I recently purchased new tires for my vehicle and needed them mounted and balanced. The guys at Kachina were friendly and completed my tire needs in under an hour. I will use them again for any future tire needs.

These guys are great. Took care of me super quick with no appointment. They really worked with me on what was gonna work best for me. Best price on tires used or new. Came for a used set, left with new ones for not much more. Amazingly friendly and they made sure I was happy. They usually charge for tire disposal but threw mine for free and gave me a deal on my rubbers. Thanks so much guys

Hella hidden fees. Tell you it s a total price. Break your stuff, tell you it s not their fault, charge you to fix it. Charge you for disposal without telling you about it. If you re gonna charge disposal should just incorporate it into the total charge you say up front when you specifically tell them what you want. They tell you a price. And at the end you end up paying double. Do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could

I had never been to this place before as I usually go the the big chain stores. I took a friend here and I was pleasantly surprised. Although it is a small mom and pop shop the people were friendly, the prices good, and they were extremely efficient and fast for flat repairs compared to the larger tire shops. My friend's flats were repaired in no time and they also have multiple options on used tires for those that may be in a bind and can't afford new just yet.

Did a good job on my leaky tire.Fortunately it was only the valve in the stem. They charged $5.00 to take the tire off and check it and fix the issue.Great job.Would go back if needed but hope not to need it.

This place is not worth your money or time. They rip people of by sale tires that aren t good. I suggest everyone to go down the road to Mario s for better service. The need a better owner then a 25 year old.

These guys have skills! They quickly and efficiently fixed a nail in our dually inner tire and repaired a trailer tire in a few minutes flat. As we waited, we saw them repair other customers tires at pit crew precision! Extremely fair pricing too! Nice atmosphere, as a family run business. I found this shop based on Google reviews and 100% recommend this place! Thanks for the great service!!

Fast and speedy. Great deals and they got us taken care of with 4 new rims balance and rotated all new tires for $300 and did it within 30 minutes! If we are ever in the area again we will be returning customers!

I was very disappointed yesterday when I drove from Durango Colorado to your establishment only to find out you were closed on Mondays. I called the week before and was happy about coming to get the tire I needed. I drove on a whim n a prayer as one tire was the donut and the other one had a bent rim. I Then had to turn around and come all the way back to Durango worried about a blowout... Unfortunately It'll be while before I can make the trip again...It would have been great to have updated hours along with a current message on your answering machine.

I had a "pancake" flat tire. These young men were very attentive, cheerful and helpful. Fixed my tire, checked the other ones and I was on my way very quickly. The charge was what I expected. I will definitely be going back for any future tire problems .

These guys are the best, hands down! I'd give them ten stars if i could. They will go the extra mile and then some.We needed a spare repaired, but getting it out from under the rv, is a trial. They went above and beyond to do what was necessary. And got us back on the road. Thanks guys!

This is not a bad little shop if you need a quick repair. The only reason I won't give five stars is because I dropped in once with a sharp metal object buried in my tire that I didn't want to remove myself for fear the tire would go flat immediately. When I got to the shop they removed the wheel and pulled the metal object out only to discover that it didn't actually puncture the tire. They still charged me around $15 to basically take my tire off and put it back on. The staff was friendly and the service was fast though.

I had a puncture on a road trip and found this shop on google. The tech removed the nail and made sure it did't go through the tread and sent me on my way at no charge. Took 2 minutes. Much appreciated!

This place tried to rip me off selling me 4 dry rot tires for $200.00So I take them back a few hours later and they tell me my tires were destroyed and gave me 4 tires each one a different brand and different tread and almost bald, and told me that they didn't have any other tires in that size which was a lie because I seen and discussed which tires I was going to have put on . Be careful before you buy and definitely look at them.

We were headed for Chaco when we discovered one of our tires nearly flat. After giving it some air we were directed to Kachina. The guys there found the screw in the tire, fixed said tire, and had us back on the road in 20 minute, for less than 20$. Are we grateful? You bet. Thanks fellas...you're the best!

Quick tire repair. Small parking lot. I'm upgrading to five stars to highlight that this is a local family business that really keeps an eye out for customer service. They were helpful made recommendations and did quick work.

Guys there did good getting us back on the road....but they should definitely be careful what they say about customers in Spanish and not just assume they don't speak the language

Not very knowledgeable in mechanics, just tires. I came in this shop, hoping they would find out where my breaks was making a slight squeaking sound, they were hard to push, it didn t stop, & it glided to a stop. Break pads were replaced at home. I drove in to the shop and spoke with an older gentleman (owner), I inform him about the issues. He guided me to pull in on top of the car ramp. Another elderly gentleman assessed, & took of both front tries, break pads, calipers, and rotors. The owner took both of the rotors in to smooth the lines on the rotors. Which, I understood what he was saying, not the correct terminology, which I didn t bother me since they were going to fix it (thought). 30mins later, they replaced rotors back my car. In this time frame the the other two young High School kids (owners kids) would work on different vehicles. They got busy where I don t think they focused on one vehicle. Owner Micro managed every little thing. As I was pulling away, I had to pump my breaks, which NO one told me to so. I drove to my bank and I was being followed by one of the young kid. I told him my car was still acting the same, nothing was done. Drove back, spoke with the owner, I had him test drive the car while my kids and I were with him. He definitely noticed the difference, we pull into the shop, he said you should find a mechanic and have it diagnosis, then come back I ll fix it for you for a lesser price . I paid him $65 for nothing, besides resurfaced my rotors to a thin piece of slab.I did take it to a REAL mechanic the next day. My rotors seriously needed to be replaced. My rotors were NOT measured after resurfacing, not wiped off any dirt off the break lines. This professional mechanic got on the phone with them (Kachina). They put one of the young kid on the phone, my real mechanic was pointing out facts about Kachina s lack of service, quality of workmanship, and allowing his customer to drive back on the road knowing it was unsafe and could cause a major car accident or death since I had two little passengers with me. The young boy was rising his voice and talking over my real mechanic. All he said was my father did everything he can, he s an honest person, with good intentions . Which my real mechanic said, I can t believe your shop is putting this family in danger by doing a lousy job, they should be ashamed and needs to be out of business. This place needs to be reported to the BB, for the lack of customer service, workmanship, not care about the quality of service that they provide to customers, the lack of knowledge of auto mechanics, and risking people s lives with unsafe vehicles back on the road, which can cause auto accident or death. Which Kachina refused to refund the money that was paid. No other comment besides the two boys stand by their father s work. Which, they made it sound like, I was the blame. Turning tables on customers and saying something different. I WOULDN T send no one there to get any work done on their vehicles. If I were you, keep driving and don t look in that direction. Their cheap and shty, unsafe service. This place receives an F .

We thought we had bearings going out on our truck while driving through NM and managed to get the part at O'Reilly's. Kachina let us roll in immediately to have changed out. They pulled the tire off and found we were instead missing a stabilizing bolt. We ran down to O'Reilly's and got the part. Kachina put the bolt on in a few minutes. They completely undercharged us for the work so we gave them more money to pay them what we thought it was worth. Never done that before. Amazing clearly family run business. Definitely go here!

They were way closed when we showed up and they helped us out when we needed it most thank god someone was here 100% recommend way better than Mario's giving us the wrong damn tire for our truck. Kachina saves meanwhile Mario's needs more experience. This is the bloomfield tire shop for you

Nice people. Up front with the price and fixed my tire without trying to have me pay more. Not my first time doing business with and certainly not the last. Good job
