I recently had the misfortune of dealing with James, possibly THE most rude and unprofessional person I've ever met. He spoke to me with such foul attitude when I asked him to help me with my check engine light, and when he (eventually) did so he wouldn't stop sighing and groaning. He then proceeded to give me a bunch of codes, and after I asked what they meant he just kept repeating "the codes are self-explanatory" in a condescending tone.

The manager, Gabe, replaced my brake lights on my Fiat and I didn t even buy the bulbs from this store. I m so appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. He wouldn t take a tip, so I brought in some donuts for the crew.

Good afternoon, on Monday afternoon about 5:42pm I stopped by the store located in Bernalillo NM to get a license plate hardware kit, as I walked in I was greeted by an by the name Jesus ,he asked what I needed and I replied to him stating that I needed a license plate hardware kit ,him then turned his face way from me and asked an other individual about it , and the guy asked me if was looking a harbor kit and I replied to him saying nope what I need is a license plate hardware kit, then he gave some directions as I was leaving I noticed both of the individuals were laughing and making fan of me ,I got back to them asking if what I had asked was funny, then I requested to speak to the manager just to find out that one of them was the store Manager, I proceed to get the part I needed and got to pay for it, while I was in the process to collect the money from the part I was getting, I told him thathis employee shouldn't be making fun of customers,that if he was to be doing this he shouldn't be working there, the Manager then said hoho he only was laughing of his own mistake , but the point is that the Manager at any moment apologized for the situation, I believe this is not professional at all ,if he is the store Manager he should be handling the situation in a professional manner,I will not be going back to a place where they don't have any respect to the customers, I just hope the district Manager get to see this review, very poor customer service at this location.

I had to pull the pulley or wheel off of the power steering pump in my 92 GMC truck so I could get to the back of the pump for a hose change. See photo..upper left is pulley..The wheel puller is special. It grabs the center of the wheel and a center threaded screw pushes the wheel off of the pump shaft. No claws.. AutoZone let's you borrow the puller kit. Must use a CC. It's free, but if you KEEP it, you buy it. Great guys there, friendly, store very busy.

They always seem to be bugged about helping customers or too busy hanging out with their friends. If you don't like your job, go do something else. I try to go to the auto zones on 4th, north of osuna. They are super helpful.

Fransisco, Jayden and Lorenzo!! These guys are awesome! So helpful, patient and hardworking! I needed a new battery and they came to the rescue no complaints and very respectful. What should ve been a simple task turned out to be quite a nightmare but they made sure I was taken care of and able to get home to my family safely. Thank you guys!

I went in needing my battery checked after it died several times!!! Not to mention on a rainy day with kids in the car!!! Gabe Came out and checked my battery right away and of course it was dead he found me one and installed it without any hesitation I know there supposed to but when you have kids the littlest acts of kindness goes a long way thank you for making my horrible day better!!!!

GREAT staff! I pulled in with my loaded horse trailer asking if they could loan me a better crow bar to bend back a fender that was rubbing /shredding my tire. An employee took off the damaged tire, banged out the pushed in fender, put the spare tire on & got me back on I25 N toward home quickly. So thankful to them!

I was sold the wrong battery hooked it up with the positive and negatives reversed fried my electrical. I will never recommend them, they don't know what they're doing!!! Not only did it blow my fuses and such it also fried my alternator!!!

Damian and Lane took customer service to a whole other level!! I appreciate the actions of these two gentleman so much. My front light was out and there was no way I would be able to get the bulb out, let alone replace it with the new one. Not only did they remove the bad bulb and replace with the new ones, they also made sure the rest of my lights were working as well. Thank you so much!!! You both are gems and keep up the great work! Auto zone should be so proud to have you both representing the company.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had any autozone he plainly's in the open how to an attitude with me from the beginning even wanna just ask them a question never ever will I come back to this one again

I hate to speak badly about a business, however, this particular autozone has given me no choice. I have been given the wrong set of parts several times. That s ok, I let that slide a couple times because we are human. But when I pay for a special order and return to pick that order up, my significant other was charged again. Even though he asked specifically if it had been paid for during the order phase. It blows when we have to make several trips to the place and have to explain that our order was wrong or charged twice. The employees have great customer service but need better training.

