Lucina, the Manager, and the big Hispanic security guard are bad for business. I am retired and now travel. The parking lot sign reads parking allowed if doing business. I went inside the Travel Center to advise I would be sleeping overnight and shower in the morning. Lucina advised company policy only allows 30 minutes rest time. What? As for the security guard, he ran off a black couple who were resting in their car and called them the "N" word". This created a scene. Apparently this place discriminates and chooses who can shower and who cannot shower here, too. I do not have the appearance of a homeless nor drug addict appearance. Perhaps Lucina doesn't like blondes. Who knows what motivates her decisions. It is extremely disturbing what is happening here.

I was lost. I did not know an important detail about my vehicle. The counter persons referred me to the service department. The gentleman in the service department may have saved my vehicle. Thanks Kevil! You guys just made a client for life.

Just plain terrible all around. They even shut the restaurant down early. Go to Love's, there are 2 in the area. This place is nasty. The parking lot is empty for good reason.

Really rude and bad customer service. Showers suck, water pressure sucks. Well now I'm not allowed to shower here anymore even though I did like just last week. So headed to flying J:) they have good service decent food and nice affordable shower.

The most miserable people work here. So rude and act bothered if you ask them for something. Shop was great very helpful and nice. Oh yeah and the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday which happens to be the only place truckers can eat. All in all will never stop here again. Use to love coming here as a kid they had the best green chill stew ever

If you want to use your TA credits to buy food, then you can only do it in a restaurant; in a store they will sell you the same food only for money! I don t know how this truck stop differs from all the others, but they have these rules. The staff are not friendly, they raise their voices and ignore their customers. The cashier girl didn't look neat. I am very disappointed with my visit to this particular TA

As a delivery driver that sometimes has to run multiple days without seeing home. I usually use ta for a quick shower. They apparently decided that only the big boys with CDLs can shower here anymore. Meaning the smaller companies are not able to get clean whenever we're doing just as much work.

Not my favorite place yesterday 3/26/2027 call and they said there would be a four hour wait for an oil change on the truck so I decided not to wait four hours. This morning at 6:45 AM I pulled in to get fuel and check and she said nope, there s nobody in line your first up. I was excited she asked me for my DOT number ran out to the fuel aisle to get it. One minute later I came back and she said oh sorry somebody jumped in front of You CRE was the name of the company I said how did they jump in front of me you said I was next she said well I logged out or something like that and she was sorry that you said I was she said I m not too excited about this place I wish you would ve just had me pull my truck in and start the service and I could ve done the paperwork so somebody couldn t jump in front of me When you say something do something, don t change your mind 60 seconds later.Do the right thing I was there first you could ve told the CRE driver that I jumped in front of him, but you told me because you care more about the CRE account possibly, I m not sure

Watch what you buy here. The stuff doesn't get looked at . Bought two cherry flavor Pepsi, and they are out of date . It's like two months out of date. People check your stuff.

I'm thoroughly disappointed. I booked a shower here and had security called on me because I rang the bell for an additional towel for my wife. I don't usually do reviews and I've frowned on others that usually do. But this had a feeling of racism

The Shop is terrible.They only have one good mechanic and that's Quentin. I was a regular customer this is my hometown location. Had a r front wheel seal replaced on July 4th. Went in around 8Am got out around 9Pm. One mechanic started on it the second mechanic was back and forth working the counter and my truck.Go back Dec.10 for a PM Service.The tech they put on my truck didn't look old enough to shave.Get to Phoenix I got oil all over brakes on right front wheel where the wheel seal is leaking again.Take it to Eloy TA Dec. 16 They call Alb. They start back pedaling and refusing to cover repairs. Will be taking it to Rush and contacting an Attorney

I don't think I have ever stopped at a truck stop that was as nice and clean and as good as this one ever the people are wonderful they are helpful the showers are clean and the water is hot they have gym they have laundry they have a snack room they have a truck stop they have a mechanic shop I mean they have it all here parking is humongous there's no wait times for anything and the ladies there inside are just amazing and nice I swear I will route myself to come just this way just so I can stop at this truck stop next time I'm back in New Mexico you should all stop here if you ever get a chance

It was a great stop for me. I'm only giving them a 4 because the sink in the shower room had an excessive amount of long hair in it.

