Bo and his staff are very friendly. They fixed my vehicle correctly. Bo will work with you and make it to where it's affordable. Bo and his staff does an awesome job at the top at the work that they do.

I usually don't write reviews but my girlfriend is too nice to write one herself. First off she told them that it might be a battery issue but it "turned out to be something else and the battery is fine". The day after she paid and drove the car home we got stuck at the grocery store because the car wouldn't start. We had to ask a stranger for a jump to go to AutoZone to get the battery replaced. I can't believe she paid $3000 and still have the car not work/need more work. Especially because it took 5 minutes to look at and replace.Speaking of the payment, a few days later they called her and left a voicemail threating a mechanic's lien because they mistakenly charged her the wrong amount. I know mistakes happen but threatened someone with legal action because of your mistake and after one phone call is insane.So in conclusion go here if you want to pay way too much to not have the stuff you ask for to get fixed/looked at and to be mischarged and threatened with legal action.

I had an alignment and oil change done on my truck here today. The owners were so kind and helpful. My technicians name was Abe and he was amazing. Im grateful to have had my truck in good hands with them today. This place is great. I love the customer service here. I was in need of some tires two separate times and they took care of me. Thank you Bo, Beau and CJ for your help. I'm definitely coming back when I need service on my vehicles.

I went to Discount Tire for an appointment for a tire patch and they didn't even see my appointment on their computer and then he checked my tire and said it's really unsafe to do a patch and also tried to sell me everything that I didn't need. Of course I left Discount Tire cuz they were frustrating me and I went down the street here at the Wheel Alignment II, and they were so polite, nice and I didn't even have an appointment. 20 bucks and only sat there for 20 minutes for a patch. I really suggest this business: they are the best!!!

I would give them negative Star rating. Found a dirty rag in the engine compartment. Lucky it didn't wind up in the belts or fan. Look at what was spent and nothing was resolved. Just sad! Super nice people that do not deliver what they promise. After all this, I highly doubt they are able nor have the capacity.See a pattern here?Requested full inspection for my mother's vehicle. Found leaking turbo oil line. Stated that they repaired it. It still leaks. Spend $275They replaced the catalytic converter on my car. The exhaust still leaks from the converter. Spent $1800.The replaced leaking coolant return and overflow line. It still leaks. $345They replaced the rear brakes that made a rubbing noise that was confused as a differential. They haven't did my job yet on my truck.But I do feel more comfortable with the place that has been around for a while.And I'm sure they do an excellent job on alignment.This is the reason I gave him five stars, I would rather be around a business that has been around a good long time

This place is amazing! My wife had a tire emergency at the convenience store across the street and they helped us out without and appointment and got us in our way. When we can back to get the wheel sensor replaced, they did it quick and at a super reasonable price. Best of all, their customer service is top notch. They were really friendly to our kids too. Highly recommended!!!

400.00 for a washer. I was a fool to go back. But I figured give them one more chance. I think I understand a beaten wife's syndrome now. I will never step back unless it is to get my $ back. I blew the engine in the 65. I had it towed to their shop, they had done previous work for me, no problems. The pictures of the previous customers on the walls with how much they have spent should have been my 1st warning. They have since removed their boasting rights of how much they gouged the poor peeps. I thought I had overheated the engine but after compression test. It was blown. The next quote from Robert was 3K+ and that wasn't including the machine work to be done by the the machinist. I said umngh no I can yank the engine out myself and throw it into my truck and take it over to an honest machinist. Which I did, I had the block swapped out and a new Cam put in and the carburetor rebuilt. I borrowed friends cherry picker and put the car back together. Unfortunately I forgot the washer to the alternator to give it the .125" clearance from the block. When I put the cables back to the battery for a split second the arc told me it was shorted. Flashback to when when I was putting the engine back in. I noticed new bolts for the motor mounts on the drivers side. I never authorized Wheel align it II to take the engine out. Why was there new hardware? They assumed I would be another sucker on the wall for 10K? So thats why when I told them no, I don't want them to "fix" my car. I will pick the car up. It took them 2 days for the car to be ready. They had the engine out ready to go to their machinist. That's suspect! Robert said I should be thankful that there was new hardware put in. At least they cared enough to do something about it. The three bolts from Pep boys, aluminium. Not the steel bolts to withstand tension and force. They also need to educate their mechanics on how and why a split and a flat washer are and how they work. Why didn't they say come get it. No it's going take them 2 days because they lost the hardware when they assumed I was gonna have them rake me over the coals. I recently dropped it off to them to trouble shoot the short on Monday. I told them what I had done and it sat in their shop for 3 days. I had to call them to see what's going on with it, everyday. Day three I called as soon as they opened and said I will be there in 10 minutes to have my car ready for me to pick up. They said ok. I waited for 1.5 hours for their "runner" to go get himself breakfast and my transmission oil from autozone. The mechanic argued to me that the voltage regulator wasn't hooked up and it needed to be or my battery is going to die. I bought the expensive one wire alternator that had the built in voltage regulator. The factory voltage regulator didn't need to be in the equation. He said ok. Weird you had the car 2 days and you couldn't figure that out? I left their shop fuming went to get the exhaust put in and the screeech from the "new" belt boiled my blood pressure. "Because the old one pulled the alternator to close to the block and caused the short". I lost it. I drove the car back to the shop pissed and yelled at Dean the mechanic to tighten the Positive cable to the battery post and put the old belt back on. I think the only way you figured out the short was you installed the alternator wire to the starter relay and the insulation melted. The + post on the battery looked like it had a pick ax and a hammer and a pissed off mechanic going to town. The shop manager Robert apologized to me for how my car left his shop. "There was no excuse". I shook his hand and said thank you. I left, the proverable, fool me 1 X poor you, fool me 2x poor me. I am a slow learner I guess. But never again. Learn from my mistakes. Don't be a fool.

