This course, the restaurants, bar and everything - is top shelf. 10/10. The food is incredible. I've had the trout, the rib-eye, the scallops, all perfection. My wife's salmon is always prepared as she likes it (cooked well, so it's flaky all through). The hostesses and wait staff are a pleasure. The upcoming new Fitness Center and Pools are looking AMAZING! This was a great investment and we look forward to many more fun years. Can't wait to get out on that BEAUTIFUL golf course.

Wonderful facility for members and their guests. Offers many activities, good food, nice atmosphere, a variety of entertainment, well maintained golf courses, fitness center and courteous staff.

Excellent service and great food at the club house. The best bang for the buck county club in the southwest with spectacular views of Sierra Blanca and 2 awesome 18 hole courses (and one so-so course).

We had a terrible experience at the restaurant yesterday. I ordered the seared salmon spinach salad and my salmon was raw in the middle and had to be re-seared, which never happened to me even at chain restaurants like Applebee's. I also ordered a green chili salmon with vegetable risotto to take out. This thing had nothing to do with risotto - it was overcooked white rice with chunks of carrot and celery. The price-quality ratio is horrendous. On top of that, we were charged 18% gratuity, even on the take out order (so our gratuity ended up over $50, as we were 3 people and everyone ordered a plate to eat there and 2 plates to go). The only reason we went there was to use the credit that my aunt has there, otherwise you find much better and reasonably priced food at many other places.

Fantastic courses, great entertainment, great bar and wonderful food. We've been members for years and I sell lots of homes and land here! If you need one or the other, find me! You won't be sorry! Enchanted Sun Realty, Ruidoso.

The country club has amazing food. I have eaten there several times, several different items and everything has been great. They have Karaoke on Wednesday's in the summer which is a lot of fun. Great food and drinks and their wait staff is very pleasant.

Food quality has gone down a bunch. We used to look forward to going to Alto CC to eat, but the quality of food has steadily seemed to decline. Long ticket times to get food, prime rib so tough you can't eat it...

The food and service was excellent! Everything came out promptly and everyone was happy with the dishes they ordered. I definitely will be back for both breakfast and dinner as both were excellent!

Lovely country club. There for an event. Food was mediocre, couldn't even get a refill on tea service so poor.

My friend has access to this country club. We went there for Thanksgiving weekend. This is a beautiful course that has great fairways and greens are good especially when there is a heard of elk and horses. The staff is very friendly. The food is awsome also. If you have a chance to play golf at this private club I highly recommend.

I ordered a BLT and fries...OMG! That was the best BLT I've ever had! Smokey bacon on sourdough, delicious! Friendly, attentive staff and beautiful views, great food = a memorable meal.

I love you eat at the Alto Club House. The food is always great as is the service! I had the Black and Bleu salad. The beef medallions were so tender and I would heartily recommend it!

Fun course. Played in early April so not at is best. Greens were nice ... fast and usually break to Sierra Blanca. The tee boxes on all par 3's were thin and sandy. We played in scramble so I'm unsure of the price of normal green fees. Nice facilities and a really fun driving range that's elevated. Big clubhouse and pro shop.

The menu items are well portioned, the entrees are typically very tasty and above all the service is always excellent. Thanks Ruben!FYI- this is a private golf course and country club offering membership accommodations only to those who are property owners within one or more of Alto Lakes many subdivisions boundaries. These transferable memberships carry with them many privileges at ALG&CC, one of which is the capability to dine at the ALG&CC Restaurant.

Just okay...front nine is really average at best...Greens were in great shape and fairly fast...Back Nine is better and more picturesque...but still a bit simplistic for $125...

Food is decent and not the biggest fan of the pool (crowded, excess amount of chlorine, very warm etc.) but it s still alright

Great course, but we have always had problems with the course marshals. Extremely rude and they even accused my group one time of not paying the $125 green fee and cart fee.

Beautiful place. Caught many fish at Alto Lake. Very calming place to go and fish or just reflect back on life. All in all its a great place to go to.
