The entire staff are young guys but they do know what they re doing. Super fast and friendly service. We went there 2 yrs ago and just yesterday went bk for glass repair. Manager is knowledgeable, humble and friendly. Thanks for an excellent service in a short time and no appointment.

The best auto glass shop in town! I am very happy with their service, pricing and convenient locations all over ABQ. I won't go anywhere else...Highly recommend!

I pulled my vehicle in at 11:20 a.m.This team was excellent.Excellent pricing.Checked, REALLY CHECKED, my tires,Analyzed my brake fluid and pads.Set my air pressure in the tires.Filled my fluids that needed.Total professionalism was presented.I will be back to this Jiffy Lube!

That's all they get. They upset my wife and got an attitude because she wouldn't buy THEIR $40 cabin filter and got it $20 cheaper at any auto parts store. Plus they altered our workeded order by marking things that should been asked, instead they marked it denied.The tech (Phillip) was reported to manager , manager sidled with tech and apparantly not trained right. We will never go back. And will tell all of our friends. Better get a grip on your employees. All they do is flaunt their 2 yr old review to make believe they are best store. Think I will send review to your corporate offices . VERY POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE. AVOID THE HASSLE, STAY AWAY FROM COORS LOCATION NEXT TO BUGER KING.

Wouldn t inform me on my vehicle for an entire hours Nd a half!! Never had one employee come to me to let me know if the vehicle was going into the bay! I had to get up and ask the employees multiple times if my car was ready or even being worked on and they kept extending my time! Then came to give me attitude about how I ve only been waiting an hour?!? Excuse me but last time I remembered I m a paying customer who expected to know what s going on with my vehicle not being disregarded and ignored. Rio Rancho is WAY BETTER! Never coming back to this place again

Service was great, easy to schedule and get a new windshield. Techs were a little sloppy with the glue and I had to clean up after.

I let the man know that I had an appointment in an hour and I asked if I could be in and out within that time he assured me that he could I sat there for a half an hour and my vehicle wasn t even pulled into the bay! Terrible customer service here
