Took my Lexus in to do some preventive maintenance before my 1500+ mile trip for my wedding, & these guys did a great job with not only servicing my vehicle, they were very professional, and the pricing is very reasonable. Sometimes you do have to schedule ahead of time by a week or two depending on the services you're asking for, but your vehicle will be treated right, & will be fixed right the first time without any headaches.I will be bringing in my Lexus back in for any huge job I can't do at home.

Used these guys many years ago with my 87 Celica Convertable in their previous location. Excellent experience last week with my 2022 Lexus, they kept my out of pocket expenses much lower than I could of hoped.

These guys use to be great, not so much anymore. Last time I had come they only fixed 1/2 of what I asked to be fixed. Called Chris on 8/15/2023 and made an appointment for 9/5/2023. I took the day off of work and had my brother meet me at the shop just for them to say that they don't have me down for an appointment and Chris isn't here. They told me I could leave my car there for a couple days. Thanks for wasting my time and 8 hours of vacation. You just lost myself and 2 other family members who have done business with you for years and referred a lot of people.

I first came to Toyomasters in 2022 when I was thinking of selling my Tacoma. Vehicle inspection came back as "good" with no issues.I called Chris this week because after two attempts, Firestone left my brakes sinking after two no good brake fluid exchanges.Chris took the time to explain a lot about what might be going on before I even made an appointment. Top notch service, reasonable pricing. The guys at Toyomasters know Toyotas inside and out and are clear about what your vehicle needs to keep it in top-notch shape. Have never felt pressured to do any repairs that weren't on my list. If I could give more stars, I would! Highly recommend this shop!

My 2019 Toyota RAV4 had a fuel intake issue that Toyomasters resolved quickly. Chris is an outstanding technician who cares about servicing your vehicle. This place is the best! Chris accommodated me and worked me in the schedule. Explained everything thoroughly and had very reasonable pricing.I will now be bringing my Toyota here for everything!

I am out of state,however I've called this shop several times for information regarding my 97 toyota truck and they have been helpful.I would definitely use this shop for any diagnosis or repairs on a Toyota over the dealer hands down. I've been driving Toyota's since 94 and have no regrets. Not a lot of problems, but it's better to go with toyomasters than another shop or dealer for repairs

Harlan worked on our Sequoia and quoted us quite a bit of money. When it came time to pay, it was considerably less. The staff and mechanics that I've had contact with have been friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place!

Sasha and Chris were awesome! I went in for a ABS light and traction control flashing light on my lexus RX300. Chris called me and told me what the light could possibly be. He presented my options and told me the cost. He also gave some advice on possible repairs. I was only charged $50 for a diagnostic. Toyo Masters were very honest and Sasha had great customer service. Hard to find these kinds of shops. I will be taking my car and recommending to others. Thanks!Service: Brakes

Chris is excellent and we LOVE Toyomasters! Excellent, HONEST and reasonable!!! Husband, myself and young teen son all get the same treatment- caring, quality service. I especially loved when they told me that my car did NOT need something that I thought it did- they just tweaked something. I would never have known if they had charged me for a new part- this makes this company super trustworthy and I won't go anywhere else!!!!

Brought my 1996 land cruiser in for fan clutch, water pump and belts along with alignment. Top notch service, great rates and got it all back before end of day. Chris and his employees are honest, reliable, and trustworthy!! I took my car to have a problem looked at and Chris gave me a run down with printed schematics of what the problem could be best and worst case scenarios. Thankfully it was the best case scenario! It is very hard to find reliable and honest mechanics around ... I would definitely take my car back here :)

First time customer and will be bringing every Toyota/Lexus we own to Chris and his crew.Fast, Fair and well priced.Service was excellent and they delivered sooner than expected. They took my new to me LX470 and did a thorough, phenomenal job. They were also MUCH less expensive for the same service than Toyota or Lexus would have been...and I quoted them first!Check them out!

Chris, at Toyo Masters, it's top notch at his line of work. He's so helpful, and gives thorough explanations in detail of my 91 Toyota sr5 pickup issues. He always makes time to answer any questions about my truck when my truck isn't in his possession. He's very reasonable at maintenance costs too.

The most knowledgeable, patient, friendly, honest, thorough and competent Toyota mechanics in Abq! Prices are the best in town too. I can't say enough about how much peace of mind this place has given me when it comes to my car. Oil change prices are better here too. They are always happy to give me solid advice when I'm saving to fix a problem on my high-mileage baby and never try to sell me something before I need it. I once had a very old toyota that I tried to have something fixed on and they warned me about how it may not be worth the large investment based on other factors. Anywhere else would have just let me waste my money. Just the best.

Awesome place! I dropped of my 1984 land cruiser. I was having a hard time finding someone to work on the AC. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. My AC works great and will go back if I ever need work done. Thank you!

Hybrid battery was ordered a week before installation date. When I arrived on the appointment date at 7:30 am, I was then informed that the battery that was ordered was sold over the weekend and I would have to wait 3 additional hours for the next battery. My time is just as important as any one else s and felt that my needs were dismissed.

I've had some work done on my Toyota recently and Toyo Masters really goes above and beyond. They always call after inspecting the vehicle and before actually performing the work to give you a labor/cost estimate and make sure you want to proceed. They are all reliable, efficient, and trustworthy. I can't imagine taking my truck anywhere else in ABQ.

I have been very pleased with the service I received at Toyo Masters. I have found them to be honest and fair. I appreciate that Chris explains the problems and solutions very clearly. The work I've had done has been reasonably priced.

I have a Prius, I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day for a dead 12v.battery. they were courteous, effecient and reasonable, price wise. I could have gone to pep boys and gotten a new battery but ToyoMasters specialize in Toyotas, so I knew it was the correct battery. With a hybrid you want to make sure your mechanics know a hybrid.

I'm not one to normally leave bad ratings. I don't like doing it. But when your vehicle is your lifeline, you can not afford for things to be done incorrectly. Months ago I took my truck to Toyo Masters for service for the rear main seal. The seal was fixed correctly, as it seems to be holding oil. However, the transmission needs to be pulled in order to fix this. I received a phone call suggesting I have them replace my throw out bearing because it looked bad. I declined the replacement and told them to put it back together with just the rear main.My clutch developed a ticking, it sounded pretty rough. Everyone kept telling me it was my throw out that was bad. Hmm, these guys must be right. Last night I replaced my clutch and I found a disaster. Its a wonder my vehicle was drivable. First of all, my slave cylinder was not attached correctly to the transmission causing what developed into a leak. And not with the correct bolt. Ok. Fixed no problem. Going to pull the tranny, it was being held to the motor with 3 and a half bolts. I say half because there was a bolt, but it was not the correct thread, glad it was able to accept another bolt. One of the clutch fork pins came loose and had wrapped around inside of the bell housing. Damaging a clutch spring. (There's the source of the noise.) Ultimately ending up jammed between the dustplate and bell housing. The pilot bearing was protruding instead of being flush, who knows if this was their fault though.This is not a job that you can afford to mess up. I rely heavily on my vehicle to be in its best possible shape to get me home every time I go out. It is unacceptable that it wasn't done correctly.

Chris is a very honest mechanic. He is exceptionally good at what he does. I highly recommend this place.
