Gered took good care of me quite a respectful young man, took safety into account when my dumb a** asked for the incorrect amt of psi on tires. In and out in under 5 mins for air overall the best experience I've had in a while. Give that man a raise

My experience with Valvoline was beyond horrendous. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and it turned into an ordeal I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. One of their so-called "technicians" managed to strip my oil pan, which caused me to leak oil for an excruciating three days before I even realized what had happened. This alone was a monumental failure on their part.To make matters worse, I live a gut-wrenching three hours away from their ill-fated location. 6hour total drive there and back. When I finally called Valvoline and reported the disaster, the response I received was nothing short of infuriating. They insisted that I should take my car to a mechanic myself, then only to find out from 1800 number (Valvoline coperate) that one of their technicians from Valvoline has to look at my vehicle or the whole claim is voided, so I was left worried due to the fact they told me instantly to take it to a local mechanic. I ended up having to dig into my own pocket to cover the repair costs, a burden that should have been shouldered by Valvoline.The agony didn't end there. I was left in the dark for days, not knowing if Valvoline would end up covering the costs of the damages....consumed by anxiety and worry that I would be out a staggering $1000 due to their colossal blunder. I requested to speak with their supposed area manager, Jared, as one of their employees had promised me he'd call me right away. However, not a single word from him ever came.The situation became even moreinfuriating because I heavily rely on my vehicle for work. Being without it for days meant I was unable to earn a living during that time. Valvoline's negligence not only cost me money but also jeopardized my livelihood. What made matters even worse was that they never offered any assistance or compensation to help cover the losses I incurred due to their blunder. It was a stark reminder of their complete disregard for their customers' well-being and a stark display of their lack of responsibility. This entire ordeal was not just an inconvenience; it was a severe detriment to my work and financial stability, for which Valvoline showed no empathy or willingness to make amends....they just only covered the costs of the damages they did to my vehicle, is all.In my desperation, I was left with no choice but to contact corporate through their online chat. Even then, their response was agonizingly slow. Eventually, they approved my claim, but did Jared ever call me, as promised? Of course not. The lack of accountability and the sheer incompetence displayed by Valvoline in this entire ordeal were utterly maddening.I was furious, to say the least. Valvoline's actions, or lack thereof, are inexcusable. They left me stranded, out of pocket, and in the dark for days. This level of mistreatment is simply unforgivable, and I wouldn't recommend Valvoline to my worst enemy. They have lost a customer for life, and I implore anyone reading this to avoid them like the plague.

Logan, Noel, and Danyyil were awesome. They were welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions. The prices aren t bad and the wait was not long at all. I was in and out. They filled my tires and changed my wipers for me. All three of them were amazing and I d definitely recommend this location. I ll be returning.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

They offered to change oil if I bring my own oil filter and the synthetic oil, which they did but $8 more they said they would charge. A week later, I noticed that engine oil spots on my garage floor. I thought perhaps they spilled oil while pouring in oil so I placed a cardboard around the leak before weekend travel. When I came back, there was lot more engine oil. I called immediately and they told me to bring it in next hour and they will look into it. They claimed that I had faulty drain valve and they pulled out my engine oil and poured it back. What really happened was they didn't properly close the valve and I ended up with engine oil leak. No restitution of any kind. The assistant manager claimed that I got brand new oil change and I should be thankful. I would never go to this place again for oil change.

They have always been kind and nice to me! They have a very good staff there! I had a leak and I brought it to them to check it out, he said it was radiator and filled my coolant container up and polished off oil that I was down. They didn't even charge me! They work together as a team and get along real well with each other! Thank you guys at valvoline!!

First time at this place, and very qualified people serviced my Ford F-250 with fuel filter change, complete tire check with needed fills, and oil change and windshield fluid fill ups. They carry new blades, in case you want them. It was busy on a Sunday morning, yet took me less then 45 minutes. I will go back!

I've come here several times, most often for propane refills, but also for oil changes and other maintenance tasks. Everybody is always really friendly and helpful, as well as being open and transparent about what they're doing and why.

