What a wonderful buying experience. The salesman (Nico) basically let the truck sell itself. No pushy salesman here that I could see! Great value for the truck we ended up getting. They let us test drive like 7 vehicles (didn't know exactly what we wanted) but it was just a great experience! Also threw in the camper shell for free! We'll be going back for used car needs.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. For our experience, we paid the full asking price upfront for the vehicle we were interested in, and the team helped make that process quick and smooth. We buy a car once a decade, and although I insisted on having a pre purchase inspection done at an auto shop of our choice, we were particularly happy with the maintenance records and the proof of servicing the vehicle had before it became available for sale. It was assurance that we were getting into a safe reliable vehicle. We are overall very satisfied and will consider them in the future.

When you go to buy a car, you want a fair price, a nice car with trusted and honest service.I got all that and more from Zia Auto.The staff was very friendly. Especially Erik. They communicated with us through the entire process and made sure we were happy with our service with no pressure.I couldn t ask for a better car buying experience. This was an all-around very positive experience. I was hesitant due to a recent terrible experience, and the staff accommodated me and created an agreement that worked. I got a car that I'm very happy with at a good price. I thought that I was having 15-day warranty issue, and they were happy to take care of it (it turned out nothing was wrong). Everyone was very friendly and great to work with.

## Review of Zia Auto SalesI recently had a negative experience with Zia Auto Sales and felt compelled to warn potential buyers. My friend, her family, and her clients were put into extreme danger due to a vehicle that was sold to them with a faulty braking system. To make matters worse, the staff at Zia Auto Sales showed complete disregard for their safety and well-being. Mr. Rojo was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and Travis took advantage of a female who was unfamiliar with cars by persuading her that the vehicle was safe on the test drive. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical.I would strongly advise any potential buyers to stay away from Zia Auto Sales. Not only do they sell vehicles with dangerous defects, but they also mistreat their customers and show no regard for their safety. If you are looking for a reliable and reputable dealership, I would recommend looking elsewhere.Thank you for taking the time to read my review and I hope it helps you

20231216 worst experience with a New Mexico auto dealership. Do not trust these people because they will run your credit with many banks without asking you. I was informed at the beginning it would be one check with an institution. Not a lot more after. So protect yourself and ask your bank which dealership they have a good relationship with. You are better off getting a build sheet and taking that to your bank. You take the check to the dealer to pick up your vehicle. so the dealer doesn t fill in the blanks and make more money off of you.

Its been little over a year since I got my camaro. She still running good. And Thanks guys at Zia Auto.. 3 years later. Still have 2015 Camaro. Still running strong. Just added new rubber all the way around. Might go back for another look at rides. They treated us real good the 1st. That really counts when working with them.

In short: Excellent in every part of the buying experience.In detail: the cars are reviewed and certified on-site by their garage. The quality of their in-depth reviews is better than a trip to your own mechanic. Any and every mechanical or maintenance issue is addressed by their garage before the car hits the lot, rather than something for you to have to negotiate/barter on.We purchased the vehicle six months ago. Vehicle is in perfect working order. Filters, fluids, tires are all excellent and were taken care before the vehicle was available for test drives.I have purchased and sold cars personally and professionally. I was impressed by the speed and quality of the transaction. We came in with a pre-approval dated prior to the rate volatility. All the same, the options show by Zia Auto available through local financial partners were competitive rates. The staff gave us no difficulty or price changes because we brought and used our own financing.The pricing was extremely reasonable. We barely negotiated about $200 because of some cosmetic work.Every part of the transaction that was agreed to was honored in full. Professional, honest, kind, and human. Thoroughly impressed. Will absolutely look there first for next vehicle. Might even let them know what we want and wait for them to have it in stock.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Ina was very helpful, gave solid advice when asked, knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy at all. I would definitely do business with this dealership in the future which is not something I would say of other places I have been to in Albuquerque. I think they gave me a good deal for my car and I left feeling confident that I had made the right decision. I definitely recommend this place for nice and affordable used cars.

Worst experience I have ever had!!! Not only did i trust them to sell me a reliable vehicle it turned into a nightmare to going to there shop multiple times till the point my truck was totaled in an accident well they were trying to fix the same issue for the third time and it should have gone to the reputable transmission shop that it was warrantied from instead they decide to fix the leaking truck they sold me!!!! Themselves and when it was rear ended and totaled It happened at 11am and they didn t call me till they were about to close at 4:30 very shifty and told me it was Courtesy they called me for crashing my truck!!! short story I paid out with my insurance and ended up with no vehicle for me and my family of 3!!!! Horrible business wouldn t trust or use them warning

Test drove a vehicle here and when I returned the manager was literally yelling at me to move my personal vehicle! Needless to say I left without purchasing a vehicle and I don t have a payment so I guess I owe her a thank you.

I bought a third row 11 months ago. I paid for the extended warranty and have taken it in at least 6 times and I pay out of pocket every time. Nothing is covered. I feel like I was sold a lemon and no one is willing to work with me now that they got my money !! I hate this SUV and I feel like crying every day !!

This place is the best. Very open and honest. Hannah, who showed me the car was very warm and welcoming, answered all my questions and was just a pleasure to work with. Ina, who did my financing was wonderful and went over every little detail and made me feel very comfortable with this investment. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a quality used vehicle. It was a pleasant and pressure free experience.

