Paul is friendly, professional and competent. Their prices are competitive and sometimes lower than those in the area. I had my air conditioner repaired. I will continue to go to him in the future. Angel was the mechanic and he is honest, knowledgeable and competent.

I live in Albuquerque and drove down there to get our truck repaired. Paul the owner is an incredibly genuine man. Helped us out and truck is running a 100 now . I took it to multiple places up here and they were pricing us double what we paid. We found our new shop definitely recommended them!

Bad Estimate. $200.00 extra to get a new part instead of a re manufactured one. Returned vehicle to me potentially dangerous and or costly to my engine. Please refer to photos attached. I only would like to hope that this does not happen to any one else.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Beware - I provided a small list of things I wanted done, like an oil change (I provided everything for the oil change), install airbad (I provided the airbags), brakes (I provided everything for the brake change). And he did extra work like installing a fan clutch (I never authorized and I never received no phone call too ask if I wanted it done, he just took it upon himself to just do it) My vehicle is still under warranty why would I have him do that, telling me he was looking out for me. He was looking out for himself to line his pocket. And was mad when I told him I wasn't going to pay for the extra work. If you hear "I was looking out for you or I'll take care of you RUN AWAY"

I don't even know where to start! Paul is one amazing and rare species of mechanic, businessman and man altogether. I took in my Lincoln Town Car to get some brakes put in. He walked me to the shop and showed me exactly what was going on behind my wheels, so that I would have no doubts. He beat the best prices around in both parts and service. He got the work done in record time, and, meanwhile drove me to my house while the work was being done, then came and got me when it was finished -said it was just part of the service and didn't even take my offer of a tip! Based on his own philosophy of "I believe in having faith in people, and establishing trust," he allowed me a payment arrangement which is unheard-of in the mechanic's world, which I am extremely grateful for. I'm not sure if he does that for any ol' customer, it's just my own experience. This guy is plainly above and beyond all service, principles and ethic that I've ever received in my 36 years -and, that's saying a lot in a world where hardly any mechanic wants a good, honest business. You know how difficult it is. Anyhow, I'd give a 110-star rating if I could. I WILL recommend Zeke's to everyone. I've already recommended them to one person today.

I'm not one to usually go to a repair shop. But circumstances intervened and it was necessary. I was extremely surprised at the honesty and professionalism of the folks at Zeke's. This has not been my experience in the past with other shops. My car was quickly and accurately repaired at a very reasonable price. I would have NO issue with utilizing Zeke's in the future.

The owner, Paul, was very friendly, efficient and gave me a ride home, came to pick me up to pick up the car when it was repaired. They kept the parts that were replaced for me. Work,which included inspections and minor tune up, only took an hour. Great job!! Will use the Repair shop again when needed.

Pros: fixed my car, showed me broken parts.Cons: wanted to charge for diagnosis even though I was doing work there. Didn't diagnose the whole car, gave him 3 problems only called about 1. Then wanted to charge for each and every diagnosis. So I couldn't figure out which problem was the greatest. Now my electrical is giving problems and I still have a check engine light $700 later.

A.c. work was fine but I had to take it back 3 times to get wireing and fuel pump right. Horn just needed 1 screw replaced 7he put on a wrong unit. Fixed it myself. They put daughters catalyst to low and now hits speed bumps. Would never go back. now the a.c. is not working. Going to another shop.good luck people.

So I relocated to Belen my mechanic is in Las Cruces, I thought I would never find anyone close to R&R car in Cruces. I was wrong Zeke's is the next closes thing to My Mechanic Ray. I thank you for taking us in fixing our Hyundai Sonata being kind having patience with our mishaps and for being so honest, we left our cell phone an wallet on the counter (we had been having a rough morning) and Mr. Zeke tucked it up into his safe until we returned. I now have a new shop an mechanic.

Paul is the owner... the rudest old man I have ever met. He did the repairs unauthorized kept our car overnight unauthorized and did not put full synthetic oil as required by manufacturing specs. Yelled and cursed the entire time. Extremely rude nasty old man. This family is one of the reasons the city of Belen is not thriving. The Barca s are going to be the death of this city. I paid but I will never take my car to them again. DO NOT GO TO ZEKE S AUTO REPAIR!!!!!!! Dave s auto in Belen is better on pricing and on work.
