Don't waste your time call someone else. I called for a tow at 9:30pm was told it would be 30-60 minutes. Then received a cancelation call at 11:22pm stating they couldn't have 4 ride alongs. This wasn't mentioned to me when I called & I wasn't aware I had to tell them. Is this common knowledge? They left me and my kids stranded for hours and didn't seem to care. Then they tried charging me 50% of the cost for canceling, even though I didn't request cancelation.
