Autozone Artesia NM...My experience at this store has always be good but today customer service with John Melendrez went beyond the norm. From my initial phone call asking about parts for my outback to pickup at the store shortly after. I found out I had two accts in NM which I had credits on both but not combined. John took a few extra minutes to call customer service and had them combine my accts in store so that I could get the extra 20.00 savings. That alone was beyond any help Ive received in years. If you are in the are, stop by the Artesia autozone and ask for John! Thank you John and Happy New Year.

Scott over at AutoZone is the bomb diggity. I purchased a new blinker light at O'Reilly's and they refused to help me put it in. I called AutoZone willing to just buy a new one if they would help me, and they did it for free with the part I didn't even buy at their store. Scott took his time as my vehicle is not a simple creature to switch out. He was very professional, and obviously my new BFF. Scott had a magical way of multitasking with all the customers, yet still made me feel important and valued. Because of Scott and his willingness to go the extra mile for me (someone who had no obligation to do so) I am now a forever Autozoner!

Everyone was very helpful. Lucy the manager was great. She stuck with me and we finally figured it out. She even brought out a battery and some wire to test my blower motor in my car. A new motor was ordered and I replaced the old. It was exactly what was needed. Our AC is blowing better than it has in a year. I went back to share my success with her.

I went by the other day to have my lights fixed. I believe a gentleman named nick helped me. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back again.

workers are helpful when questions are asked depending on what time you go and who's working, if they don't have something in stock, you can usually have them order it for you and it be in the next day, just keep your receipts!

From all my experiences of going to an Autozone this one really stood out. Edward a retired mechanic was helping us on swapping 2 batteries on a f-250. He was very helpful and professional and in 10 minutes we were in and out of there. Thank You Edward

Drove up and Jonathan immediately came to our service.We asked if he would check our battery and he did. Quickly found out my battery was not good. He offered multiple batteries and got it to workIng price for our budgetAwesome service

Always friendly, and helpful. The part I needed wasn't on the floor, so the person who helped me find the right part # decided to check the back stock, just in case it might be in the inventory but not set out.

Poor customer service. The store personal could care less if your there or not. I am As they say white, they were Mexican, I had to wait over 20 minute to check out, but the Hispanic ahead of me , got serviced right away.

Only had one air filter out of 5 brands wow. In a dessert really wake up. And the one they had was 46 bucks was looking for a spare while cleaning my k&n filter nope sorry. Want be back.

I'm far from being mechanically inclined. When told the guy what I was looking for he pointed me in the right direction and even helped me help me with the piece I needed for my car. Great service