Great service! Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. We called ahead as we were bringing in our small diesel RV and weren t sure if they could accommodate us. They thought it would fit so we headed in. Very nice guys working in the shop, it was easy to get to even in our RV. Grateful not to have to get out of our rig nor have it hoisted. We travel FT with 3 dogs so it was much appreciated! Made it to this Valvoline with 1% oil life remaining desperate for an oil change after not seeing any for hundreds of miles. Myself & my dad were helped by Sarah, Ryan, Billy. The service was excellent and completed in a very timely manner. All of the employees were very helpful & polite. I ve had negative experiences with oil change shops in the past but I was more than comfortable putting my car in the hands of this shop. My husband and I went to get our oil changed here while driving on our cross country move.Paul was our main service tech. Paul was knowledgeable and very friendly with not only answering our questions but explaining the reasoning behind it.I really appreciate him not making me feel dumb on the questions I was asking and his patience with explaining things to me.We had a couple things (besides the oil change) that needed to get done and his team were more than willing to make sure everything was addressed before we left. I did not feel rushed at all.Thank you again Paul and team.

I experienced low oil levels traveling into Albuquerque. I stopped at their establishment looking for another vendor. The manager stepped forward and met me in their parking lot. He first tried to direct me to the my vendor of choice. When it became obvious that option was not available he offered to top off my oil levels.He directed staff to check air pressure in all four tires. As well as checking other fluids, at no charge.My oil levels were substantially less than appropriate. They resolved the issues for the price of the replacement oil.I felt they showed initiative and went beyond what was required.If this is typical of the service they offer to their customers I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have always had great experiences with Valvoline, they have been servicing our vehicles for about 3 years, never have had a problem!! I have also always been impressed with how quick and efficient they work, so today I timed them it took less than 10 minutes for an oil change!!!!! Spectacular service!

What a great experience! Really stand up guys at this location. I was on a road trip and my oil filter code came on in my truck. I was a long ways from home in Arizona. It was a Sunday afternoon, nothing was open and it was 4:50 PM. My wife called this location and spoke with Terrence the manager, and he said that they normally close at 5:00, but that he would stay open late and wait for me to get there and that they would take care of me and get me back on the road to my family. They stayed open late for me, I got there at 5:30 PM, and they took great care of me. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you Terrance and crew!

Overall a great experience. Had oil changed today, they caught that my battery was also low but did not pressure me to buy anything. They checked the tire pressure, break lights, filters, fluids and more. Was very happy with the service provided. Thank you Terrence.

I was impressed with the staff and In particular a young female attendant and a male attendant with a strong southern accent - sorry, I didn't ask for names. This is the 1st time at ANY quick lube service station I have felt like I was dealing with true service technicians and not just "oil changers". I would trust either of these 2 to do any work on my car and would not hesitate to do so. Well run and well staffed location, I was very impressed and will be servicing here from now on even though I have to come from Bosque Farms.2016 Black Ford Taurus SHOServices: Transmission, Oil change

Considering I was the last one in on a Friday night (with a rush ahead of me) they had amazing service! I trust Valvoline to be affordable, fast and most of all NO NONSENSE. If you want frivols you can ask for them and I reccomemed looking at their options if you have time! However, unlike the place with the pop and popcorn they aren't going to try to encourage you to add on services you don't ask for. Sometimes we just need an oil change now and wait until our next check to continue the necessary maintenance.

My husband and I were pressed for time and needed a quick oil change on a Sunday. Service was spectacular. Quick, easy and efficient. They also replaced my oil pan screw free of charge and filled my tire. We are now officially converted. We will never go back to Midas.

Clean. Polite, ethical workers. When they heard I was taking the car in soon for some work, they said the oil would need to be drained for that work. They couldn't, in good faith, charge for an oil change. They checked all the fluid levels, topped off what was needed, and sent me on my way. Great place.

Was searching for Mobil 1 oil and called several VIOC's. Although Mobil 1 wasn't available (only 2 quarts onhand), the person on the phone explained that Valvoline 5W30 is comparable and sounded knowledgeable. I went to this location as the preson speaking on phone seemed competetent and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find Sarah there, who had serviced my vehicle at another location in the past and was very helpful and personable. Sarah, accomodated me during my visit for an oil change and put me at ease, as the oil change was on a used truck I had just purchased and I had asked her some questions about a rubbing noise with tire, etc. Sarah is well-versed in her field and always a pleasure to work with and is an assett to VIOC, in my opinion.