Had an amazing experience buying my husband a car at Zia Auto. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were promptly called to set up a test drive after sending our info via their website and were happy to hear that they all work as one team. Much less pressure! We also came with our own financing, but they helped us get an ever better loan through our credit union. Saved us SO much money. We were also prepared to be there for the long haul. We were amazed at how efficient and fast the whole team is. We were there for maybe two hours, but never once felt rushed or neglected. We will definitely be telling everyone we know about Zia and our great experience. Will also come back if we ever need another vehicle. A++!

Worst Experience I HAVE EVER HAD.Walked in mind you already had let Ina know I was coming either on a Wednesday or Thursday. She wasn t there Thursday the day I came which she could have informed me of that if she wasn t available that day. So Renee comes out gives us her business cards in civilian clothes talking on the phone. She tells me that I am going to have to hurry and test drive it because they clothes in an hour. LMAO. So I guess she didn t want the sale even if u did want the car. During the test drive she was on the phone not really seemed pleased to do her job. Worst experience they profiled me did somewhat an ok job but I think they should change their attitudes towards people.

Was in the market for a new used car due to some unfortunate circumstances. The process has been stressful and a bit frustrating. When my family and I happened to come across Zia Auto my initial thoughts were misleading. However, we were greeted with very welcoming staff and the best part they weren t pushy. The inventory on the lot is of a very high quality and very comparable or better than major dealerships. Upon finding the vehicle that suited my family s needs and then some. We started the ever dreadful process of paperwork to purchase a vehicle. The entire team came together and made the purchase extremely quick and very comfortable. Taking note of younger children that I had and also tended to them very well. I had one of the best experiences of purchasing a vehicle with Zia Auto. Excellent prices, amazing inventory, and best part, the AMAZING staff!! I highly recommend Zia Auto as I will definitely be a return customer when in the market for a vehicle again.

Travis was our sales man and he was great! Thank you again Travis. We purchased our car on Saturday 5/22/21. Paperwork was smooth and everyone was helpful. We noticed on Sunday the car has an intermittent hesitation when hitting 20 - 25 miles an hour. I immediately notified Travis of the issue and he suggested I bring the car in on Tuesday. My husband and I researched potential issues with the car and found there was a recall similar to the issues we were having requiring a torque converter replacement and software update. So we scheduled an appointment with Toyota to review for any recalls. Toyota got us in on Tuesday morning and reported back that the issue is with the torque converter and the transmission will need to be replaced, no open recalls for our car. We went immediately back to Zia to let them know what we were told and to see what their thoughts were on the issue we were experiencing. It was suggested it was the way we drive and suggested to try and drive faster as the car might be used to the previous owner. It was also suggested that the transmission be serviced. However according to the documents received from Zia Auto the transmission was already serviced upon inspection. At this point the car is with Zia Auto and has been since yesterday. We are waiting for an update. I am a little nervous as to how this is all going to play out and plan to update this review once it s all said and done. Stay tuned...my 3 star rating is only 3 starts because of where we are in the process but want to add customer service was great and so far everyone had been super helpful.Update:Everything went great car was fixed within a week and has been running great ever since! Thanks a bunch for everything!

I m from out of town, we were passing through and had our fifth wheel and our reservation is over in 2 days I call on Saturday to speak with a very professional Robert. We had a sensor for ESP/BAS go on in our family Jeep on the trip going back home between Texas and to Utah Everyone else was booked sooo far out, which normally wouldn t be much of a big deal but I m 32 weeks pregnant and need to get back to my home state ASAP.Robert said to bring it right in when we get in town! I was so thankful! He checked up the vehicle, all was well, he offered assistance in the future and tried to be extremely helpful and kind.It will always be a memory I have of Albuquerque and I ll definitely be returning here for any issues in the future if we are passing back through.Super professional! Super helpful! Not pushy but very knowledgeable and told me what to look out for in the future based on the test screening.

The lady Natalie I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and was yelling at me, I would never recommend this place to anyone . They should just fire her, like how can you talk to your customers like that?!?! Extremely unprofessional.

We found a great car at a great price. The owner and staff were great to work with from start to finish. Once we picked the car, we completed the credit application online and were in and out, keys in hand in less than 30 minutes. No stress, no pressure, just the car we wanted at a fair price.

Zia Auto was awesome. Ina in particular made the buying process super easy and fast. She coordinated everything for me by phone and all I had to do was test drive the vehicle I wanted and sign the paperwork. Lisa was very helpful too, she took me through all the features my car came with as well as took the time to sync my phone to my new bluetooth system. I'm in love with my new SUV and if I ever need a new vehicle I will definitely go with them again. I'm a customer for life with Zia Auto.

Best dealership I have ever went. No hassle no stress. They showed me exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions and spent way less time as I would at other places and treated my family wonderful. I definitely recommend other people to check out Zia Auto. I was able to purchase the vehicle I have been wanting for some time now and with my credit not so good and they never made me feel less worthy or discouraged. Thanks it meant a lot to me.

This was by far, the nicest car dealership we visited. Alondra was amazing. She knew so much about all the vehicles and was so nice and helpful. Travis was great and took a lot of time trying to get us the right deal and the right truck for what we needed. We even got to meet the owner, James. He is so down to earth and and even worked out some extras on our truck to accommodate us. Everyone is very relaxed and not at all pushy at Zia Auto. If you need a new or used car then this is the place to go.
