Got a flat on the road traveling to Utah. We found this place on Google and we were in and out in 15 minutes with a good used tire. The prices were fair and they were super fast and friendly!

Good service only one bad habit when putting car down after being up dropping itAt one s could mess up my car especially if loaded with anything. Don t know if is personal but again don t know anybody from venado tire shop other than that no complaints at all good work.

Do not buy any tire from this place. I've had my tire a month and it slid off already and I'm not even a dangerous driver. I woke up to go to work and drove half way out of my complex and the tire slid straight off as if the doesn't fit at all. Will never return

Bought a couple used tires and in less than 2 months this happened. My tire almost separated when I was driving on the freeway. The whole experience was highly unprofessional. They were nice guys, but the price was absurd considering this is the quality, and the safety measures they were using weren't the safest. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff, Quick service and good prices. Just got a tire repair (nail was on the edge and no one else could do it except them) and rotation done in about 25 minutes. Can t recommend these guys more!

After going to big chain shop who could not find small leak, I came to the shop I have trusted for years. Venado is a real shop with great people and excellent service. Thank you all at your shop for keeping my family safe again. Update November 12th 2022. Went for a simple mount and ballance i hand carried in. Charge is now 21 dollars to do this. More than twice anywhere else will charge you. Can no longer reccomend This place of buisness for fair tire needs.

Bought a used tire here. Everyone says don't buy used tires and that's probably a good idea but if you just need a tire that is equivalent or slightly better that the ones currently on your vehicle. The people here were friendly and quick. The first tire I chose had a hole in the side wall that was unrepairable and the technician was honest and had me pick another tire. He checked it for leaks and the used tire has been working great since then. I pulled my 23 ft, 6,000 pound trailer with that tire and it's been working.

Was being told other places I had to replace my WHOLE tire. We came here and they easily patched it up and do great work . Recommend to anyone who doesn t wanna be ripped off by discount tires or Firestone !! 10/10

Super impressed. They fixed my tire and replaced my stripped lug stud for a great price and incredibly fast. Would not hesitate to go back, just got to remember to bring cash to tip next time because damn they deserve it.

Surprising selection of brands and sizes, excellent quality, great service, very fast and professional installation. Saved over 50% on a set of tires for my truck compared to new, and got high quality tires with 85% or more tread remaining.

Good people. Fast and efficient. I got a great set of used tires for $320 mounted and balanced out the door. It was all done and less than 45 minutes. They are typically pretty busy so if you plan to go go early. I am satisfied with the product that I purchased and hope that you will be too.

These guys were so nice, honest, and quick. I had a tire blow out and another going flat they replaced them both in less than 20 minutes. It was also not crazy expensive which is hard to find these days.

I've come here alot and everytime it's great service, affordable and generally quick. If it weren't for them this morning my husband would've had to drive out from Edgewood to take it somewhere where there's a long wait and my job requires my vehicle. Highly recommend.

I purchased a used tire and got on the freeway and my car shook like never before. Took the car back to explain to him and received the worst customer service I've ever gotten. They lied and did nothing for me. then I took it to a real tire shop and found out the balance was 8 oz off. Basically they take your money and then lie to you and don't back their work up .back tr wowas wrong and didn't want to back so I left and went to a real tire shop

Best tire shop in town. Hands down. They are quick, and friendly and you can't beat their prices. I've gone there for two of my vehicles and I will be back. They also gave me a coupons to get an alignment and I was able to get it done that same day!!! Very impressed with the overall service of this place! They are bilingual as well! Spanish/English.

My tire had a slow leak and went flat on me. I had a nail in my tire. I didn't have to wait one bit. I pulled up, and they took the tire off, patched it, and was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I am amazed!

I ve been coming here for over a decade and can t believe I haven t reviewed this place yet! They have the BEST USED TIRES in New Mexico. I ve consistently traveled almost 2 hours one way to see these guys and their quality has not changed or faltered. I can t count the times they have saved me with my tires ( and I m notorious for issues issues)! Also their prices are unbeatable. The only reason they don t have a solid 5 star rating is cause you simply can t please everyone. At the end of the day they are used tires and their customer service to fix any issues speaks for itself!

Ive been coming here for years and this last time they made a 40% price increase. I usually get a good deal and tip the one working on my car about $20. Unless they have a set price for their customers to see I wont go back because they can easily making prices as they go

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would, but it won t let me went and got one tire for one car. Fine!! Then we went and got 2 other tires for another car that I have, and lord and behold the car got driven 20 miles back to the house and it hasn t been driven went outside about 5 hours later and the tire is FLAT!!!! Took the tire out and of course there is a very small NAIL in it. They literally sold me a tire with a nail in it I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Then when we were getting the tires put in I went to ask one of the guys a question and he had the guts to say he doesn t speak English cool!!! (I speak Spanish) so I started talking to him in Spanish and he didn t even want to help, looked at me like I was CRAZY.Do better!!!!!!!

Overall not the best experience with the employees but nonetheless good tires, fast work, and good prices. (only 2nd to Tony's tires)Don't expect them to be able to get the locking lug nuts off if you don't have a key on hand!

I would absolutely not recommend this tire shop. I was sold a used tire which I expect not to be in great shape but I expect it to last longer than 3 weeks. Upon inspecting the tire to see why it was losing air I learned the tire they sold me already had a plug placed in it. When I went back to the shop I was charged more money to fix a tire that I was sold with a plug in it. Straight rip offs I will definitely not being going back.
