Cant give less than 1 star but they don't even deserve that. Technaglass's customer service is nonexistent and the manager is extremely rude to customers

Driving in from Trxas got a huge ding right at driver's side eye level. Googled closest repair and found Techna on Juan Tabo, Albuquerque. As soon as I pulled up, Kris greeted me, agreed huge, gave me my options, stated it might be a few minutes but could be done. Went through insurance, no cost to me. Every employee was friendly, helpful and made the experience great. Kris went above and beyond and I was soon on my way. Extremely pleased with the whole experience, making what could have been a bad start to my trip positive. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield repair

Can't say I hated or disliked it yet Because at first I couldn't even get past the Phone prompt to press 1 , press 1 for crack repair or to make an appointment . Once you pressed 1 it completely disconnected you, Pretty lame if your trying to establish a reputable business !!!!! SOMEONE FIX THE PHONE PROMPTS, TY.On the prompt for #3 was to contact corporate I choose to speak to a someone there and they were grateful to know there was an issue with their lines they did wonder why it seemed to slow down. So after speaking with them i got an amazing quote and to top it off they provide mobile service for ONLY 12 dollars more!! Pretty awesome !! I will give it a higher rating once I see the work and its satisfactory HAGD.

I have used Techniglass for two separate windshield chip incidents and in both cases, the folks assisting me have been nothing but cordial, professional, and competent. It brought me great relief to see those chips dissappear before my eyes - out of sight, out of mind. The pricing is outstanding too, I was unaware that most insurance companies will waive the cost of repairing a chip and will pay it to avoid replacing the entire windshield in the future. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with them and though I do not wish to have more chips in my windshield, I certainly won't hesitate coming back to Techniglass.
