Great, honest service. I received a quote for front end work to replace a CV joint on my Ram 1500. They did not need to replace some of the parts listed on the quote and were honest about it. They did not include the extra service to increase their profit. I truly appreciate that. Friendly, honest service. They are always busy so make an appointment.

The Firestone in Enchanted Hills answered the phone quickly, they were able to answer my questions and get me scheduled without me feeling like I was rushed. They are always professional and knowledgeable and get the job done when they say they will.

Pre-ordered my special oil filter abd rearranged there schedule to accommodate me. Family emergencies and I had to get this done so I could drive cross country. I'll use them again and again

This is the Tire store that Can't. Every time I go there, they can't possibly do what my car needs. Change the Brakes? Can't do it. Balance the Tires? Can't do it. You can make an appointment a Week out and they can do it. Who has the Luxury to wait a week for new brakes and to get your tires balanced? Don't you have to drive to work the next day? Staff is standoffish, rude , smug and condescending. The quotes for any work is always at least 25% higher than any other place for the same work. They seem to always tell you that you are going to have to have other things done. What has happened to Firestone?

Are they too busy and understaffed? I booked an appt online for an oil change and safety check fro 11 am, at 3 pm they haven't even pulled my car in to get started, and the only explanation I received was that they were busy. Whats is the point of an appt then?Last time i made an appt online I had the same issue. I was told that they should have never had that time slot open. So my issue is not with the service. The guys were there were great. My issue is more operational and corporate side running the website. It should not have taken 4 hours to start an oil change when i made an appt online several days before.

I Service All of My Vehicles With Firestone Complete Auto Care at the Enchantment Hills Location. I Have Always Received Quality Service from Them. The Management and Technicians are Always Looking Out for My Best Interests When it Comes to The Operation of My Vehicles. They are Very Knowledgeable, Courteous, Respectful, and Professional. I Will Not Take My Vehicles to Any Other Facility.

Communication is very lacking. When I brought my vehicle in to have a low tire looked at and oil change/tire rotation, they did pre warn that it would be several hours. That was no problem, left it with them. They called later in the afternoon and asked for permission to do brakes and rotors. We declined that service and they said other requested services were complete. We picked the vehicle up and at checkout the advisor stated the cabin air filter was dirty and tread on tires was getting low. Next time we went to drive the car a tire was low again (good news is they did rotate the tires :)) however it was the same tire as before, just rotated. Upon further inspection of the vehicle we found a sheet of paper stating the tire had a non repairable nail in it. Obviously this would have been good information to know so we didn't damage our vehicle and get stuck in an unsafe situation! Not to mention it was the original and first issue I brought it in for.

I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could for sure!!!! I drove into the parking lot at 458pm because my tire pressure dropped while heading home after work, I ran in and was told "I don't have a tech here to fix your tire, we close in 1 minute" I asked if he could help me put my spare on really quick... I was told "I don't have the tools to do that and I really need to close up" proceeded to go to the door after I walked out and lock it behind me and I sat in a Tire Shop parking lot waiting for a friend to come help me!!!! I am a woman and I can change my own tire, but I was literally in your parking lot. And to TOP it all off your website says closes at 7pm. I need brand New Tires. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE GOING HERE!!!

A loyal customer for the last 6 years, they lost my business today. Both people in the front were rude, and abrupt. They charged twice as much as last time to replace a turn signal bulb that has been going out. Not one single note in their system showing that this has been an ongoing issue. Addison told me as I was walking out the door, you aren t going to tell me what I can charge for service. And he is right Firestone. But I will never set foot in this store again based on the service and attitude they provide. Your staff treated me like a disposable customer. No wonder they can t keep people working there, especially the way they treat customers that ask legitimate questions regarding their so called services.

Wow! Now, that was amazing Customer service. The small working group was giving their 110%, short staffed and all. I will definitely be back. A place that works with good morals & ethics, has my business.

Excellent customer service, but Firestone made a rookie mistake. Upon getting home after getting a wheel alignment, brake fluid exchange and coolant flush. Figured I better check the front end - axles, suspension, etc. Upon getting home, I discovered the passenger side tie rod boot/gaiter was left twisted! I immediately unclamped and redid and set back in place. Great service, but Firestone needs to double check things once more before letting it go.*Update they have left the boot twisted, again, twice now. Considering looking for another shop. Once in 22' and again in 23'Ford F150 2005

I would give 0 stars if I could! Had an appointment for 11 am told it would take 1-1.5 hrs thats fine. It's been 6 hours and they're still not done! I'm waiting for my vehicle and he's spilled oil all over oil on the outside of my car etc. Never again!

We had a nail on a Sunday which is usually bad news, had a 450 mile drive ahead of us, they got us in and out quickly so we were on the road. Great service and with a skeleton crew. Next time we are in town we'll be dropping off some donuts

Whether I show up at their posted opening time and the Subaru driving sales guy Addison whips into the parking lot 35 minutes late to unlock the doors.... Or when I drop my truck off for a quick alignment just to get back to my truck and find all of my seats fully reclined and the radio screwed with...I am always disappointed in my visits.

I walked in and reception was on the phone. Never acknowledged me standing there for a few minutes. When he got off the phone he started dialing someone else. So I walked out.Customer service is definitely lacking. He could have acknowledged me and told me just a second, I ll be right with you . I left and went across the parking lot and was greeted and serviced by the shop across the lot.

Your customer service is probably the worst I have ever had at this store location. After 6 years of being a customer I will never come back. Both gentlemen that waited on me were both rude. They treated me as a disposable customer instead of one that had been a customer for 6 years.

It was a little bit expensive to get the work done, but they work that they did was great. On top of that it was super easy to set up the appointment and it was quick to leave my car. They offered to give me a shuttle ride back home as well. They make it so easy to get the work done. They got all my work done quickly as well. Other than the cost it was a great experience and I would say even then it was worth it.

Came to this location twice just to fix a leak in a tire and asked to leave it overnight. This was the only way they could complete. Don t ever stop if you need it done quickly. Especially because employees are standing around talking.

These guys are the best!!!We were traveling through NM on a camping trip and smelled something "off" with our trailer tire. Firestone was the only place open on a Sunday morning. They looked at our tire even though they were very busy and they don't normally work on trailers. Helped us out, found the problem, and got us back on our way quickly.Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I gave 4 stars because I had to bring my vehicle in twice, one great experience and one not so great. We came in to get tires mounted and the lifetime warranty. Had an appointment at 9, dropped it off and didn't hear from anyone all day. So by 5pm I called them. They said they just got to it and we could pick up in an hour. When we got there they told us they were unable to do the alignment because the pitman and pulley arms were loose, needed to be replaced. We were bummed that it took all day and they weren't even able to align it. We took it home replaced all necessary parts brought it back the next week. I dropped it off and an hour later I got a call that it was done. I was so pleased with the timing, it was great.

I used to really appreciate having this location so close. Sadly, each time I have gone in lately, the guy in the sales office has been quite rude to me and many other customers. He acts like you are ruining his day by being a paying customer.I made an appointment online ahead of time and arrived expecting they would be ready for me. This guy was rude to me the whole time and I had to sit and wait for my service to be completed. I overheard him being ride to every customer that day, on the phone and in person. He really should get a different job or be put in the back where he won't interact with people! I will not be going back to this location until he is gone!

Went in Saturday morning, needing a last minute alignment on my jeep. I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me and my alignment was so far off cruise control wouldn't work. Luckily the guys got me in before the first appointment and got me out in about 30 minutes. I always do the lifetime alignment to save some money and headaches down the road. The team was super inviting and professional.
