Very professional , nice,and helpful. This is what I thought. Well I was wrong!!!!!!! They did a good job the first time,on the air conditioner on my 91 F-150. Then I wanted the door locks to work, even without the auto lock. They broke the door panel on th drivers side, when I bought it to there attention they didn't know if they could fine a replacement, and so they did nothing. I found a replacement for a set of two, for about $375.00. It seems like every time they worked on my pick up or van, I had something else when wrong. I asked them how much to replace the starter on my 97 Z-28 I was given a quote of. $500.00. Changed it myself for $175.00, and I am not a mechanic. There's other things I was not happy with. Bottom line I will not bring anything back to them.

I took my car in two weeks ago to have power steering hose replaced and transmission flushed. I paid over $200. For these services. Upon looking under the hood there was fluid all over and now two weeks later the brand new power steering hose is leaking. I am very dissatisfied. I now have it at another shop replacing this hose. I will never trust Auge's again.

Service quick check for a potentially disastrous transmission leak. Appears to be a common problem that will eventually demand replacement with a standard parts kit. Parts are about $250 added with labor adds up to around $400 or so. Chrysler 200 so not too bad. Nice customer waiting lounge with protected wifi.

They are not honest and not very good at repairs. Had a vehicle that needed to be towed to their shop. They promised a tow truck. And they towed it with another truck that was not tow truckI took another car in, SUV for a fuel pump replacement and only lasted about a week. Took it back and they replaced the relay computer. Lasted a few days before fuel pump fuse started to blow. And is still sitting in my yard. I will never take another vehicle there ever again and i tell my friends, family, and strangers NOT to go there for anything. Bad work and way over priced.

We've been customers of Auges for years. The Service department is so awesome and friendly. I feel like family everytime we take our cars in. Robert and his team are awesome and truly desire to please. Ed and Robert Chavez in the Sales department are just excellent. We're in the process of buying a 2nd car (this one for our daughter) and I've already purchased a car from them in late 2017. Love going down and chatting with everyone. Truly the small town feeling with personal service and they all remember names of all their customers. They have always taken care of us when in need. LOVE THEM!

We are moving to Belen and our pick up truck had an issue with the driveline and we didn't have the tools to do what needed to be done. Even though my dad and husband had stopped by, they were told they might not be able to take care of it that day. I called and spoke to Robert and he was great on helping with the issue. I took the driveline and part to the shop and they had it taken care of within an hour!! Thanks to his help, our truck got fixed and we are able to use it. Thanks again for your help!!

This was my second visit. My first was great. I do most of my car work myself because I had a hard time finding someone I could trust in Albuquerque. I moved to Belen and a friend recommended Auges. He travels from Peralta to this place. I took them a car that the belt had been shredded I honestly didn't want to deal with it. They fixed it quickly for a fair price. They probably had to use tweezers to pull belt out of the pullies for hours. Second time, I buried my jeep in the mud, had to winch it out and then I damaged the steering gearbox. When I tried driving it to them to fix it, it was dead. My wife towed me in and the service man, who was super friendly, remembered me. The Jeep was covered in mud inside and out. They fixed it without one word. I made a joke about it and they said that they didn't mind mud. I thought he was joking when he said they even washed it for me. But, when I walked out it was washed inside and out. They also greased all the bushings on the suspension. Thank you guys.
