It's easy to go there, Rick is honest and fair, and the work is quality. My alternator went out on me and I had them replace it, well the part turned out to be faulty and they did the entire job again for free. If you want quality work, honest people, and a good price go see them.

Rick was fantastic, called on a Thursday evening, got me in on Friday morning and had it finished early Saturday morning. I m back on the road. Would recommend this shop to any traveler with mechanical troubles. Thanks again!!! Rob from Arizona

VMP was on the list for my warranty so I had my car towed there and I am SO glad I did! They were really really nice and extremely efficient. It turned out not to be something covered under my warranty, but it was great to have them do the work quickly and for a reasonable price. Will definitely go back and highly recommend the Vehicle Maintenance Place!

Went here for the first time today. I used to take my car to the dealer. VMP has a much better vibe and I like going to a shop in my neighborhood.

Took wife s vehicle in for warranty work. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Had to leave vehicle when it was discovered the tow company that took vehicle there had damaged the rear differential. They were able to fix in a timely manner. Happy with their work. Needs some more work due to O2 sensors going out. Taking it back to them to complete that work. Very comfortable with them and they are professional.Service: Battery

Took vehicle in for oil change and another issue. Very nice location, friendly people. Two great dogs! Honest about the diagnosis thought might be going on. They reached out to Honda and verified, which was just further confirmation. Price for oil change very affordable. Kept my car all day on multiple occasions and did very little actual work on it. Took it in for my ac three separate times and it still doesn't work. Hundreds of dollars later.

I have a vehicle I purchased back in 2015 through CarMax. With my extended warranty, VMP has gotten my car into tip-top shape. There was a squeaking issue I had since I had purchased my car, plus other emerging things happening. VMP was quickly able to diagnose and fix my car -- and again, I had the issue for years without another mechanic being able to pinpoint the issue! Now my car runs as good as new. Even after my warranty ends, I still feel very confident that I will continue to bring my car to them for my auto needs. I recommend for anyone in town who is looking for a reputable auto mechanic to check them out!

Changed the battery in my camry and fixed the door latch in 2 hrs flat. Super great service. If youre surprised at how fast they fix your car---the guy will tell you "well, I told my guys whos car they were fixing amd they got right on it!"---super nice folks.

I have been going to VMP (formerly VO-C-O's) for at least 20 years, when they had a GSA vehicle contract and I worked for the Government. Nothing can match the peace of mind I get by taking my car in quarterly for its "doctor's appointment," and getting straight answers. I don't drive many miles in my retirement, so it's important to make sure the car is always in drivable condition. This is a friendly, long standing, mom-and-pop family Albuquerque establishment that is a testament to its great customer service, its ethical operations, vehicle maintenance, and repair facilities.
