I have had the opportunity to share my experience with repair by our own hometown business. I called him on a diesel repair the first time. He was on time, worked on my vehicle, and diagnosed my problem. I was back in business that same day.I contacted him soon after that repair about shop work. I was told he could get to it within a couple days or so.He is superman in my book, I then had him work another repair. His prices are very reasonable along with his knowledge. A great add to our community. I will have him do all my repairs in the future. Kevin rolfe

I called for appointment with Pete for a problem with my truck. He was on time, and eager to help me with my problems. Great job, solved the issues with a very reasonable charge. I will call again for any problem I may have. Thank you

ZERO STARS IF I COULD just wow, I don t understand how they have such good reviews to be honest because the few bad reviews are not lying! First off, I talked to the lady on the phone and told her specifically was looking for the rear arm bar to be replaced, she said 230 and then proceeds to ask if there was any other concerns, I mentioned how the ABS lights come on when we go over bumps and stuff but that was really the least of my concern because I already knew all this (got a full diagnosis done at Big O) all I wanted was for them to replace that arm bar like we talked about, 2 and 1/2 days later I get a call right before they close that the ABS lights have nothing to do with the arm bar and that the car was drive able, at this point me and my girlfriend need our car back for work and everything, so we decide we would just go pick it up before they closed, and we let the lady know. Once we get there, she proceeds to try to tell us we were being charged $129 for a full diagnostic (WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR) long story short I had to sit there and argue with this lady to give me my keys and that I m not paying that! Until her boss finally told her to give us the keys, and then tells us to never come back, GLADLY! Horrible serviceService: Vehicle Inspection

I took my car in for an estimate with my car looking clean & neat, i picked it up today & they went through my glove box & middle console & spread it across my car. They stole my bluetooth plug in. All because I chose not to do $5,800 worth of work on my 2006 & this is how they chose to return my car. I encourage you not to do business with this company & if you do I suggest you take out bluetooth, chargers, & anything that you may think you can leave in your car; they will steal from you.

I d avoid coming here or using this service. You will be charged for things you do not need and they will over charge you for parts and labor.If I could give this 0 stars, I would.We took my dads truck here and not only were they unable to fix my problem they charged us $3,000.00+ and caused more problems. Told us we needed repairs that we didn t. They left stripped bolts in the engine, became extremely unprofessional and irresponsible neglecting to even work. Anyone reading this review, needs a reliable and trustworthy mechanic I would recommend Brannex, located on Broadway as they fixed the problems created here.*Update:* 2/6/23: Instead of speaking to me via email, but imagine my surprise to hear the unprofessionalism of you calling my mother over my review , instead of asking her how to solve the situation you cared more about a review then the problems caused. You stated my mom didn t communicate good enough with you? Well my mom stated her problems, what she needed fixed, and it s your job to tell us what you ve done to the vehicle while it s under your care. If you did find these problems why were bolts stripped and missing? Why were you trying to get my mom to buy new injectors & glow plugs even tho hers were 100% fine & if you had looked at the vehicle you would ve noticed it was the glow-plug sensor. It s baffling to see how unprofessional you continue to be. My review and opinion on this establishment wil not change until effort is made.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Very good experience! Would definitely recommend, they were very courteous, and they even offered a ride so I didn't have to wait at the shop.The work I had done was fast and done well and I feel like it was a great value. This will be my mechanic shop for anything I need in the future.

My car completely failed on me a few days ago and I took it to Pete's for repairs, this is the second time I've taken it to them. Both times, I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with all of their work. They are honest, professional, very nice, and they are very affordable. They will continue to get my business and I recommend them to anyone that is having vehicle troubles. 10/10 Wonderful!

I really appreciate Pete's pro truck and auto repair. Their very professional and friendly they work on my truck I've taken it there already 3 times and Everytime they've done an awesome job! And always done in a timely matter I very much appreciate it. It's hard to find a place to treat you right and Pete's treats me like family and does my truck right. Thank you we appreciate you guys keep being awesome and keep up the good work!

Selecting a garage for a high dollar truck repair always has an inherent risk. I learned the hard way that factory dealerships with large marquees and TV ads don't assure a good outcome. When seeking out an independent repair business that is trustworthy and has integrity, one can experience heightened anxiety levels, to say the least. It's akin to betting next months house payment on the roulette table based on the recommendation of a fortune cookie.However, in this particular case Pete's was endorsed by two friends whose opinions I value. I'm glad I went all in and selected them to do the repairs. The ladies who worked the office were friendly and informative. The repairs involved the installation of injectors and glow plugs in my diesel pickup. I was somewhat disappointed the repairs weren't completed in a shorter time frame, but in all fairness, there are a number of logistical issues that can slow the process, such as ordering parts etc. The finished product was worth waiting for. I haven't had an opportunity to conduct a long term test, but as of this moment I am quite satisfied and plan to not only become a regular customer, but recommend Pete's without reservation. I don't believe you can go wrong.

Great staff and great mechanics. Honest and reliable. I took both my vehicles in for work. My 2007 ford expedition has 210k mi and I took it in for a tune up. Runs great now. Fuel pump went out on my traverse and not only did they take care of that but also a few little things as well. Great job guys and thank you.

I completely trust the mechanics at Pete's with my vehicle. From oil changes to regularly scheduled maintenance, work is always accomplished in a timely manner, they always give me an estimate in advance of work being done, they listen attentively and respectfully to my concerns, they are good communicators, and they offer suggestions that meet my needs. I am confident in recommending this shop for their ethics and integrity and the quality of their work. It is also a true bonus that they will drop off and pick up a customer to their location. The Belen community is blessed to have this business in operation.

A trustworthy mechanic and a lifelong best friend are equally as hard to find, and these guys are as good as it gets. Honest, reliable, and reasonable, plus they are one of few shops that are well skilled at repairing and maintaining foreign vehicles that other shops can't work on. Great staff and ownership that always greet you with a smile. This is how all shops should aspire to be.

They do fantastic work!!! We send diesel trucks there to be fixed in a timely manner and we're a Ford dealership... They're cheaper (than our internal rates and a hell of a lot better...) and it is done right the first time!!!

Pete's Pro Truck & Auto is a wonderful repair shop! State of the art equipment and the most friendly knowledgable people around. They are honest and very fair priced. They are able to repair all makes and models of vehicles, no job to big or small for them. They are a NAPA Auto Care Center so my repair even carries a nation wide warranty, so when I am not in town I am covered if anything was to happen. Great place!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. They have fixed things for us that other mechanic shops wouldn't have touched or would have charged way more than Pete's did. They do excellent work.

I'm sorry to say my 1999 F350 still isn't running after I paid 3,800 dollars to fix. Whenmy husband picked it up it ran for about 1 month then wouldn't start. Took forever for them to pick it up then they tell us it would cost another 1,00 plus to fix. They put 2 new batteries in it that were 2 different voltage...NEVER AGAIN. I'm going to take advantage of their warrant. Still thinking about taking legal action.

One of the most Unprofessional automotive shop I have ever worked for. They sell used parts as new. They do not use the proper oil for the right manufacture it 5w30 for all vehicle even if it call for different oil. No tech even have ASE certification only Pete but doesn't work on any vehicle

Pete s auto / truck repair is a big rip off. You will pay for things you don t need and be over charged for the parts and labor. This Man/shop even screws over his mechanics, I know I worked for him.

I was driving from el paso to denver and I broke down on the highway due to alternamntor going out. They open til 8am but saw I was in Dire need and they diagnosed right away and helped me get on my way.
