Great customer service and I was given info every step of the way. I wish I would ve went here first! I highly recommend for professional car window tinting. I went in to get my front windows tinted to match the back. I m very happy with the outcome.

We ve used The Tint & Trim Factory several times now. Cars & house. We are so pleased with the results with both. Excellent work with the window tint as well as the clear bra protective film. The heat reduction to the house was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone we ve dealt with has been extremely professional & knowledgeable. I will continue to be a customer & recommend them to everyone I know.

The Tint & Trim Factory tinted one of my home windows with 4 panels. They exceeded my expectations. They were very meticulous, expeditious, arrived on time and cleaned everything. Tint & Trim Factory is a fabulous company to work with. They have assisted us with different Tint at The Grief Center. The security tint works really well. The entire staff is helpful and nice. Brought my brand new Porsche in a few months ago to have the windows tinted and paint protection film applied to the entire front. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They were able to inspect the vehicle and make great recommendations on the type of tint and the placement of the paint protection film. They conducted a follow up inspection a week after the installation to ensure everything was perfect and met my expectations. I would highly recommend them for all your tint and paint protection needs, we have a few other vehicles that we will be bringing them for tint.

I want to thank Ben Roybal for His very professional and expert advice. He and his team did two cars for me, a 2020 F type Jaguar, and a 2023 Mustang. They did such a great job, that as soon as I get my new C 8 Corvette they will be doing it also. They are the only team that will be doing my cars in the future. I called The Tint & Trim Factory in to tint a west facing set of double doors and three west facing office windows for my employer. I was very impressed with my interaction with The Tint & Trim Factory from the moment that I called them! Everyone that I worked with was very professional. The crew that come out to tint our door and window were efficient and polite. Very professional, kind, and courteous. We came from out of town and needed a ride to a local breakfast place and they gave us a ride no problem. And they picked us up when they were finished. The result is absolutely awesome. It's hard to believe how good it looks. I also purchased the grill paint protection and that too was incredible. I am very impressed and thankful. The entire staff was kind, professional, and courteous. Thank you!!

I have used this business in the past but lately I have called and tried to set an appointment to go over stripes for my vehicle. Probably would add more graphics to the sides, however each time I call I get the same response that the "guy" who does that is only in for one day a week. They always tell me they will take my information and that "guy" will get back with me. This has happened three times in April 2023. I have a tight schedule and wanted to make an appointment, but if this "guy" doesn't return my call and set up "the" appointment then there is no use. I will be looking elsewhere seeing as my time and money is not good enough for that "guy".Update 9/25/2023:Even though I appreciate the owner response, the idea of not the scope of business is not a true statement as BMW/MINI uses your services to which they recommended your business for my needs.

I have taken my last two vehicles here. This place is very knowledgeable and they do an amazing job. The price for tint and PPF is very reasonable, compared to other areas. The staff is very friendly, customer satisfaction being a high priority.

This business is tops for customer service!! In addition to everyone being friendly and making you feel welcome they go beyond what you might expect to answer your questions and your needs. I took a motorcycle to get an estimate for a clear bra. I spoke with Luis Ortiz who was exceptional! He came outside with me, listened to what I wanted to accomplish, took several pictures and then we went inside while he searched his database for the specific model of bike. He advised me that they did not have the template for that specific model but took my number down and told me he would call me when he found something. I left thinking that was it, he had exhausted his list of normal suppliers and I didn t expect anything more. Imagine my surprise when later that afternoon Luis called me and said he had found a supplier for my bike. This is customer service exponentially beyond any reasonable expectations!!! I felt I wanted to share this experience to demonstrate how far this business and Luis especially will go to meet your needs. As far as I m concerned there is no reason to look any further beyond The Tint & Trim Factory !!! Needless to say I will be taking my bike to Luis!!

We have brought all our cars to the Tint & Trim Factory!! They always do an amazing job!! From the moment you walk in everyone is friendly and helpful! They walk you through exactly what you want done to your car. We are extremely happy with the tint and paint protection film that was installed on the hood and mirrors of our car!!! We most recently brought our Tesla in and I have to say if you have a Tesla you have to bring it here!! They are experts at installing on the glass roof which can be tricky. Got a 3M protective film kit installed onto my 2017 Motus MST Motorcycle. They were very professional, did an excellent job and answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I definitely recommend the Tint and Trim Factory if you want to protect the paint on your car or motorcycle.

They recently tinted my windows and did an exceptional job- it looks fantastic! Had one item that I discussed with the owner, but he made it right. Would definitely recommend!I'll also add that they tinted my windows on a 2009 model year car that I still own and the tint looks great 13 years later! This really highlights the quality of their work.

They did a really nice job of installing the heat/uv film on my new car windows. I wanted as little color as possible since the car came with "privacy glass" but no heat/uv protection. I did not want to change the color. They had several options, and we found the right choice. They have excellent communication - they send appointment confirmations, reminders, and call and send text when your car is ready for pickup. Staff is friendly. The film looks great and car was returned clean. After care instructions are provided as well as the warranty info for the film.Service: Heat control window films

My experience with The Tint and Trim Factory was excellent from the beginning to the end! Ariana is very friendly and pleasant and professional. She was my first contact with this company and responded to my email quickly and answered my questions. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I had as greeted by her when I entered the office with a friendly good morning. After verifying my information she introduced me to meet the technician and we went out to look at my car and went over what was going to be installed. My car was ready when they said it would be and when I looked at my car I was impressed! I could barely see the seams. Overall I was very pleased with the service and the work that was done on my car. And they have the most adorable dog s! This place is amazing! I had an appointment elsewhere and when I arrived they said that nobody penciled me in so I would've had to reschedule. I called around and everyone was booked up, scheduling out weeks. This place said if I can make it in within two hours that they could do it then and there. I arrived in 15 min. The secretary was very friendly and explained my options. It was goin to be a bit more expensive than the other shop, but sometimes you get what you pay for. And this place had exceptional customer service. They took care of me on the spot and the job was done within the hour. Their work is beautiful and it is lifetime guaranteed! This company is very professional and they have earned many awards for their service and workmanship. I highly recommend them!! Thank you for everything!!

Yet another great job on our latest vehicle. I have been using the tint factory for over 20 years and 8 vehicles, ALWAYS a great job that last. The tint job on cars we have owned for 10 years still looks perfect. We were passing through Albuquerque with our brand new truck and am SO GLAD the Tint Factory had time to do the work.
