Really some of the BEST service I have experienced from a mechanic. We brought my old truck here to have multiple repairs, and they were great throughout the entire project. I was in no hurry because this is a second vehicle for me, but they made sure to give me a deadline and were finished by it. I absolutely trust the pricing and work they do.

Took my fiance's car to fix a sticky accelerator, and a squeaky belt. Work was completed in a day, and the car is once again flawless. The price was excellent. The owner explained everything that was done to the car, and maintained contact throughout. That's first class service in my book.Thanks!

I went to this place for thermostat replace and he doesn't do it well and he spoiled my AC system in my car and he broke my radiator fan and I went back to him and ask to check my radiator fan is not working and he is saying very rude answer. Because he know he did some thing wrong and he is asking for more money. If anyone planning to go this place your car will get new problems and all his adds are fake. Please don't go to this place and don't get more problems. I don't recommend this place i see the old reviews and went to this place 100% he don't know unprofessional work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to get an oil change and they assured me it could get done right away. When i picked my car up i noticed my oil was still black and the filter was clearly untouched. I took it back and he said they would fix it right away and apologized for the mistake. When i got the car back the SECOND time the oil was changed but the filter was still the SAME one! This business does not do good work and lied to me twice. I will never go again!

I was on a roadtrip, traveling across the country, and was terrified when I noticed liquid had dropped from my car's engine overnight, leaving a large ominous puddle. They were friendly, helpful and totally respectful, even though I was a woman traveling in a silly little hatchback who asked them to make sure the car wouldn't "explode." Highly recommend.

By far the best service I have ever gotten. I was traveling from atlanta to las vegas for a work trip and my clutch went out in albuquerque. It was saturday and my show was on my monday, I called several mechanics, uptown was booked for the day but said to stop by near the end to see what they could do for me. They ordered the part and one of the mechanics came in on sunday and took care of it for me because I was in such dire straights. Seriously the best mechanic experience I've ever had.

The best place you could ever take your car or truck is Uptown Auto!! Marty will work with you during hard times and understands life's problems , He is truly a man that has heart and walks the walk .And the service he provides is excellent!!! I had a family emergency and had to leave town in a rush. Unfortunately my wifes cars fuel pump went out on me as I'm trying to leave town. I left the car with marty, the owner, at his shop. While out of town, I learned that nissan had a recall for faulty fuel pumps so arranged to have it fixed for free at the dealership. Even though I didn't have uptown auto do the job, marty gave me a great price on the original tow and diagnosis he had already done on my car. He even gave me advice on how to approach the situation with nissan. He is honestly the most helpful and understanding mechanic I've ever dealt with, and I've been all over the country. Most mechanics would not continue to help you out once they have learned that they're not getting the repair job, at least all the ones I've dealt with in the past. These are seriously good people over there at uptown auto. I would definately recommmend anyone to use these guys next time they find themselves in an emergency car situation!

I have had 3 bad mechanics in ABQ, so I was nervous... Luckily, I was worried without reason. They had my car in and out in 1 day, and they managed to fix EVERYTHING for less than expected. They were BEYOND helpful and took pictures and explained everything they had done so I would understand what was going in with my car. I cannot express enough how WONDERFUL this shop is and how awesome the mechanics are. Hands down, best mechanic in the ABQ area. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Marty is a master at his trade, they work hard and work fast. i strongly recommend anyone to go here. i have taken all of my vehicles here and the mechanics there know what they are doing. they even offer a tow service. awesome

We had a problem with our volvo and we were stuck in Albuquerque. We needed to get back to Colorado tonight; the next thing I know we found Uptown Autobody and they saved us. We were on the road again in an hour. I can't thank them enough for the quick service and friendly attitude. We needed a new coil and got one lickety split. The owner is a nice guy and did not overcharge us.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is disgusting. Totally a front for an under cover drug operation. They will steal parts off your car. The owner is completely insane and likely using meth. He verbally assaulted me when I confronted him for doing a terrible job fixing my car. He has assaulted women and I regret ever going to this abomination of place.

Reliable and prompt car service every time. Prices are reasonable and fair. No complaints about past auto repairs. Have been a customer for 5-6 years. Very satisfied.

We were traveling from out of town and the water pump went in our truck. Miles and miles from home we didn't know where to go. Wound up here and they are great! Low cost, fast, efficient, very courteous!!! Highly recommend!!!

Good service, did a few repairs on 2006 highlander, due to some problems comes with aging, so far no issues, relatively cheap compared to other auto repair shops in town. They don t charge you diagnosis fee if you get repair with them.

I've taken my vehicles here for years now but be wary of the mechanics ILLEGALLY PARKING YOUR CAR!! I now have to take time off work in order to go into court to dispute a ticket. Now I will be the first to admit mistakes happen however the professional thing to do would be to admit they parked illegally and got a ticket. They neither informed me of the ticket offered to pay it since it was in fact their mistake. They just hid from their mistake and figured I wouldn't notice. The worst part of the whole situation is when I called Martin to advise him of the ticket, I never even heard an apology. How can I put faith in someone who can't even be honest with me. Very disappointing!!

Unbelievable...spoke to them on Friday regarding my son that was traveling from Surprise AR to Marietta GA and needed an oil change for his Audi. Man said be there at 8am Saturday and we can do it. Sone got a room at the Marriott at midnight, was there at 8am. It's8:45am and no one is there and no one is answering any phones. Terrible

I had a random misfire problem and it does not start. The code of the engine light is P300. The guy fixed it in the next day but the light turns on after three weeks. I went to ask why. The guy does not have any idea. The boss Martin behalf crazy. My car starts rough and shakes for seconds. So, I try to take out the spark plugs and do the compression test. Suddenly, I found one spark plug was adjusted without gap. Every spark plug has a required gap for each car. It is unbelievable to see that. The head of the spark plug was give a force to stick together. How can it make spark in the correct time. Is this his way to fix the misfire problem? I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE.

Brought my car in on Monday - and picked it up on Thursday- not fixed! Little had been done. On Wednesday was told that the mechanic had the part number I needed, and owner suggested I look for the part myself online. Have been going to Uptown Auto for years, but will never go back.

this shop is horrible, said my tranny was messed up. it was the front left wheel bearings which i had been told.haf it fixed called Martin to let him know and he started yelling at meDo not recommend this shop anymore!

My sister in law took her car in they had it for over a month charged her over 500$ to fix her car still not starting had to tow it to another shop waste of time and money don't ever take your car here unless you want to be burned

Traveling fro NV to GA when the car started to over heat in Albuquerque NM as soon as I got there they came checked out the car and did the small fix. Awesome place awesome people 10/10 would break down again ;)

The guys at uptown auto got me in and out taking my trip from new York to austin very seriously. Really awesome customer service with a lot of knowledge. I'd go here anytime I'm in albuquerque. No where else. Thanks guys!

Stopped in their driveway as my car over heated... So i stopped there but at the same time I didn't stop there...lol they get 5 stars for not kicking me off their property

Just go somewhere else. I spent over $2,300 to fix a bucking when switching to reverse. Now I have to get the transmission fixed again and that wasn't even the problem. All talk
