Absolutely do not go to this car wash!! None of the machines work, and if they do work, they work at half capacity. Not to mention, the owner/employee that works there, I am convinced, stole two of my rubber mats. I wouldn t even give this place one star.

This used to be one of the better car washes to go to. I usually go twice a week. Now it s trash. 3 out of 5 wash bays do not work. The automatic bay is a joke. There s trash everywhere. Trash cans over filled. One of those wash bays just takes your quarters without letting you wash your vehicle. Theres no one there to get help from when you have an issue. The soap products they use are garbage. You can t tell if it s soap or not. Just an all around bad place to go. Oh their vacuums work. So I guess they at least have that going for them. Won t be going back there any time soon.

I have to agree with most of the "bad experiences"here. It used to be one of the best car washes but now it is ridiculous. Very poor management. The new owners should be ashamed.

I stopped by here today before work to wash my car and the change machine took my $10 bill and only gave me $4.75 back in change. No one was there to address the issue to and when I came back later the guy didn t believe me and was very rude. I m sure that their old broken machines are currently ripping other customers off right now too. I will never be returning to this place and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

I had an emissions test on a PHEV (Honda Clarity) that I'd just bought. I didn't know how to force the ICE to run, but Jason figured it out. Thanks!!!

I ve gone there since it was new. And closed down and bought out by Ramon, now previous owner. New owners I m not sure what they re doing. Closed half the time and earlier today on the weekend of all, coin machine not working or on at all. Automatic wash is closed half the time. And usually on the weekends. I hope new owners pull their stuff together soon. I ve since then been washing my four vehicles at whale wash. Ramon had that car wash always up to date and working at all times. New owners not so much. We ll give em a few more months before we permanently move our business over to whale wash.

We love this car wash when we are in town for car show in Albuquerque, they keep it clean and not to busy too so that s great and car show every year is always across the road so love it! Keep it up!

They get one star for not being honest! Even though I knew the vehicle wouldn't pass because the engine light was on, this lady still had me take her vehicle. So I get out of the vehicle and allow the attendant to do her thing. She looks at the dash and writes something down, goes back to her computer and prints out my receipt. Charges me, takes my payment and proceeds to tell me any time the engine light is on you aren't going to pass. Even though I knew that already it goes to show you. Honesty doesn't live at this place, she changed me knowing it wasn't going to pass. Bad business!!!

I've attempted to get my emissions test done here and they are always closed almost two hours prior to what is listed on Google. They never respond when you honk and don't answer the phone. I've wasted time out of my weekday and weekend trying to get this accomplished. I will not be returning if this is how they do business.

Since this place has changed ownership the quality of everything has gone downhill. The vacuum hardly works, the brushes are always in disrepair, the fluids aren't the greatest, and there has been a sink clogged for months.Its really sad as this was my favorite car wash. I guess I'll be taking my business to the other wash off Wyoming and mental or off Montgomery and tramway. Makes me sad to see this change happen only to fall so far from the quality it once wasServices: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Carwash was ok although the card reader was broken. Went to use a vacuum and 3 different machines ate my quarters without working and when I finally found a working vacuum the suction was very weak and barely picked anything up. Essentially wasted $5 just to have to go somewhere else to get a proper vacuum.

Only complaint would be that the vacuum nozzle is too thick to fit in many areas of my car- in-between the side of seats & door. In-between the center console & seats...other than that this place is great! Very clean & no weird stagnant eater smell. I took my time washing, using the foam brush...scrubbing & rinsing then waxing before heading to the area to vacuum...took my time with that as well and I only spent $8.50 so I'm really happy with this business! I'll be a return customer no doubt.

Their auto car wash just stopped on me mid-car wash. I had to back out. My car is half washed. If anybody ever reads this review that owns this place. I would like a refund. I called four times and I m not even able to leave a voicemail.

Mud everywhere. No machine to use card, only takes quarters. If you wanna rinse your car off they'll do great cause there's no soap in the pressured soap. You also only get 3 options to wash your car, pressured soap (no soap), pressured rinse (pressured soap) and spot free rinse. Thus car wash will not get my business unless it's demolished and turned into a fully functional carwash.. 0/5 stars if I'm honest

This used to be a nice car wash ... The new owners have let it go down hill. Wash and dry bays are both full of dirt and trash. I had to clean my shoes before i got back in my vehicle. I'll take my $$ elsewhere.

Love the location and how helpful the owner and staff are to the customers! I love that they have air dryers in the car wash bays I don't see that anywhere else! Plus their vacuums are super amazing! And I also like you can get your emissions tested there too no hassle. Be good to this car wash because it will be great to you!

Good water pressure. Pre-soak had no soap. Brush took a while to work. Didn't want to try wax or spot free. Would be more convenient with credit card unit in the bays.Will try again

I have been going here for years for emissions testing with my cars and have recommend to many family and friends but after today no more. I was told it was under new management and the new guy running the emissions test was very very rude! He was on his personal phone for a very long time at one point. At the end of the emissions test the results that were printed out were completely illegible and now I will have to waste my time at the DMV to see if the state will even accept it! I will miss the old management and the old employees.

My favorite place to go to when my car needs a refresh.Plenty of stalls to pull your car into to tidy up/vacuum the interior and touch up the exterior after you've washed it.The owners take very good care of this place, and any issues with the equipment are handled with quick response.The chemicals are great, easy to use equipment and they even have towel squeezing things (I wish I could think of the proper word) that you can use for a shammy or microfiber towel as you dry your car off.The automatic car wash isn't some rickety old thing either, it does the job quite nicely.It's a lovely little place to take care of your vehicle.

Terrible management. Tried 4x to get emissions done. Honked and no one ever came. Trash everywhere. Used to be the place for car wash. I go to Cancun on Menaul past Juan Tabo now.

Great service and very reasonable pricing! Discount for cash on emissions testing. The American ownership takes a great deal of pride in his establishment and services offered. My emissions testing was done quickly and professionally, and I have used the car wash many times when I used to live in the neighborhood. A great business and highly recommended!
