First time in Tesla's Bernalillo facility and had a phenomenal experience. Wilson went above and beyond, answering any questions I had and even helping me build/design my dream Tesla.Definitely recommend. Ask for Wilson. She is amazing! 10/10

Is been just about 2 months since picking up my brand new Tesla and I m finally getting my review in. This was a surprise for me. First thing we walked into the building, no hi, no welcome, no nothing. I get the employee was assisting another customer but a quick acknowledgment would have been great! But nothing, it was quite awkward. Fast forward looking at the new car, see a scuff or two and bring it to his attention the employee helping us said let me get a rag to wipe off, he said during transport on and off trailers that s what happens sometimes ..I was so confused it s a BRAND NEW vehicle, I didn t pay for a beat up vehicle. Customer service was a 1, then during check they seem to have missed a grease pen mark by my headliner, bright yellow! He tries to wipe it off, again it s a brand new vehicle I didn t pay for used. I had to make another trip elsewhere to get it replaced (took time out of my life to travel to another Tesla dealership to get it replaced) no sorry no nothing! Total inconvenience! I would rate this location a 1. Nothing was offered for us having to take time and go back to this location or anywhere else to get something replaced because they missed it. Can anyone make this better, yes I traveled elsewhere and got it replaced but also had to take a day off, find a sitter, and make a unnecessary trip. All that could have been prevented had they done a better quality check. Also please don t tell customers well vehicles are on trailers, go from trailer to trailer and sometimes scuffs happen. No in the ordering description online it doesn t say warning may come with scuffs .

Really bad experience, first they didn t notify me on them not providing any source of transportation. The car was estimated to be there 1 day but it turned into 3 days but the worst part was the work they did, you can tell no one inspected the vehicle when it was done.

My Girlfriend and I are going to buy a Tesla in the next 30-60 days. We have very good credit, a nice low mileage car we could trade if we decided to and plenty of cash to put down. We went into the dealership in Bernalillo New Mexico today to look at different models, specifically the S model and model 3. We were not greeted at all, when we went in the showroom I had to walk all the way up to the female salespersons desk before she spoke to me. She had a hat on turned backwards, wearing tennis shoes and definitely not dressed appropriately for selling at a Tesla dealership and representing Elon Musk and the company. I was not asked how she could help us, she did not introduce herself and I had to ask her more than once for information on the two models. She didn t know her inventory and told me I was wrong when I mention she had a candy apple red model S in the back. She said it was a customers car ans then later in our discussion she said oh yes it was in her inventory. She just had one heck of an attitude or a chip on her shoulder and was rude to me and my girlfriend. I have not ever had that happen to me at any dealership. Normally sales people are eager to sale a vehicle. When I asked if we could look at some different models she pointed outside ans said ahead and did not offer to go helpUs at all. Definitely very unprofessional and I guess judged me on the way I was dressed. I m a contractor and wear my black boots and carpenters pants and flannel during the week. Sadly. I had my new boots a new pair of pants and my new flannel on, so I didn t think I looked that bad. I sold cars for over fifteen years until Covid hit in 2020. I sold 30 cars a month consistently and sold 241 cars in 2019. I would not ever treat a customer the way we got treated today, and any salesman I have ever seen treat customers like that were immediately fired. Sadly when we went to leave the other salesman was a you d man sitting at the sale ladies desk and saw us and turned to tell her. She did not ever look up from her phone and come out and than us for our time or give us her name or ask if we needed anything. Long story short. Truly the worst experience I have had at any dealership and definitely not the way I would think I would have been treated at a Tesla dealership. I will buy me a Tesla in the next 39-69 days. But definitely not at the Tesla dealership in Bernalillo New Mexico. Thank you very much for your time and have a wonderful evening

big black lady working in sales is in the wrong career field. Her attitude and lack of ability to effectively communicate would make her a great candidate for a middle school gym coach, not sales associate. She wasn t even knowledgeable with the vehicle s technology. I was just going to brush off this experience as someone having a bad day but there are MULTIPLE complaints about this woman. I suggest the Sante Fe location.

Wilson was extremely professional and also easy going. She was able to answer all of my questions and even give me a friendly ride in one of the models. I m definitely going to deal with her during the purchase process.

We've been waiting for our vehicle to arrive from Colorado Springs for a few days now. We were told it would be here on the 14th, and then it was today, and now it's Monday. We were cool with that, but needed a car, so they offered us a loaner until then. My husband went into the Bernalillo location to pick up the loaner and was treated very disrespectfully by a woman named Wilson. She told him "they don't do that," so my husband told her it was arranged by Mario, who I assume is at another location. Her response was, "I don't work for Mario. He's not my boss." When my husband asked to speak to someone in management, she told him he could "drop the attitude." Based on this interaction, Tesla has lost a sale because I will be cancelling the deal on Monday and asking for a full refund of our 50k. No matter how much money someone spends at a business, customers shouldn't be treated this way.

What I am most upset is that I wasn't told how long it would take to get may car and I wasn't aware that it would take over a week. I sold my vehicle the same day and haven't received one call. Financing went well as I have good credit but no call to see if I had questions or follow up. It's the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Love the car but not the service at all. I am on the phone to complain and the other to see if I could get follow up on my car. When I went in and asked to test drive a vehicle and was impressed so I purchased this care. Once the application was submitted the sales lady walked away and was just trying to get additional sales. All I know is that I would sign into tesla and follow prompts. I wasn't to upset about that part as it's all in sales but this is totally unprofessional.

It went pretty good until I asked the tall, large, dark skinned girl (didn't give a name) if she could show how the Model X doors open and she said, "I'm about to go take this one to charge so that would be a negative."It was 629pm, they close at 7pm so I'm sure the focus was to go home. Which is cool, but could also decline in a kind way at the least. Taking 1 minute to open and close doors isn't a big ask. Even if it turned into 5 minutes, I don't think it's a big ask.Other staff were cool though.

Jon was so helpful! We had a great demo drive. He answered all of my questions as the techie and my wife's questions as a less techie individual. Can't wait to buy my Model Y!

Received misguided information. Unfortunately if you live in New Mexico they're really no help. Do not place an order until you've confirmed Tesla can fulfill it around your schedule. We're out our order fee due to the misguided information we were given.
