Amazing staff and quality work! Bought a new car from out of state from down the street and decided to get it tinted here. I was very late to my appointment but they were more than accommodating. Well worth it!

This was my all time favorite place to visit this week, brought my 95 chevy in to get tint. Great prices, great service, quick turn around, took just over an hour to do 4 windows. The tint looks Amazing, great humans behind the counter too! I was not asked to give a review, I review everywhere I go. I was offered to pay with cash or card, I chose cash, I have had over 10 cars tinted over the years, bubbles happen until its dry on ALL of them. This place had the least amount of bubbles, left zero scratches, zero debris in my truck, prices were exactly as explained. I got the 5% and it's just like my other 5% vehicles. I had an ex employee sabotage my reviews on my business with fake accounts, he did a LOT, and taunted me as he did it, all over being fired for stealing from me, and I have to say, this is obviously the case with the bad reviews here, I had to close down and reopen, under a new name, no longer on Google who allows this abuse, so many people I never heard of, no documentation they ever had work done by me, all saying the same things I see here, they all sound exactly the same, its super easy to do if you are mad at someone. I will be back, believe that, and I HIGHLY recommend this place. Look at all my reviews and tell me I didn't personally post them. I have had over 30,000 views on all my reviews. I call it like I see it. This place got me in on a Sunday. I was the last car of the day, and they did Amazing tint. So don't believe the bad reviews. This place is a hidden gem, and the owner was amazing.

My driver's side window tint is coming off. I followed all suggestions no car wash and do not roll windows down for 7 days. I got this done about a month ago. There are big bubbles on the back seat windows and hanging tint from not properly trimming the rear window. I'm not even interested in going back to get it fixed because I don't live in the area. I picked this place because it had good reviews but I just thought I needed to share my experience.

Was told to bring my car in at 9:30am. Did exactly that. Over 3 hours later I went to check on my vehicle and it was still sitting in the same spot I left it. I was never told that it was gonna be an all day job so no work was done at all and just took my car back. Don t waste your time with these guys. Plus they re located in a rough part of town where a lot of homeless hang around. There are plenty of better options.

Excellent customer service and fast! Per ABQ standards I was gifted with a smashed passenger window after work on Thursday evening; I called U.S.A. the next day after installing my new glass window; hoping to get an appt for same day tinting as The three other places I called either didn t pick up or were unreasonable in pricing - this place came through and then some!! Pricing was more than fair, high quality and fast service. I can t express my appreciation to them enough for turning what would have a been a long stressful and expensive weekend into a successful and efficient weekend. I can t recommend them more!

*Before and after pics below.*This is probably the best tint job you'll get here in ABQ. And the most cost-effective! About $230 to tint all 4 passenger compartment windows of my '08 Focus 4-door and they had her back to me the same day I brought her in. If I had a second car, you can bet I'd bring it here! (Just make sure to call ahead!)

Wow ! My car looks great got just what I wanted and at a great price. I got all my old tint removed and wanted it darker. When I pick it up my car the workmanship was great I m very picky about straight lines and the cuts they did not disappoint. The owner who waited for me after hours surprised me with an added ( extra touch ) the ford logo on front windshield. I love it ! Thank you and your team for the great work ! Don t waste time going anywhere else. Support local businesses !

This place is worth every penny! They got me in in no time. When I came in they were extremely helpful and eager for me to have what I wanted! I walked in and they were ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Rather than me have explain what I wanted, they went through every detail to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for because they explained politely what would work for the exact look I wanted while keeping it safe on the road! Best tint place from Rio Rancho to Albuquerque, probably farther. I shopped around and was either over charged or got terrible customer service. The people here are friendly, offer a warranty, and are available seven days a week. I've been to them twice now and will be back again.

I had my mustang tinted here and they did it in a fast and friendly service and the windows look great! I have privacy in my car now. I would definitely recommend getting tint done here!

Owner was easy to talk to and understood our situation and was able to help us pick the best tint for our price range. The tint ended up nice and made our vehicle look way better!

Please do not take your car here. Most terrible place I've been to. It says a lot about this place because this is first review I've ever left. They scratched my car. The tint has a good amount of bubbles from dirt because they did not clean the window properly. This place is a joke & so is the curly headed guy that works there. I had a bad feeling about this place when i pulled up, it looks like a junk yard. Scraggly dude with a huge bag of cheese puffs on his desk, so unprofessional. I should've listened to my gut. This guy puts no effort into the way he looks, why would he care about your car? I have a brand new Camaro they left two scratches above the gas cap, & small scratches on both sides of the roof like they were putting tools on top of my car. Please do not go here if you know what is good for you. I wouldn t doubt if that dude is making fake accounts with good reviews. I m surprised this place is still in business. I should ve followed the advice of the bad reviews. I read several other people got their car scratched. Screw this place!!!

