This is a good place near my home for regular car maintenance, such as tire rotation and battery change, not only oil change. The staff is professional and collaborating to complete the work.Some other reasons I like to take my car here: 1) they open 7 days a week; 2) a coupon for oil change can be bought in Groupon app always; 3) you drive in and can stay in your car during the oil change.

Everyone at this station took great care of my vehicle, were prompt and efficient throughout the inspection/oil change process. Shout out to Michael for hanging and talking with me while I was waiting. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks guys!

Very very poor customer service, they are extremely rude did not say hello and made me feel uncomfortable with the aditude and man handling my vehicle once I told them I would go elsewhere I'm disgusting with the service from (YAZZIE) he should learn his mannersI wouldn't recommend getting your oil change or any services at this location.

I switched to Valvoline after an incident that happened last year at Jiffy Lube. I went to Jiffy Lube to replace my brake rotors and they ended up breaking my steer knuckle so I didn't have a car for 3 days. The customer service at Valvoline is top notch. I went in for an oil change without even booking an appointment and it took them no longer than 15 minutes to do the oil change, fill up my tires, and to top off my wiper fluids for free. Way better than Jiffy Lube in my opinion. They didn't even try to force other payments on me and did only what I came in to get replacement.Service: Oil change

The workers the day that I went to get my oil changed did not properly attach my oil cover onto my car. They didn't attach four screws properly, so unbeknownst to me I started driving and the cover partially fell off. The oil meter that my car has also didn't change at all after the service, not sure what's up with that either. Pretty frustrating, generally I appreciate their services but now I have to take my car to get fixed. I would definitely say that I wish they were more careful.Edit: The manager did offer to refund me for service repairs, so I appreciated that and think that at least speaks to their willingness to fix things.Service: Oil change

Traveling and stopped in Valvoline for an oil change. Also received a tire rotation. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Been using Valvoline in Reno for years. I brought my car here, it is a 325i. They ended up cross threading my drain plug bolt and then claiming that it had been done before on the final report. Sorry but that's nonsense, and I didn't want to get in on it with them right then and there. My mechanic is my uncle, I help him with all of this and he's been a mechanic for 40 years. I also watch him do the work so there is absolutely 0 chance that happened. Anyways, they ended up tapping the thread and installing a bigger drain plug. Insanity. At least they were nice guys so that was appreciated.

Great auto area for oil changes and employees here were great and friendly we were able to stay in our car for the whole thing and was done in under 10-20 minutes with ease and the people who helped were Ethan and Devin very friendly staff and quick in n out area and definitely recommend

The service and attention to detail was fine. The disappointment is towards corporate! I DO NOT agree to your "cookies" agreement so u can track and share my information! If I have to agree to your cookies use, just so I can get a $10 coupon, then you can keep your coupon and I will go elsewhere!

It's expensive ($125 for full synthetic) but that is expected at instant oil changes. I was out in 15 minutes and that's all that mattered. So happy customer.

Yesterday was my first time at Valvoline and it is my new favorite place! The manager and other employees were all incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. It was neat being able to stay in my car the whole time. So convenient! The manager was receptive to all of my question and open to discussing all of my concerns. I know a bit about cars, but having the peace of mind now going out of town this weekend was well worth the time and money spent there.Services: Tires, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Great, friendly service with no wait. I couldn't believe how efficiently they worked, and while being friendly to my 4yr old who was yelling at them from the back seat. Didn't try to upsell me anything that I didn't need, and when I asked about a potential belt down the road that would need replacement, they gave me honest feedback that I didn't need it yet so not to worry about it till later. I appreciated that when I would have been an easy sale. Thanks guys, will most certainly be back for future oil changes!

I was I initially very impressed with this location. Crew was professional and quick. Problem is now 3k miles later I went to change my oil and the filter was so overtightened that it broke one oil filter wrench and rounded off another. I had to run a screwdriver through it and peel it off. It was ridiculously over tight. I expect better from a place that does this so often.Service: Oil change

I started going here nearly a year ago. They have always been able to detect any issues I have with my vehicles before it s bad and they thoroughly check everything as it says friendly environment awesome workers and I will not go anywhere else to get an oil change, but this specific location.

