As always Carlos is very, very customer oriented and would be even better at a corporate level position especially when it comes to customer service and care. This man LISTENS to his customer and gets the job done in a timely, manner yet patient BOTTOM LINE HE CARES AND LISTENS.

Great service. In the past year I've only received one part that was wrong so I'd say it's pretty good her.You get what you ask for SO KNOW what your asking for. Most of the mix ups with parts are due to incorrect info from the person buying the parts.

Always nice and polite to us. Walked in at 6:50 and saw that they ere closing up shop. Google says they're open until 10, but on Saturdays they close at 7. Google needs to update their hours! Thank you so much for helping us while trying to close.

Parts and services are pretty good. I had to return an alternator that I originally purchased there because the voltage regulator failed. I bought it two days ago. It was a remanufactured, so I get what I paid for. Haha. But they took it back and got me another one. I was hoping that I didn't have to use my limited warranty.

Did a diagnostic test on our vehicle and they explained possible problems according to the code but told us to go to the dealership or a mechanic for a better diagnostic. No help for a person who can't afford to take their car to a shop.

They wouldn t exchange a dead Super Start Premium battery that wouldn t hold a charge that was less than a year old, even though it had a two year warranty. Won t be going here ever again.

The place is nice and so are the people. But it is not very well managed. They need a decaded cashier. When not on the register they could be stocking or pulling orders for the drivers and sanitizing. Also they need to have 3 counter people. It should not take 20 minutes to pick up an air filter I order and paid for. That's why you have a cashier. They have down time so you assign certain duties.

Clean and friendly staff members, also they were helpful helping me get what I need to do get. Speedy checkout didn't have to wait longer than I expected. Easy to get a parking spot, see the store easily. Next to a car wash, that's convenient.

They claim the parts you need in stock which is not true. Stopped going there because I kept hearing we don't carry that.Went back in hopes that the previous time was just a fluke. The sales people sold me a wrong part. Seemed bothered that they made a mistake. They didn't have the part in stock. I had to ask for money back. It didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. They being 3 different employees, 1 was the manager. Last visit to this place.

I'm sorry to say that unfortunately they were unable to help me with that particular visit. On the count of my car being rather rare. But they have helped with many different parts and accessories for my automobile's. Over the years from hose clamps to overhual kits I've delt with O'Reilly Auto parts since their doors open.TankQ for letting me comment on this topic....DRC. ;)

Not a happy customer. I spent $330 for a BCM. I received an open box with a old used BCM inside of it,box even said CORE. I returned it and had no issues in doing so. However I could have ordered one out of Phoenix but then O'reilly's wanted to charge me extra $9.00 for shipping. I'm very disappointed and will continue to shop at NAPA and pay the little more so I know I'm getting the right parts and not getting screwed. I'm glad I caught that it was used otherwise would have had to spend $125 to have it flashed just to find out it was someone else's junk. Very frustrated, my Hummer is now down another week till part can come in from another autoparts store.

I prefer O'Reilly's do any of the other brick and mortar auto parts stores either in the area or in the next town over. I went here to get windshield wiper blades for my Mazda that had been having an engine installed in it and has set for about a year. The windshield wipers were completely useless. I didn't think to replace them right away and got caught in a rainstorm and drove immediately to O'Reilly's to get this issue taken care of. The staff member actually came out and install them on my vehicle for me. This was awesome and much appreciated. I will continue to use O'Reilly's Auto Parts

This is a good place but the other day i went to get something from there and when i went to go pay for it all the workers were to busy in the back talking so all in all i could have just walked out with it but i don't stell so i waited for about 30 minutes then finally someone from the stock area came out

Don't waste your time calling to check for a part they will tell you that they have it and once you get to the store they will tell you they don't have it.

I will never shop here again. I wouldnt have even got belt i did if i didnt have too. This company doesnt care about thier customers at all. Wouldnt even return a part brand new in the box. They made me feel like i stole the part from them because i didnt have a reciept.
