I am very much upset with this particular shop. Was informed when I checked in that it would be about 2 hours. I was fine with that. 3 hours later, I go back inside to only find out it was going to be another 1.5 hours, all to do a PM that would take them 2 hours to do. I asked them to put my first for the morning. He confirmed he was going to be there at 8 am. Perfect. Call me when you get in. Instead, some lady calls me at 5 am. She wanted me to come in then. No, I just woke up because you called me. She then told the gentleman that I was rude and refused to come in. Needless to say, PM didn't happen, at least not there. Won't ever be back there again.

Road service call, they were late 2 hours of course, we send video with part needed, they said they have it and fixed it. All good until payment, Stephen charged me $668 for 3 hours of labor( they worked less than 45 minutes on it) and a few more lies for this extravagant charge. I hope God will reward you all your life exactly how you charged me today and exactly how honest you were by charging me like this to be return by Karma every single day back to you. Also, threatening me to increase my bill if I keep complaining! And a few more things that I didn t mention here. Thank you

I can t say much for inside, looked nice. We got our gas and my partner and I were informed about 5 minutes into getting our van set up for the night that the owners no longer allow overnight parking for non-commercial vehicles. The security guard was very nice about it, but it was quite a bummer.

They no longer allow public showers they only allow truck drivers to shower there and they no longer allow people to park there and sleep there overnight. They only allow truckers to rest there so it s pretty much not open to the public anymore. Kind of sucks the big thing is not allowing people to shower there anymore. That s a bummer, I parked there many many times and I ve slept there many many times and recently I was asked to leave because it s not a public resting spot. So people can t stay there anymore. Only truckers

Armed guard to make sure that no criminals wander onto the property. Tasty food. I had the : chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash brown potatoes, sourdough toast with butter and blackberry preserves. Good Coffee. Less than $19.00 USD. Enough food for two people to split. Very big private showers. Enough room for a family of 4 to get cleaned up. Tile floor and tile walls. Clean.

This is a place no one thinks to stop at for a bite to eat. But man, if you haven't been there you need to go.Steak and eggs this afternoon. WOW, amazing, Ribeye.Everything I've eaten here has been great.Don't take my word for it. Try it today.

i was checked in for chek the tail light cable and they said 2 hours estimate for waiting and hold me for 12 hours and no one did work at this time. super lazy reseption and liers.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had for a simple PM service. Told the service manager I am an owner/operator and was paying with a personal credit card. She wrote up the work order under the company account and when the company rejected it, she didn't have the courtesy to call me. I checked back 3 hours later and she made it seem like it was my fault. She wrote a new work order and now I'm sitting at the bay door waiting to be guided in. Two techs have been "working" on the truck in the bay for 4 hours now. They have 5 techs in here doing practically nothing. I've just wasted 9 hours of one of my very few days off.

Incredibly nice management and competent, qualified mechanics found here. Skip the Gallop TA shop and come to Albuquerque TA shop instead...you will not regret the decision.

This Place Has Basically Become A Drop Yard. Plenty Of Spaces Available If They Only Towed Away Dropped Trailers. Aside From That Its A Nice Place.

Always nice staff. I use it for the showers. They are always clean and in working condition. I would definitely recommend it.

Clean and relatively safe. A great place to drop off your truck and go home for the weekend. Been here less than 24 hours and see it happen more than once, freezing Temps. No auxiliary or bunk heater running in half these trucks.

The mechanics are good however the service desk is snarky and ignorant. I wanted my pigtail replaced and she thinks I'm wanting a head lamp. I have been driving for over twenty years and have always referred to the electrical cable between the truck and trailer as the pigtail and she said that is not what it's called.

This our to go spot, and it's usually great food and service but today the service was extremely slow we wait at least 25 just to place our order then another 45 minutes just to receive cold food!! I Was very disappointed, the new server so unfriendly that even when paying he didn't even say one word , just handed me the bill then my card back , that's it no words were exchanged!!!

This TA was OK. I stopped around noon to find something for lunch. All items on the roller grill were not ready and only 3 items cooking. Nothing warm anywhere to eat. You would think at lunch time at the truck stop they would have a few things ready. Also the coffee was stale and sitting for a while. Customer service was kind and polite

We pulled in at 2 am and used the restrooms several times and not once did they tell us that we had only a few hours to sleep. We got woken up by the security officer and his supervisor. The supervisor did not even get out of his car to talk to us (so unprofessional for a supervisor to sit in his car while trying to tell us to leave, he looked like a normal person sleeping in their car there in the parking lot). My husband had to get out and talk to him. He was only giving us two minutes to get the family up and leave the facility. (which is unrealistic for anyone) He said the reason he was making us leave is because of how nice our truck is and that they have a lot of homeless people walking around, instead of them doing their job and protecting the people who stay there.

Very unprofessional mechanic shop at this TA truckstop. The manager super angry person, when she started talking to me, I smell alcohol she was drunk. I asked them to fix my truck, she said it takes at least 36 hours to get in the shop. TA office stuff must to take care of this place, because all truck drivers want to see professional workers.

Not trying to be negative but the only place in there that wasn't dirty were the bathrooms. Everything else in the convenient store area was disgusting. The people were off and my kids were weirded out by the folks that came in and that worked there. They either need to upgrade the store due to years and years of encrusted dirt everywhere or they need employees that are actually willing to out in some elbow grease and clean. Very disappointed

Shop Service Writer was rude and condescending. Was asking about parts availability for an oil change, and basically got attitude from the service writer! Bad experience. I'm a Professional/Commercial driver, and my time is extremely important, I didn't want to waste anybody's time if parts were NOT available.In my humble opinion, if the service writer is having a bad day...they SHOULDN'T take their aggression out on paying customers!

Stopped in early in the morning to freshen up. Plenty of parking available. Showers were roomy and clean. Restaurant was also open with limited seating. Recommend Little Anita's across the street for local New Mexican Cuisine.

Had the service center repair my brakes, they did it in a timely manner and a fair priceIt s a little ghetto but they have security on staff.I was disappointed they didn t have chocolate milk(or any dairy products )

Food was so bland. Potatoes hardly warm enough to melt butter. Fish so thin I'm surprised it didn't come with a newspaper to read through. Waitress was excellent with refills but had to be asked each time. The food filled an empty spot that's the best I can say.

My big warm welcome was a security guard telling my wife and myself, that we had two minutes to complete all of our shopping, we sacrificed our shopping for drinks and snacks and decided we only had enough time for coffee. In case you were wondering it takes longer than two minutes to complete a coffee purchase... restroom breaks also exceed two minutes.. not sure you want to go here unless you like running in a store to throw money at the clerk and running back out under threat of security.. the depth of corona madness knows no bounds...

Remodeling. Shower was nice; plenty of hot water . No cold water though.Parking lot is not completely terrible.The staff there makes you feel like you've just kicked their dog. Not very friendly here. But hey it's Albuquerque...if you still have time on your clock, roll on past....

Not friendly to RVers. Was told we couldn't park overnight. Even though there was a huge empty gravel lot. They suggested we call the RV parks nearby. (They were all closed) . Needless to say TA/Petro will be skipped by from now on. As a travel nurse I spend a fair amount of money in these places traveling to different locations. Should be more friendly to RVers.

I'm actually surprised but this TA has ranked higher than any other I've been to... Mechanical PM was quick and professional under 5-hr wait total ( which is excellent), and Country Pride restaurant actually served eggs and toast breakfast that didn't make me barf... Unusual, but 5 stars to these guys!!! Maybe a sign of better things to come from TA... Hmmm...
