As long as I've had a vehicle I've taken them to the Auto Clinic, Jim & Renee are very nice and honest. Their crew always do an awesome job.

Definitely need some practice in customer service .. when someone calls about info you don t hurry them off the phone you handle there needs before they come in and pay you way too much for basic service .

My husband took his truck there and they put a transmission. Then he drove it to Grants New Mexico and it broke and we took it back and they wanted to charge more and he had already paid $2,000. They wanted to try to charge three more thousand. I will not recommend anybody to go there!!!!!

I've used this shop once before and they've taken my money they took my money and left me with a car that didn't run the lady that's at the front desk is very rude defensive you tried to talk to her over the phone and you have a disagreement she'll just hang up on you

I've had three transmissions rebuilt in different cars and haven't had a single problem. 350 transmissions are getting harder to find, just had one done in March, it's working great.

It's a challenge to find a good mechanic at a fair price. I have found both at the Auto Clinic. Honest, courteous, reliable, did I mention honest? I am a repeat customer, there are more than 1 vehicle they have worked on, for me, and I will not hesitate to continue to be a repeat customer. I literally broke down right in front of their door. They did an excellent job, they are very honest decent people. The prices were very fair, I needed a lot of work done for an older car, that is very sentimental to me! Thank you for doing such an excellent job, the car is running great, fixed the tire and wheel issues too! Thanks again!

Excellent service! They performed the work I asked them to do and didn't try to up sell me on anything else. Customer service and communication was excellent as well. I loved that they scheduled me for a date and time, stuck to it, and completed the work quicker than what I expected. I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Auto Clinic. Jim & Renee are absolutely lovely people, genuinely caring and just very nice in general. They did a great job on my car and gave me a very reasonable price compared to other places who wanted twice as much for what needed to be done. Thank you Jim & Renee for everything!

This place is family owned. Honest auto car. Reasonable prices. If they find something that needs to be fixed, they take you back to the car and show you first hand. They are very courteous. They are extremely busy so you actually have to book an appointment unless it is an emergency. They are worth the wait, as you know, they will not milk you for every dime.

They was able to rebuild my transmission, yes rebuild not replace on my 2002 Kia Spectra. It was a manual 5 sp. Had a ton of issues that was repaired. I will recommend them for my next vehicle.

I arrived to put in a job application and the first thing i notice is this woman came up to us right away. She had a very cocky attitude and was quite unpleasant. i decided to leave right then and there. Every feeling i got from her was negative, and my intuition told me to leave. i do not recommend this place.i think you are mistaking me for another person. i did not even get an application from you because the whole attitude was nasty. i was dressed in full black, collard shirt, very nice appearance. and i have lived here my whole life. you can't assume the first bad rating is the guy you didn't like. another point. assumptionjust don't go here, too many problems and the people are vengeful.

I havnt personally used them, but a buddy of mine has and he let me know that although they are small and have a mom and pop kinda feel they are very good at what they do and are extremely friendly. If he recommends it then so do I.

Great people own this place. Was able to get a part for the car within 24 hours. With the backlog on freight these days that was no easy task because it was a special part. Highly recommend.

Awesome service, very through and precise on what needed to be fixed and what was higher priority. They are about business not about wasting your time and money. All items are fixed in my vehicle and I also got some recommendations for my vehicle that weren't pushed onto me as a sales pitch. Thanks Auto clinic from your neighbor down the road.

I called this garage & asked for an estimate for replacing a lower trans line. The gentleman on the phone was very nice, and gave me a good quote, so I scheduled an appointment. When I came in, I was given excellent customer service, and the repair was fixed relatively quickly. However, once they handed me back my keys, I started my car, and my check engine light came on. I've owned this car since 1999, and have driven it daily since 2001. I keep it regularly maintained, and the second anything begins to leak/go out on it, it is taken in to be repaired. The check engine light has only ever come on one other time; when the oil sending unit went out. So, I went back inside to inform them that my check engine light was now on, and they seemed to not really care. I was then told that the "mechanic noticed it was on when you came in, but must have forgotten to make note of it in the paperwork." Um, no. It was NOT on when I drove over! I freak out when any idiot light comes on, and I never ignore them when they do come on. I originally went in to get my trans line replaced, but all they did was add a new fitting, and an O ring. For $110! They said they would have a mechanic look at why the engine light was on, and he proceeded to hook it up to a bunch of machines, and then told me he was going to "reset" it. When that didn't work, he told me he "didn't know why it was on" but was going to go to lunch. When I went to leave, the owner told me the engine light must have come on because my brake booster was going out. I call BS. It has a BRAKE idiot light for anything brake related. Why would my brakes have anything to do with my engine? The owner then told me that they were all going to lunch, and I could bring my car back in later in the day. At first, I was very impressed with this shop, but I left feeling screwed over. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing my car back to these guys. Best of luck to them.

Office manager is crazy said hello and she threw me out;) I would recommend these folks to anyone they care about the customer they care about there work this is the second vehicle I ve taken to them. My Subaru even seems to say thank you for taking me there. Good People

Scheduled a transmission fluid service for my moms vehicle. They did not only do a great job with the transmission service, but went above and beyond to help re-calibrate the windshield wipers of the vehicle. This issue caused a lot of headaches for my mom and they resolved it without requiring further charges. The owners of this repair shop are kind and make your experience very seamless. Reasonable prices and highly recommended!

I stopped in to this shop because my Mother's (new) used car threw out a check engine code. This, after I paid another shop to inspect the car before she purchased it. That shop apparently didn't take the time to look at the transmission.While the news my mom got today wasn't what she was hoping for, the silver lining is that I found a trustworthy and competent shop in Auto Clinic & Transmissions to work on my family's vehicles. The owners took the time to show my mother what was wrong, and explain exactly why they recommended the action they did. I appreciate the level of humanity, decency, and professionalism the owners displayed while we were in their shop.

I've lived in ABQ over 30 years and wish I had come to Auto Clinic with my vehicles YEARS ago. GREAT attention to detail, extremely fair prices and even willing for me to bring my current car back for further FREE diagnosis. Talk to Rene and you will be pleasantly surprised by her concern and knowledge! Her husband and the techs will get the job done right. True transmission specialists! So glad I finally found them.

After I Had my Van's engine rebuilt my Transmission was slipping and shifting rough to keep up with new motor. I made appt. for transmission tune up (replaced screen, adjust bands, change fluid).1and half hrs later and a very reasonable price I was on the road again.

A week ago I took my car to auto clinic bc I was having battery issues, the car would not start, battery was draining over night. Previously I took my car to the dealership and they had my car for a week and was given the car back after replacing a car part that took a week to get. Three days later my car started to have the same issue, the car battery drained over night.At this Auto clinic they at first hesitated and recommended I go back to the service manager and ask that they ck my car again because I had spent so much money. The receptionist/ owner then saw my frustration and told me they would check the battery, starter, and the basics just to verify thosethings were not the problem. Well, the young mechanic was asked to postpone his lunch and look into it right away. Turned out to be a terminal that easily jiggled loose andwouldnt stay tightened. Furthermore, the battery was replaced bc it was 3 yearsold. Got it back within the hour. The car has started ever since wout problems, evenafter not driving it for 2 days.! Thank you Auto Clinic ur the best!!!

very rude. the people are just there to put bread on the table and nothing more. they cared not about anything outside of their standard practice. they seem to go the quickest easiest route. not to mention, one of the ladies working there was especially improper. your better off going to some mexican shop around zuni area. not joking. they will do it better and cheaper.
