was busy with ice cream and food orders, but waited for 20 mins from stepping in the door and back out. Two star deduction cause it was so so hot inside the building, there was air blowing in but it was mostly hot humid air. We wanted to browse but it was so hot we couldn't stand it and had to leave earlier than we wanted to.

Such a lovely place. Clean bathroom. Very nice people. Only bad thing is the parking lot. Full of pot holes. Very ruff.

Very clean rest rooms and large selection of snacks. In addition to being very convenient off Interstate, the gas prices were very low. The staff greeted us immediately and were so helpful pointing out restrooms and advising of realistic driving times.

I really enjoy stopping at this place when we get the chance to drive through because they have so many different great reasonably priced items. The staff always says hello when we go in. The only issue I have is the parking lot is very dusty from all the wind that goes through the area but there is plenty of parking. I must say though it would be nice if the employees could smile I would feel a little more welcome but it's not always about the customer service that makes a business successful. I believe there's a lot more to it than that, so we will keep going back to get souvenirs each time we go through.

Alex I really appreciate you taking the time to help me find the perfect firework display. Having that demonstration video to watch of what the fireworks look like is so cool. I m excited to fire them off, I ll see you on my next visit to your store!Thank you Alex.

Great place to stop for gifts or just a quick rest. I came here as a kid for ice cream and now I stop by on the way to see family. A good place to get gas before Gallup, especially if you don't want to deal with traffic.

Running down I-40 trying to get back home, after a long trip across America getting back to Arizone, this place is always a perfect stop for fuel and snacks, plenty of room for parking, a large amount of fireworks on their racks. The staff doesn't always smile and make it a friendly welcome as you walk through the door,But a few make it special while you are shopping through the store. This place is a great place, and the wind blows through her a lot, so don't judge the place, by the dirt and trash that blows in the parking spots.I have been there late at night, the staff works hard to clean it up right. This place is wonderful and shouldn't be missed while in travel, stop at the Queen, for some brazier treats to fight the hunger battle.Enjoy America and the road and all it has to see on the drive, get a little rest, a stretch and a coffee to make it to your destination alive.
