I have to give a quick shout out to Kasey and all The people at hi country. They were phenomenal on my purchase of my new Z06 Corvette. Very helpful and easy to work with. The person I worked with in the Services Department helped immensely with my car and its problem. He was able to help me with any and all questions I had. He was also very courteous. He called me and talked through every process with the car repairs. Definitely recommend this place for auto repairs and excellent customer service. Get that person a raise!

Couldn't get our older Suburban to run no matter what we threw at it... took it to the Service Dept at Hi Country and after a bit they called and said to come pick it up!! Good service, good communication and good price. These guys are great!! Hit 'em up!!

Sedrik Barnes in the service department is an asset to your team. He was knowledgeable and courteous when I arrived and all through the process. He explained what would happen, outlined the time frame for completion of the project, and even offered to drive me to work if I didn't have someone to pick me up. That's exceptional service.

MY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCEOver the last 23 years I've bought probably a dozen cars from dealers all over the country. My last partner in life (God rest her soul) worked at a dealership so I know some the tricks of the trade with upsells. I went in to HI Country and was early. I was the first in the door, and greeted with smiles. I had problems with my current vehicle. I had a recommended salesperson from a friend by the name of Aly, (Alyssa Kuhn... probably spelled wrong). I was flat out, told her what I wanted, what I needed, and what I could do. She helped me figure it out without badgering me about upsells. She told me what was available and explained details, I made my own choices, and they gave me a fair trade in value even though my trade in was broke down outside. Others offered me a bit more, but not enough to sway my decision to shop there. We got everything I never dreamed I could have!!! THANK YOU!!!

No customer service after you sign the purchasing contract. I'm still waiting on my registration almost two months, they don't keep their agreements on deals and no one owns up to helping me - just finger pointing. Keep clear of salesman Allen, he's only there until you make the purchase than vanishes. Shop elsewhere where they make sure the customers #1 prior , during and after making a purchase. My worst truck buying experience ever! I'm still waiting on updated temporary tag so my new truck is my driveway ornament for now.

Absolute worst service department ever. They said one thing was wrong but then Everytime they"fixed" that part or issue, they uncovered another problem but we're never able to tell me exactly what was wrong with the first part or prove that it was in fact needing to be replaced. I was told they would call to follow up multiple times but I was continually having to call them for updates and when I did finally get a hold of someone, all they could tell me was it was going to take longer. Bottom line, they have terrible communication and their mechanics feel entitled to run up the bill because you as the customer have no way to know if the vehicle really needs the work they recommend. Dont take your car here, you'll regret it!

Kasey is amazing! She went above and beyond to get my daughter her dream car. We did everything over the phone and all we had to do was show up and sign and drive away with our brand new car. She even shopped around for the best interest rate. I will for sure buy all my future vehicles from her.
