My advisor was so wonderful considerate understanding. Kept me informed.I was even excorded to my car.they did an amazing job. I want to say Adam you are awesome person. I was guaranteed my oil leak would be fixed. $2,700 and 3 visits later they want another $2,100 because they didn t fully diagnose it to begin with. No loaner cars available - no matter how inconvenient it is to you. I was someone that would be a potential repeat VW buyer within the next 1-2 years but I m currently disappointed in the quality and my experience at this service center.Service: Engine repair

Never use this place to service any car. First oil change for my warranty they over filled my oil and almost blew my gaskets and second time my car was there for hours and was never even seen because the tech forgot about my car . Take your car to any other VW service as this one will damage and forget about your car.