Made an appointment at 12:30 to have my ac checked and fixed, but I am still waiting for the mechanic or whoever to stop walking around and pretending to do things. 2 Other FEMALE customers have came in to complain that the service they already paid for has not even been done. Since then other customers have been in and out easily enough. I find it weird that EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here to get a service these workers always make me wait hours upon hours for something they are taking their sweet time on (my service is never a big job that requires that many hours and I m always ahead of other cars with an appointment). Very disappointed I m still currently waiting (now 4:30)

The parts employees are the best! I was a quart low on oil for my truck. I asked if they had any paper funnels. And one of the counter guys said I could borrow a funnel! I was relieved. I only had $6.00 on me that day. Enough for a quart of oil. They know how to take care of their customers at this Autozone!! Thanks guys!!

Today my mother and sister went in to buy me a Father s Day gift. My mother noticed that the workers were not wearing masks. She asked why they weren t wearing masks. They informed her that they weren t required to and that the police couldn t do anything about it. They were very snide and rude. After making here purchase and walking out the worker that rung her up started clapping as they left. My family quickly turned and asked for a refund. According to the current order the state still requires masks to protect employees and patrons during the pandemic. Very disappointed with this store. I go to this store for all of auto needs. I will be going elsewhere going forward.

They had the battery I needed but I found the exact same battery at Walmart just a couple of days later for $100 cheaper probably won't return and probably won't recommend

I went to AutoZone for the first time in Bernalilo. I needed a air filter and a battery tested. This is when I met Jayden. He was kind, patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced the air filter (I told him I watched a YouTube video and was going to attempt it). He walked me through getting a new battery which he also installed. As long as he works there, that will be my automotive store which I will highly recommend to my family and friends. Sandra

We had an issue with the item we had bought at the store. we went in to see if they can help us they were really busy and only 2 employees Francisco M. Was able to help us fix our problem easy and quick While helping the other employee with costumers He was very polite and professional He showed himself to be a hard worker Thank you so much Francisco for giving me a great experience at this store and for fixing my problemAutozone he really does deserve a raise

My suv check engine light came on so I stopped here to run the code. I expected an associate to come out and help me but they handed me the machine and said they would interpret the code when I walked back in. I was able to do it myself though I never had before. Afterwards, I was told I could reset it and erase the code but it didn't work. Would have been better if someone who knew what they were doing had helped me. I still appreciate the free check service. I will still go here for parts I know I need. But my other parts store nearby is more helpful for unknowns.

Sunday afternoon my mother and I had gone into this store for a Father s Day gift and while we were they we felt uncomfortable because none of the employees were wearing masks even though there is a state mandate stating that all employees including patrons are required to wear a face covering while in the building. Upon asking the employees why they were not wearing a mask they said that the mandate was lifted. When we knew it has not been. My mother then proceeded to ask when the mandate was lifted and the employees said about 3 weeks ago. Which like I said before was not true. My mom also asked about the safety of their customers and the employees did not seem to care. We also pointed out the sign on the door that indicated to be vigilant and practice social distancing which they still ignored. Finally, while we were leaving the store the clerk that help us started clapping to be condescending. So we returned the item that we purchased and got a refund. I will not be returning to this store.

There were four young male staff when I walked in and only one other customer. None of the four approached me to ask if I needed help. Fortunately I found it myself. The price for my item was 11.99. When I went to check out the four young men continued to joke around. Then one young man attended to me but the other three continued to look at videos on their cellphone. There were three red shirts and one grey shirt. My item rang up at 16.99 so I questioned it. They all looked at each other so I walked back to check the price and one other followed me. He found the price before I did. And the guy in grey changed the price. They didn't even apologize. LOUSY customer service! I felt unimportant as a customer and I believe they increased the price because I'm female! I'll never go back again!

Super friendly staff. They have always had the parts I needed compared to other auto parts stores. They also offer more options through ship to store for free. Plus, I get cash back with my Bank of America rewards. Saving $$$$. They even have tutorial videos for parts you can replace yourself. Amazing!

I wish I had taken a photo of the nice man who help me yesterday! Four people behind me in line. I walked up asking about windshield wipers. I didn't know the age of my car, he jumped from behind the counter and showed me where to find that information and we strolled back in and he gladly looked up the ones that fit my car. I asked are they hard to install and he said "No, but I'll put them on for you" WOW! He smiled the whole time helped me pick the price point I wanted to spend, I got a discount by texting to a number. I saved $7.00 and he put them showing me how to do it myself if I ever chose to do so. He shook my hand and smiled while I gushed "Thank you". You have won mine and my husband's business and I've already given you guys a shout out on social media! Thank you for your service and helpfulness, Manuel!

Can't remember the employees name he works in the afternoon evening hours. Really helpful and knowledgeable about what you might be repairing on your vehicle, explains everything to you. Makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase before you leave the store. Great employee to have.