My first time having service at Valvoline. I loved that service was fast and I did not have to leave my car. I was told what they would be doing step by step. I had an issue with my air filter and I was notified and explained that it was not properly put together. Jiffy Lube was my last service for oil change and they were the ones who did not put the air filter back together, this could've caused and cost me a lot. I am definitely coming back to Valvoline!Service: Oil change

I always love going here. Great customer service everytime. They explain what they did. Give you recommendations but don't try to force it on you. Great prices. You can usually find a coupon online for a discount on oil changes. They put air in your tire for free. Definitely try them out.

In short: employee expressed trans phobia to me about another customer that was present. I would recommend not going here if you don't want to be judged based on your appearance.I went to this location about two weeks ago for an oil change. They were understaffed at the time, as they said they only had three people working and it would be a bit of a wait. They said it would be about 10 minutes till they could help me. I let them know, no problem. I just needed an oil change. They got me in to bay 2 in about 20 minutes, and then once they had my hood popped and had actually started the process it took well over another 40 minutes to get me through. Again, not the biggest deal since I understood they were understaffed.The thing that made me upset was near the end of my visit. A customer drove up to bay 3, a trans woman who was probably in her 50's or 60's. She wasn't wearing anything flashy and just had her hair in a cute ponytail with a nice hair tie and was modestly dressed. The employee who had been assisting me went up to her and said, "how can I help you sir?" The woman at bay 3 just mentioned she needed an oil change and said thanks. She was extremely friendly towards the worker. The employee came back over to me and started typing on his computer and then looked at me disgusted, shaking his head, "some things you just can't unsee." I looked at him confused, didn't say anything, and he said, "the guy at bay 3." and shook his head again. I became extremely upset at that point and if they hadn't already started changing my oil I would've left at that point. He had said it loud enough that I'm sure the woman at bay 3 heard him. My window was down on the passenger side, and so I spoke to the lady at bay 3 and we had a wonderful conversation about how she was finally feeling like herself after all these years and I let her know I was very happy for her, and that no one should be rude to her based off who she wanted to be and how she looked.I paid for my service and left, but I have let other people of the LGBTQIA+ that I know to avoid this location. Extremely disappointed in the words the employee expressed with me and will be taking all my future business needs elsewhere.Service: Oil change

It is nice to just sit in your vehicle while they change you oil. The technician did have a lot of trouble checking the air filter though 2005 Toyota siena. I will return. Keep up the good work!

Great experience and price is reasonable. I spent the same amount here as anywhere else but didn't have the hours long wait. The guys were super friendly and helpful and I didnt feel taken advantage of like I have at other places.

I would definitely go back, I used to go to the dealership and just got tired of sitting there and waiting 2 or 3 hours and having them still not do what i ask. I was in and out in 20 mins, was able to stay with my vehicle! They were great!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had went here for a transmission service but after looking at the fluid I decided to wait but these guys pointed put that I was a little low and topped me off at no charge and were very nice. I will be back soon for my service to be done here. These guys "and lady" were very professional and helpful. Keep it up

These folks are awesome! They topped off all the fluids and put more air in the tires. They were very quick and we were back on the road instantly. My Dad accidentally gave them a coupon for $10 off Valvoline oil at Brake Masters, but they were super kind and gave us the $10 off anyway.

I had my emissions done right away and that was so nice! Especially since I had gone to three other "quick emissions" at various carwashes and no one seemed to be wanting to work that day?! Valvoline is professional and fast - great job!

Quick, friendly service at reasonable prices, I am a fan of this Valvoline service center. I like driving up, getting my truck serviced, paying my bill and driving off without leaving my seat. So quick, so fast and with a good attitude. What s not to like?