Don't like the owner Bo!! He lied to me on a few things! NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! I thought I could trust him! I had radiator fixed by him the next day I'm having issues with a noise coming from what he just fixed! I told him I wasn't coming back there again! Bo told me if I ever stepped foot on his property again he would call police. How professional is that? I asked him for warranty on other issue I had fixed he wouldn't return my call! I really don't think he fixed that problem in first place! I have heard complaints from other people!! Be careful people! There's a lot of other honest mechanics out there who do great work! Bo's a great talker, be careful!!

First time I've used this establishment and I have to say it's one of the best shops in town. Beau the Owner is a true professional. He has great mechanics working for him. His prices are more then reasonable. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of mechanical work. Cannot recommend them enough. Gotten two cars taken care of here, both brake and rotor services. Best prices in town. Always finds time to fit me in. The team is amazing and quick but efficient. When I called this place I was really happy with the friendly service I received on the phone. I took in my van and dropped it off. I was surprised that that got it done so quickly. When I drop away from the shop I still had a shake and slight drift to the left. I called back immediately and they explained that the tires needed balancing. So I took my van back to discount for balance and rotation and yes this fixed the shake just like they said. They know their stuff. I then took my van back for a readjustment and they happily readjusted my alignment. I must say I very happy with this business and I will trust them to come again, recommend them and bring my other vehicles. These guys are unscrupulous, my wife took her car in to get a repair estimate for a specific problem, they gave us an estimate of over 1200.00, because they included things that have no relevance to the problem, I took the car to a better place and got the problem fixed for 150.00,and on top of that they charged us 54.00 for a completely worthless estimate..In reply to your false statement, at the bottom of the paper my wife was given it clearly says "estimate" good for 30 days,.. very apparent that you try to get over on women, go ahead lie some more I can take a picture of the estimate and post it .. people need to pay more attention to your reviews

Beware be prepared to pay much more than the upfront quote, my front left tire was wearing from the inside. I originally took for a wheel alignment. Beau the owner stated I had a bent strut. Plus on 3 conversations, I mentioned I was going to need a run flat tire. He stated he had connections and would replace for 125.00. Was an empty gesture, did not remember he would replace with run flat tire. Brought car on Wed, called and stated I needed control arms also. Car had 68k miles. We researched prices on Rock Auto, strut/spring 100.00 each, this was the high end. Control arms were 90.00 each. His mark up is around 300 percent. Beau charged 258.88 for strut each. Controls arm each, was 296.30. Plus charged four hours of labor at 110.00 per hour. Keep in mind this was just the front tires only. I picked up the car on Friday, August 19,2022 for a total of $1,953.35. Overall quality, time will tell, I don t know what the warranty period is, nor the mileage of my car is indicated on the receipt.I am very disappointed and saddened will not come back nor recommend Wheel Align II.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

Horrible experience.Spent over $3000 "fixing" a problem that was NEVER FIXED.Please take your car to Walmart or Any Other Reputable shop. The owner is clearly a roided out hot head that has no mechanical experience.

I was referred here by the guys at Costco Tire, whose quality I ve always trusted. Their recommendation was a good one; these guys were very fast and very well-priced. Friendly, too. And they re a true neighborhood shop that supports local kiddie leagues and athletes. They also do other auto work, apparently I definitely recommend.

The guys at this shop gave me the best deal on a new set of tires and wheel alignment for a price that no other shop would beat. I was in need of an alignment i called ahead. The gentlemen that answered the phone was very nice telling me how the day was looking and i can drop off my vehicle anytime. Dropped my vehicle off staff was friendly inviting and quick. I received my vehicle 2 hours later. Steering wheel is straight car does not pull to the left anymore drives like new. It only cost me 100.00 thank you guys for the quality service.

Will never go back again! Very rude, disrespectful and didn t do the work properly. We had to cancel a trip out of town because they messed up our truck! Have been going to them for over 10 years and will never step foot inside that shop again. When we tried to check their work before taking the vehicle home the first time they said they would charge us for not trusting them. They quoted one price and almost doubled it without asking if we could pay the difference and their explanation was that the mother in law doesn t know what the alignment entails. I was frustrated and cried explaining we have a 10 hour road trip the next day and have a little girl and I was concerned for our safety because of the poor job they did and he said if we die it s not his problem and slammed the door in my face. I went back and spoke with the owner who apologized but still defended him. He offered to fix the work, which he did but the piece that the tech bent that was supposed to be replaced at his expense was simply bent back. When I got my truck back there was a large dent on the side and the owner went off on me when I called him and said to take him to court it s not his problem. Awful and disgusting people!

The service was excellent!! It was a bit crowded so I had to leave my vehicle overnight. I guess that goes with good service, the people keep going back. Was very content with the work done on my vehicle. There's a major difference in the way it runs now. I definitely will be going back!!

This professional shop and the mechanic technicians were very courteous and their knowledgeable and expertise saved me a lot of money. They are top notch and do the job right the first time. I would highly recommend Wheel Align It II if your looking for good mechanics as this is the place to take your vehicle. Finally a trusted shop in town to take care of the real problems. I went in for my car and they charge me 400$ to repair it. Two weeks later, my oil starts leaking which it has never done. Therefore, I took my car back and they kept my car from 8am-4pm to tell me that they cannot locate the source. They proceeded to tell me that the oil leak was not because of them but because of something else. So I took my car back went to a family trusted mechanic and they told me that whoever worked on my car broke a valve cap which caused my oil to leak. I do not trust this shop and I do not recommend anyone either especially a women. They will take advantage!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