I had to back charge this business because the job was the worst ever. All my tint had to be replaced by another shop and this bad business has not called or man up to fix the problem Do not use this business unless you need problems in your life and good luck if you do

Had my visor tent done today which came out perfect and the wait time was fast .this is my 4th vehicle taken here and every time the work has been nothing but great and very friendly customer service as well .so if you want your vehicle tinted correctly this is the place !

I took my car, a matter of less than a week old to me to get my tint done. Was super excited to add tint to my new baby as my kids need it.I went out to my car and the very first thing I notice was that my car had a cracked door panel that was not there before. The woman immediately said oh I noticed that and was going to offer to fix it. I said this was NOT here when I dropped it off. She got management only after saying maybe I didnt notice it prior who immediately tried to place the blame on me. Saying there was rust there prior to showing someone had broke into it long ago. They even suggested that I locked my keys in my car at some point which is an odd suggestion. Unfortunately for them, I have photos of the vehicle and its condition from the dealership I bought it from showing the condition that door was in and it was not in that condition when purchased and many witnesses who have seen me drive it daily since. I will add photos of my new crack they have created and refuse to accept responsibility for.They have also lost a piece to the cover for my trunk (its a hatchback), but thats an easier fix.When I asked what would be done the owner told me all their tools are rubber and it was not their fault. He even tried to blame Larry H Miller Hyundai where I got the car and said they may have overlooked it. The original purchase photos will be sent to the BBB with the damage.Tint- After I have looked further at my rear window there is not just bubbles in it, but a lot of debris. So much so, that a piece of it almost looks like a crack in my window.All I wanted was for them to own up to their mistake and fix it, but instead they want to place the blame.This, along with photos, receipts and my credit card statement will be sent to the BBB.You have my phone number if you want to fix it.

Other than dust specks and a couple hair bubbles, I would say they do decent work.Been about 3 weeks since all windows on my car were tinted, and it looks ok for the price paid.Cheaper than almost all shops around town. Definitely not the best job I ve had, but not the worst.Situation wasn t the best, but if you re desperate for some tint and low on time id say give them a try. I wasn t interested in returning there to hopefully get things fixed. Issues I found weren t worth the extra hassle.

I had my vehicle's windows tinted. It was a few days ago but so far no problems. I enjoyed the friendly service I got and that it's always a plus. The price was reasonable, there are some places I called for estimates that are ridiculously expensive! They treated me like they knew me here,Would recommend 5/5. Fit me in the same day I called and had the truck finished in under an hour. Not to mention best price I could find in town. Convient with paying on my credit card

To begin this review, I'd like to mention that I made an appointment 1 week in advance. I showed up on time and the owner showed up 10 minutes late. He did not tell us how long it would take to tint my car, which is a relatively small sedan and in my experience tinting on a car this size has never taken more than 2 hours. With this expectation, we showed up after 2 hours for him to tell us it would take another 2 hours. They don't have anywhere to wait unless you sit outside in the heat on old torn chairs, not to mention the whole establishment looks run down and very unprofessional. When I finally got my car back I noticed that the visor tint was 2 different colors, cut unevenly, was peeling, and just looked awful overall. Also the tint on all the other windows were filled with lint from the towel he used which created large air bubbles between the glass and the tint. I have attached photos for reference. We called the business to tell them this and the owner offered to fix it but told us he was not going to be giving us a refund. After getting it back the second time, there was glue all over my interior and pieces of tint scattered throughout. At this point I was already very stressed out having to pay for such an awful job on my brand new car I can't explain how upset I am. I had to have my fiance call as I was worried I would blow up at the man which I didn't want to do. Don't be like me and believe the 4.6 star rating here, I promise if you go here you will be extremely dissapointed and stressed out with the end result. Spent $400 for the worst job I've ever seen, if you value your time and money please don't give this man anymore service.

Had my brand new 2023 Tesla Model X tinted here. I was initially nervous because not many have experience with Teslas and it wasn t some big shop.However, I called the day before about mid-day if I could get it done in the morning. Sure enough, brought the car around 8am and he had it done well before 2pm as promised. The tint job looks impeccable. To do a good job in such short notice and for a VERY friendly price I highly recommend this place.Service: Sun control window tinting
