As we are traveling through, we came across this amazing tire shop to replace a few tires that needed immediate attention on not just one camper but two, as we were traveling with family. From the moment the sweet lady took our call at reception, right down to the men that helped us with not only changing our tires but directing traffic just so we could make a safe exit. This tire shop definitely goes above and beyond for their customers and have great pricing too which is just a plus to their outstanding customer service.Thank you guys!!

Phenomenal car shop! I ve been going there for two years. I first went there to get work done I couldn t get done at another shop and continued going to them for all additional maintenance! I really love the staff they have become like family! The management Celina and Carl always get me in to get the work done quickly and in a cost effective manner. All the employees do such a great job with the work and even give me ideas on other construction projects I have, Especially Archie! He works extremely hard and is very knowledgeable about not just cars but many hands on tasks! Garcias Tires isn t just a car shop they are like extended family!

We came in after a tire blow out in our RV. They worked us into the schedule right away. They were super expert on changing a big complicated tire. In and out in less than an hour. Super kind people. Reasonable prices. We highly recommend!!!

These guys were great! So fast, pulled in at 4:15, had us back on the road in less than 30 min after a camper trailer blowout on the interstate. MUCHAS GRACIAS A GARCIA S TIRES!!

I took my car here to get tires put on, with an alignment & balance. They never completed the balance service or alignment. I went back the second time to address the issues of serious shaking of my car on the highway at very high speeds of 70-75 mph. I didn t have these issues with my old tires and bad alignment. It only occurred after my first initial visit here. I went back the second time to re balance because i thought that was the issue. No, after getting my car back the SECOND time it was still shaking insanely on the highway. ( I do mostly highway driving to commute to work) They never fixed it the second time! I paid so much for these services for them to NOT GET DONE? I had to take it to the dealership and they told me the alignment was STILL off & the balance was out of balance. I then had to pay again for the balancing & alignment.At this point I had nissan run a whole diagnostic on my car in case Garcia screwed with anything more. I do not suggest this place at ALL.

I know this tire service business well They always give great reasonable prices for tires, batteries, and others. In addition, their mechanics and salespeople are wonderful, generous and honest. I always trust them. I recommend this local service for your car needs.

Great experience at Garcia Tire. I had a leak in a tire stem extention. I was put there in about 45 minutes. Very professional and courteous.

These guys are awesome!Got four new tires for the Sube, and they were able to locate a new, full-size steel wheel to use as a spare and mount one of my old tires on it in record time for a very good price!Thank you!

The best! Whether it s my smallJD front wheel or massive 45 military tires on 20 rims. Even air pressure sensors on my F-250. Fair prices and great service!

Great friendly staff. I love Carl. Runs a good business, he is very professional and kind. Fixed my car for way less than Mercedes was going to charge AND he got me in and out within a few hours. They also scheduled me for next day service. Mercedes had me waiting 3 weeks just for a them to do a diagnostic. They wanted my car there for 3 hrs and was going to charge me $170. Carl s mechanic did the diagnostic on the spot and it took 20min.

Thank God for these great people! Had a almost flat tire which separated they got me in real quick, put my spare on for me, only charged me $10 and I still wasn't late to work!! 5 stars

The employees at Garcia Tire in Bernalillo go above and beyond to help people. I stopped there this morning with a big piece of plastic lodged in the wheel well of my front tire. The plastic had fallen off the back of the truck in front of me on the freeway. From the very efficient front desk person to the manager to the kind and helpful shop employee who dislodged and removed the plastic, everyone was very professional and went above and beyond to help me. And, they did it out of kindness and not for money. I highly recommend Garcia Tire in Bernalillo. THANK YOU!!!!

Had a camper tire blow out five miles from our campground (500 mi from home). Called Garcia Tire and they had a serviceman out within 30minutes!! This is just awesome. They were also Very reasonably priced. If you ever need tires I would highly recommend this business.Thank you very much.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to answer questions and wonderful about trying to get me the best deal for my limited funds depending on what my car needs. Would highly recommend for oil change, tires, and tire related mechanics. We used to use Firestone and have used discount tires and big o in the past. I much prefer Garcia price and service, kindness and knowledge. Like shopping local too.

About 5yrs ago. I stopped in, needing help with my tire. Felt like I was invisible. Finally a man asked, what I needed help with. I told him, and right off the bat. Was told they didn't have the kind of tire I needed. Just the body language he was putting of felt like, I shouldn't have been there.I was hesitant this time around. Braved up and stopped on in.... totally different experience. The guy we talked jump on repairing my tire, with no wait..another guy working on the computer sparked up a conversation with us. Atmosphere was great. We were on our merry way ..Thank you Garcia Tires for the pleasant experience. Awesome Job!

Sloppy! Great tire prices n customer service but sloppy mechanic. Avoid Freddy!! 4 hour shock job took almost 2 days and left my worker stranded on side of freeway for 3 hours. After over $700 in tow n batteries we realized Freddy didn t put our tool truck together properly and refused to own up to it. Sloppy n dishonest. Typical

Excellent service. We could not drive to the shop, so we spent an extra $25 for a worker to come to us. Our tire had an aftermarket lugnut with a lock we had lost the key to, but our attendant finally managed to remove it with some help from his friends at the hardware store. Fast, polite, and inexpensive!

Good shop run by locals. I bought a set of tires for a small passenger car last month. I had issues with one tire getting a broken bead after only a few hundred miles of light use. I took it in in the morning and by the afternoon they had a new tire on, and warrantied my purchase. Thanks for the help guys!

Very happy that I found this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. They found and fixed a difficult tire problem on my RV and didn't mind me watching (I'm an old tire guy myself so I was interested in what they were doing). The price they charged for the amount of work they did was VERY reasonable. I will be seeing them again when I'm ready to get new tires on my truck.

I was with friends and our tire pressure suddenly went low while on the freeway just south of Bernalillo. We found Garcia's on Google and barely made it to the shop. They were so nice and efficient. We were out of there in 35-40 minutes. Carl and the lady at the front desk were wonderful and friendly. We highly recommend it!

The tires were competitively priced. We bought two new tires here and after we left we noticed the car vibrate at higher speeds. Instead of allowing us to spend a lot more money on the alignment we thought we needed not know what the real problem was they rebalanced and rotated our tires for free saving us a lot and fixing the problem. They were very helpful and I would definitely recommend this shop and return for tires again.
