We had two tires blow out about 30 miles outside of town. The only blessing it was early Saturday afternoon. We were able to make it here once we took the two rims off and even though they had many other things going on the person working the front went in replace the tires. Took around 20 minutes which is unbelievable. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the trailer and to get the other two replaced in time but we purchased the tires so that we would be able to have them with us. Really appreciate a gentleman working the best he could with us

Manager Ray and technician gave me the best service I've ever had anywhere! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. With great personnel like these, Big O remains my go-to for all my automotive needs.

Big O in Bernalillo is the Best. Every time I have had a tire problem they take care of it quickly. The customer service is great. I highly recommend them.

The boys down at Big O Bernalillo saved the day. Lost air pressure in one of my run flats on Valentine's Day at 5 PM... Got me back on the road to my wife in no time flat (excuse the pun). Thanks to Ray, Xavier, Shawn and the crew great job.

We limped in on a tire that was going flat. The big old team there, got us in right away was very professional, efficient and very polite. Will recommend sending anyone I know to big O there in Bernalillo.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was passing through and needed some tires. Spoke with Gabriel on the phone and he verified they had my size and added me to the system while I drove there so I was ready to go. They got my Suburban in the bay promptly and Gabe & Jose had me on the road in 30 minutes. Everybody there was professional, polite, and did an outstanding job representing Big O tires. Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service. No pressure. Found exactly what I wanted. Great price and super friendly experience. I highly recommend. They were really efficient. Won t be going back to the dealership anytime soon! For the same price I got wayyyy more than I expected! Great job fellas! Very impressed

Beyond my expectation! I called 10 minutes before closing and they waited for me. I had a flat tire. If it hadn't been for Big O Tire Friendly and understanding management, I would have missed work the next day, for I start work at 4 AM and at that time there is nothing open. Once again thank you Big O Tire and staff. I feel that I am in your debt.Joseph

Came in for a simple oil change in a 1980 Scout. Was told 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. It took 3 hours. The tech spent 30 minutes looking for the dipstick. Then overfilled it with too much oil. Got the truck and checked the oil. It was 3 quarts low.Manager did give a $20 discount.

Robert, Gabe, and Bryan literally saved my life. I was 3 lug nuts away from a catastrophe. Fully loaded 37Ft trailer just passing through. The last shop that worked on my vehicle didn t have the attention to detail these gentleman do. I lost 5 lug nuts and studs off my wheel and they guys came to the rescue. Worked tirelessly to get me and my family back on the road as fast as they could. Kind, professional, and honest. Employees went above and beyond. I can t recommend this Big O enough. Hands down the best there is. Thank you again!

Xavier was very helpful this evening. I had a slow leak in my rear driver side tire. He had the techs check it out. I had a small nail in it& he got it fixed!! Fast & No worries !!

My sister in law and family drove thier RV down from Utah and kept getting a flat tire the whole trip. Needless to say, we were worried and she was stressed. Once she made it here we told her that Big O was across the street from our RV park and very friendly and helpful. We quickly and easily set up an appoby calling Big O the next morning as they opened and had an appointment that afternoon. The staff was so helpful with her 40ft motorhome. They checked the tire pressure on all tires and worked hard to figure out why the tire kept losing air pressure. Now this isn't the first tire shop my sister in law has stopped at of course all others only filled it or suggested she buy a new tire, which start at around $600 for her motorhome. Even though the tire has no damage. So the staff here took their time and tried several things, then in came Brian (I pray that's his name) he jokingly told my sister in law he was the best tire guy there, which helped set her mind at ease. So we left the RV for the staff to work on the tire came back in an hour and it was done. Also they didn't charge her a dime! Also they refused a tip! The next day my sister in law went out to get ready to leave back to Utah and the tire was Great! Still inflated and no issues. She let us know she made it all the way back to Utah and had been home 2 weeks now and the tire is great still! Thank you all for being the only tire shop in 2 years to be able to help our sister! This was great. She's a Single Female RVer and lots of places take advantage of that. These guys were awesome! 20 stars!*photos are before she left back to Utah*

I had a flat tire on the way home today and was forced to drive several miles in rush hour traffic with a totally flat tire. I was certain the tire was not repairable and fully expected to pay at least $250 for new tire - if one was even in stock. Also, it was almost closing time when I arrived at the Big O store. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated and expected the worst. The Manager, Brian, said he would have his tech look at the tire to determine if it was repairable and much to my surprise a short time later he indicated the tire was repaired. If he would have told me the tire was not repairable and that I needed a new tire I would have readily accepted that as i had driven so many miles on a totally flat tire so I really appreciate Brian's honesty. And to make my experience even more positive, when I went to pay Brian indicated there would be no charge. Brian was very friendly and friendly and I definitely left his store in a much better frame of mine than when I arrived there. I was so impressed with Big O and Brian that I will definitely go that store whenever I have any type of tire needs in the future.