Stopped in on our trip home. I had car trouble and had to wait for a friend that was on the hwy around Mile Marker 280, about 60 miles away. Since it was a Tuesday, the restaurant was closed. I asked the cashiers if i could sit somewhere and wait. They told me i wasn't allowed in the truckers' lounge without a CDL. The staff was fairly rude. The ladies at the register treated me like I was an unwanted traveler. Shame on them for treated a stranded motorist so badly. The only one of the staff that was nice was the security guard.We won't be stopping here again. DO NOT STOP IF YOU DONT HAVE A CDL. BAD SERVICE. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!

Last time I was there it was 30.00 per night. No hookups. Nothing! Will not ever stop there. Also they don't touch rv's.

I have been traveling a lot the last 2 years.Have used TA a lot. Probably about a couple grand alot in 2 years in food , showers and fuel.Went into Albuquerque Ta today to do laundry and told " You can not use facilities if you are not CDL , it is our policy."THAT MEANS NO SHOWERS OR LAUNDRY.Do better or change you name!

Almost day 3 for a oil change. Didn't have parts to do oil change 1st day. Didn't have them when i checked back in the next day either. Thought i was given a free meal then i find out it only covered half the meal this is bs. I get to watch the mechanics finish everyone else truck for 2 days.

Stopped to get gas at this T/A through Albuquerque 1/25 /24 the gas price was listed at 290 per gallon when I pump my gas it was 297 when I mentioned it to the employees working there very rude and nasty attitudes especially from the elderly employee she was teaching a younger ones how to be rude but it's bad when you get ripped off of gas traveling from Oklahoma to California will never buy gas from T/A ever again

Poor customer serviceCame in to fuel my truck in the evening, and go inside to purchase diesel and def and the most horrible lady acts bothered just to her job. Smh. Fine I won t bother you lol I ll let my company know to send me to pilot they can have our business instead

This review is for Brian...you did a fantastic job! As soon as authorization came through he took care of my truck with speed and accuracy! Thank you for being courteous and efficient! You sir are a true professional and that is much appreciated in this industry. More techs should aspire to be like you! TA has an asset and I hope you are recognized and compensated accordingly...Great job Brian...Thank you for getting me rolling ASAP

Theres a lady working here with short red hair and has an absolutely disgusting attitude on 10/10/23 7:49 pm. A customer asked if there were any other restrooms available and she looked at him, walked away and said NOTHING. Extremely poor customer service. This is a place of business. Not your home.

This Travel Centers Of America is a nice location to visit. To take a break it s nice to stop here. The have descent truck parking like most TA/Petro Centers do. There facilities are nice. They have security at night.

Devon was awesome. He goes above and beyond he was polite and had great customer service! The hotdog and coffee area was super clean (you don t see that much at truck stops). Thank you again Devon from a trucker

Service dept is an outstanding .Shop is awsone .Resturant has great food.Cris went alittle further than most and found some issues told me and fixed the problem.. And Jamie the service manager is awsome.Honest reliable,great team.Sometimes they can help and sometimes they can't. That to be expected not a problem with me.They don't leade you on.If the mechanic can do it they will.Albuquerque NM ,and Boise Idaho, are the best TAs i have been to.

Pulled over and was parked for a few minutes, almost looked closed not many vehicles. Then we were told to move along. Not traveler friendly. Glad I hadn't got gas or food yet as the Flying J Pilot down the road was way more accommodating. Will never stop at any TA again.

You are lucky if you find a parking hereI don t know why they allow the driver live around just park they truck here for few day and drop they trailer here and the driver who want stop here for buy some stuff can t they are loosing money for that
