Let me start with the quality of work; EXCELLENT. I visited The Tint Company on a trusted referral and was a bit skeptical based on the rating here. I was not at all disappointed in the work that Mia did on my vehicle and have yet to find the slightest fault in the job done with what I would assume is challenging glass to work on. With that, the price was reasonable. A full tint on my vehicle took about 2.5 hours.I would happily rate 5 stars if weren t for the following: It was obvious to me that I was not added to the schedule after making my appointment, and I honestly felt like a bother for showing up based on the interaction I had. Outside of that, I was shorted on change ($7, no biggie) and thought that the prayer card put in my mirror was unnecessary. There is an area to wait, but I wouldn t say it s encouraged.Do not expect smiles or a warm welcome, but do expect a quality job and know that you will get it. The experience and work speaks for itself.Update: After reading the response below, my perspective has changed. For clarity, it was not Mia that provided poor customer service, but it seems that the same sentiments and lack of know-how run strong in this business as it pertains to customers. I would ve happily informed them that I was shorted on change had she not rushed to the back after handing it to me. I am not a Jesus hater , but I do not appreciate nor do I welcome religious inserts REGARDLESS of what you believe in. Stick to what you re good at and do better on the rest. Thanks! :)

Great service and great tint. These people on here ARE lying. I've taken my cars there, refer this shop to my friends and family and will continue to do so!! I've yet to have problems, especially ones like these "customers" are saying they had! The work is always quality.Everyone pays tax! You pay cash if what you choose is illegal and they tell you what the legal limit is. Assumptions, people make on their own and issues they cause, are their own, dont belive tall tales! This is a GREAT SHOP!

Made an appointment a day prior with a very nice gentleman over the phone. Came in day of appointment and was treated very rudely. Man said he was the owner of the company he told me a cash price when I was trying to pay with my debit card and I asked why he wanted me to pay cash and he said because I m getting an illegal tint so I questioned why he was charging extra if it s cash and he threw my keys at me and told me to go back to the south valley even though I m not even from there. And then he walked up to my car and yelled at me.

Women should stay away from this place I've been here one time with one of my cars ! I wasn't going to say anything but I happened to be getting my windows tinted today at another shop ! (I'd never go back there) This girl came into the shop I was at just balling and upset and she said almost exactly what had happened to me when I went there. He was rude to her and forcing her to pay cash for illegal tint ! Which I didn't know it was illegal at the time and I'm sure she didn't either, I was just asking for the darkest they had ! He then charged taxes even though it was under the table and he wasn't getting charged for taxes (which is why businesses charge taxes) instead I'd say he was pocketing the money then he was yelling at me, I think he has a short man complex, cause if my husband had been there he wouldn't have talked to me like that! It was gross especially as a business owner, I left I didn't ever come back and this poor girl went through the same thing which makes me believe it's a continued problem with him and thats why i think he has short man complex. Me and husband went in before my incident and he was a different person, I paid that day because he had done my tint but his attitude was gross and aggressive. The owner should get rid of him .... unless it's his family which would make total sense ! Just to be clear I'm a small female and to have a man yelling in my face at any size is upsetting. It's not okay. I think it shows more about the men that yell than it does about the women they're yelling at. Women stay away !!! It's not safe. This guy is nuts he's the owner and he denies it so he won't get into too much trouble. I'd call him a psychopath but I think he'd take it as a compliment also I took pics of your response so when the cops come and you say there's no cameras, they'll know your lying !

Called to try and get a home for more than 15 windows tinted at my home. The line on the phone was a poor connection and when I told the gentleman who answered the phone I was having a hard time hearing him, he rudely responded that it must be my phone because he had a land line and hung up. I assumed it was an accident and called back only to find out that it was just poor customer service. When I explained I'd like a quote he didn't bother to ask my name, only if they would need a ladder and when I didn't know what kind of ladder they would need he mocked me. At that point he let him know that I would just call elsewhere and he proceeded to say " maybe they'll be able to hear you better" and he hung up on me again.

Called to schedule an appointment and was quoted $225. I asked for a Saturday appointment and then quickly recalled I had an appointment that day and had asked for a Sunday appointment time instead. The gentleman then said that would work so long as I made a $30 deposit, then told me to hold on while he got someone on the line to take my payment. Never once did he tell me the price would be different if scheduled on Sunday. I made the $30 payment with the girl, confirmed I d be getting charged $225, and was never informed of a non-refundable deposit. Shortly after hanging up I got a call back that I would be charged $325 since my appointment was on Sunday. The girl stated the $225 was their Monday-Saturday pricing. I then asked her to do the following Saturday if it was available. She told me to hold on. Before I knew it the gentleman I spoke with earlier was on the line yelling at me about how I shouldn t be moving an appointment 3 times. To clarify I never moved the appointment three times. I requested a Saturday appointment originally that was never made, the Sunday appointment was made and confirmed. The gentleman was still yelling and carrying on with his unprofessional behavior. He clearly has anger issues, very immature and it shows. He never stated the deposit of $30 was non refundable, which I was never informed of. I also told him that he never said $325 and instead told me it was $225. It was hard to get a word in given this man was shouting and throwing a tantrum like a five year old. Would advise dealing with another business that has more tact and professionalism.

