My car was damaged in a hit-and-run. The preferred body shops from my insurance company were 2 months wait and 2 week turn around time. I read some reviews about this place and decided to try it. Don't be put off by the store front. There's no fancy signage. It's a small father and son operation with some extra workers. Just good honest work they turned it around in 3 days before promised. I paid them extra to redo my headlamps and the brand new which is saying something for a 13-year-old vehicle. They went the extra mile and shined the whole car up including the tires. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was there was a tiny bit of overspray on the front bumper And they didn't put a cover over the driver's side rubber floor mat so it got kind of dirty. Otherwise the vehicle looks brand new. Is very reasonably priced and good work. Felt good to support a father son local operation

Carlos has done body work and detailing a few times in the past 2 years. He has been fair, Honest, prompt in meeting his projected completion times plus the workmanship is very good. He always answers his phone or calls back quickly if you leave a message. I highly recommend this business.

On a cross country trip (MN to CA), I had the misfortune of hitting a deer (the deer was even less fortunate). Over $18,000 damage to my Mini and I had to leave it in Albuquerque.Mini parts can me a challenge. The accident happened at the end of Nov. The last of the parts came early Feb. Carlos kept in contact. Always picked up the phone and always replied to texts.When I flew back to get the car, he picked me up at my motel. Now that's service.When I got to the car, it looked like new, and ran great. No issues. I had a 1400 mile trip back to CA, and Carlos texted me while I was on the trip to see how everything was. He didn't have to do that. I've never had a body shop follow up like that.I will definitely come to Carlos every time I smash my car near Albuquerque.

I scratched the left lower panel underneath the rear bumper on my new Ranger. Carlos was very professional and concerned about this issue and took time to carefully explain exactly what it would take to fix it. They repainted the panel and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. This repainted panel was color matched perfectly to the right panel. I am posting photos of before and after the job. You will see that the rubber bumper above the repainted panel was also scratched but I didn't want it repaired because it would look better to leave it alone. Look at the area below the scratched rubber bumper to see the great quality of the paint job.Service: Painting

Oh my gosh! What a gem of a find! Carlos and his staff were absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience, price and workmanship! We were in a time crunch (long story) - sold are vehicle - was being picked up in two days - large log hit the hood on the freeway damaging it beyond repair 2 days before pick up. Frantic, I found Carlos' shop on Google. He fit me in the same morning and replaced/painted/clear coated hood in 1.5 days. I'm so impressed! This shop is great! The guys that work there do excellent work and they are very professional. I've taken 3 of my cars there over the years. It's not your average body shop. They do custom work that almost brought me to tears when I saw the results

I bought a vehicle with undercarriage surface rust. They were able to professionally remove the rust and add an undercoating. The job only took a day and they gave me a ride home after I dropped off the vehicle. It s a family business and everyone was so helpful and treated me with respect. I will go back there for any other vehicle body needs. They do good work!Service: Body & Trim

I had a small repair. They gave me a quick estimate and were easy to work with. I dropped it off just after 8 and it was ready by 3. Price was exactly what they quoted.

What can I say it is the best. Been going to the shop Carlos for 12 years. If you dont like something they fix it. That rarely happens. There the best auto body shop in Albuquerque
