I noticed my front passenger side tire wasn't keeping air and after a quick search, found this business in town and brought it in. The intake was fast, the cause was found and repair made just as quickly. It was such a welcome surprise to experience classic, honest service. The charge was minimal and fair as well as everyone I talked to being friendly.

I couldnt have found a better deal . i was looking for a tire for about a week . i called and he had ne a tire the next day . price was decent and service was wonderful . if you need a tire this is the place to go

Went to Big O in Carlsbad to get a slow leak fixed. They turned it into a faster leak which we discovered halfway to Artesia. DT snuck us in and fixed the tire in half an hour, less time than it took the other place to break it!

We were passing through town on our way to Carlsbad and my brother in law had a tire leak. They found a 4" screw in the tire and were able to patch it for less than $30, and it took less than 30 minutes. Great service and they were super friendly!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We were passing through on our way to Texas and we were loosing tire pressure and they fixed us up in 15 minutes for a more than fair price.

Repaired my front tire very efficiently. The boss is very hospitable and the prices are very fair. When I found out that the rear tire was actually damaged as well, they fixed it again very quickly and waived the service charge.Every staff member is friendly and dedicated .Thanks a lot for the help and service here.

I had a slow leak we couldn't figure out on my truck. Victor came my place of employment, took my tire back to his shop and found it was the valve stem, he got it taken care of and brought my tire back & got me going again. Haven't had any problems since. Wouldn't let me pay him anything since he didn't have to fix the tire. He was quick to arrive, very professional and a great guy. We will definitely be using him again when we need something done.

Stopped at DT Tires when my rental car had a slow leak. They were able to look at the car right away and provide a quick fix that completely resolved the issue in less than 30 min. Very affordable and friendly service. Very thankful for them keeping my road trip on track!

I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a flat fix. They took me in right away and got right to finding the leak and fixing it. Great service and friendly people. I'm from out of town so I won't be back but I highly recommend them and thank them for their quick, efficient, fairly-priced work.

If I could give Victor 10 stars for his service, I would. We got stuck when our car broke down outside of Artesia. He came within 15 minutes even though it was after hours and a holiday. He used to be a truck driver for many years and has a lot of experience troubleshooting car issues before starting this family business. He knew what reliable tow truck company to call based on his experience. He was so nice to us and our dog, called a tow truck, gave us water, loaded our luggage up into his truck, and gave us a ride to a hotel while his team evaluated the damage. Unfortunately our car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Roswell. He stored our car overnight and picked us up from the hotel back to his shop the next morning. We will forever remember the kindness that Victor showed in a very tough moment stranded on the side of a highway in the summer. He went above and beyond and we would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you for your help, Victor!

I have to say Thank you to Victor. He spent time with me helping figure out how to best solve my tire problem. I made a poor choice in taking my truck off road and getting into mesquite brush. Vicktor looked at my tires and told me some tire shops would patch my tire but with as many thorns that are in it that would be very expensive and not worth the cost. He offered several options to help me and after considering my options I ordered new tires from him. I don't think I should list prices on here due to the ever-changing cost of tires and supplies, but I will say that he was able to beat any other tire shop I have talked to in the last few days by a lot. I'm a traveling nurse from Texas here with my truck and 5th wheel and don't want to risk a tire blow out hauling my trailer. I will have 4 new tires that are a stronger ply rating and better load capacity than what I had cheaper than most places could have gotten my two tires. I'm headed there in the morning to get them mounted and balanced, I plan to update this review or leave another to touch base on the workman ship, although from talking to him and reading other reviews I have no doubt my expectations will be meet and exceeded. Thank you Victor and DT tires.

I had a big ole hex bolt in my tire. This was the only place I could find that was open on Sunday. Victor was able to patch it up in no time. They patch tires on every kind of vehicle imaginable. They also provide roadside service. Bring your vehicle here to get it done right the first time!

UPDATE!! VICTOR DESERVES "BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD" AWARD. Make sure if you have tires on your vehicle you take it to him before going anywhere else. My man will make your day, guaranteed!!!!!!Customer service is alive and well at DT tire. Victor is the coolest mf Ive met. Down to earth, quick, honest workmanship. Took our new rv for tires and was back on the road in a little over an hour. Give this man and his family your business!!! You wont be disappointed.

DT Tires was a life saver for us. My husband and I are returning home from vacation back to Colorado Springs CO and we had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. After searching in Carlsbad NM with luck we traveled to Artesia and that's where our miracle happened! DJ Tires were not only courtesy but very professional and had us back on the road in no time at all. Huge thank you to these men.

Great customer service, the guys are quick and will make sure you will get what you're looking for. Hands down the fastest tire shop in the area including Roswell and Carlsbad I 100% recommend .

This place is great! We needed a tire so bad for my husband s truck and they ordered it and took care of the problem the next day. I also learned they are open on Sunday for the working man! Very friendly and called back when other places never did! When I say other places, I mean the larger chain store!

Inspected, aired, and replaced valve stem caps on my dually for a great price. Fast as well.