Call to get a quote the day prior. Was able to schedule for next day. Greeted once I came inside it was great environment. I'm very pleased with the results. I highly recommend, friendly, professional, open everyday very convenient. Thank you so much. My experience with The Tint Company was extremely disappointing and frustrating. During the tinting process for my car, a seal on my car door was carelessly popped off by the technicians. When I brought this issue to their attention, instead of offering assistance and taking responsibility for their mistake, the owner responded defensively and even became aggressive towards me. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable.Not only did the technicians damage my vehicle, but their refusal to address the issue in a respectful and proactive manner only exacerbated the situation. As a customer, I expected better treatment and a willingness to rectify mistakes.Unfortunately, the negative experience overshadowed any potential benefits of the tinting service. I strongly advise others to steer clear of The Tint Company to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments.The Tint Company failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer service. I regret entrusting them with my tinting needs and urge others to seek out alternative providers.

It's gross. All these females are saying how bad they were treated and everyone's attacking them... ? I included reviews from years ago that are not involved with us theyre all the same, i dont think anyone is lying ! I've been there too and honestly this guy was so mean for no reason !! I don't know anything about tint ! I picked a color, he said it was illegal and I'd have to pay cash and I said I don't have cash I'll just get a different color and he got pissed. Idk these other women I saw this post on fb and I wanted to say something, because I went in by myself without my husband and he was aggressive. Now I didn't get this far to deal with the taxes part but this has nothing to do with taxes to America I think people on here are being ignorant, lol sorry but the reason we pay taxes to businesses is so they can pay the taxes they are charged. Now if the product is illegal, guess what if we're paying cash under the table, I still need to spell it out for you? He's not paying taxes and so the taxes were being charged yes they are being pocketed! Guess what ? I pay taxes everyone does, your being ignorant and sidetracked about taxes ? Were not billionaires we all pay taxes ! My husband and I both work for the government please trust me... it is stupid that you are getting mad at this girl about taxes. Your ignoring that there's a real problem do you see how this guy is responding to reviews ? I'm happy you all had a good experience! But I haven't and other women haven't? Maybe pay attention to that. You're trying to make it a political thing and really it's just ignorant and your throwing low blows about someone who had a bad experience and was trying to explain that. If he responded in a nice manner that would be a start, he owns a business he shouldn't be addressing customers by trashgirl that's insane! I hope that no one ever gets treated like this again I found more posts with the same experience so no I don't think anyone's lying. I think he is asking people to post nice reviews to counter act the bad ones, I don't think anyone's lying I think we're all just posting reviews, wouldn't you say that's accurate ?

They're customer service was very helpful and kind. They did very good of the tinting on my car I will definitely be coming back here for my other car to be tinted. I recommend people coming here if they need any tint.

I just got my 2024 Kia Telluride tinted by the company. Amazing work and quality! They guarantee their work and give you a lifetime warranty on your tint. I will be back for my other car!

All the previous reviews are spot on. Called to schedule an appointment and was in the next morning. Did a great job and friendly service. My truck was completed in a few hours and called immediately when finished.Would recommend !!!

Mia the front desk manager provided excellent service. Dropped it off at 8 and was ready at 1130. I tinted all my windows and Mia went over all the instructions with me for the first 3 days. The tint company also provides a lifetime warranty on their tint. I will definitely come back to have them service my windows for any future vehicles.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I had a great experience here and Anthony was really helpful! I dropped off my car and rode my bike to another place. He even helped me load my bike back in my car when my tint was done!So it's been a year later and the tint is still looking great! I have traveled across country Several times. The windows have endured different climates and weather temperatures. From dry NM heat, cold NM weather to humid east coast heat, very cold east coast weather. The tint is still holding up! I had to purchase a budget friendly tint and that was still good. No bubbles, no peeling, no fading. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic people! Came in to get a small window re tinted from some youngsters who broke it out. He squeezed me in immediately and was done in a flash! They did a fantastic job, I ve been thinking of re doing my tint and I found the perfect place to go! Thank you so much!

Every vehicle I have owned over the past 30 years has been tinted by this company. This time, I bought a used car with old, scratched tint. They removed the old tint, put new (darker) tint, fast and perfectly done. I ve never had an issue with any tint they have done over the years, but I am still happy to get the lifetime warranty that comes with the service. Highly recommend!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I ve gotten both my cars tinted here one car was about 5 years ago, the tint is still in great condition. I called last week to get a quote on my SUV (VERY AFFORDABLE), I was in the next day and of course they did a beautiful job as always. Best part is the lifetime warranty. I don t have to worry about having peeling or bubbled tint in the future which I doubt I d have with such a good job they do.
