I have been using the service department on Lomas for 12 years. I m always happy with their service. Yesterday, they really went above and beyond for me. I had to drive out of town and they made sure my car was safe to drive. Thank you especially to Terry andConnie. Both are awesome!!

I purchased a new vehicle in February 2024. They couldn't get my plate off my other car i was trading in. It was registered until October 2026. I was told the plate I would get in the mail would be same plate with the registration until October 2026. Plate came in the mail it wasn't same plate and expiration in February 2026. I texted them they texted back said that it messed up for us and some others as well. Well it's been a month no one has fixed it no one has gotten back to us. I feel like they have stolen from us. First time hyundai buyer probably last. I can show proof of texts if need be.

You can never get thru to speak with a live person! Their phone loops to messages over and over again! I will NEVER buy another hyndai again!!! Getting service shouldn't be this dang difficult!

Top notch service center!I was able to call & make an appointment, drop my truck off and have it ready before the end of the day. Connie is friendly and professional and honestly a breath of fresh air! (vastly different from the other location)To the GM Ryan Newhall: you are running a great crew!

We purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. When the vehicle came in, there was a dent in the dashboard that happened during shipping. They said a claim with Hyundai would be opened and they would install a new dashboard piece as soon as it was available. We have followed up with them multiple times and have been completely ignored by email and phone. I have emailed the general manager multiple times with no reply. Inquiries by phone have not resulted in any returned call to resolve this issue.At this point I'm left to assume they never had any intention of filing the claim or if they did they kept the part and made it available for sale. We are out of state buyers so they knew there was no risk of us showing up at the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service given this experience.

Shawn in the service department was wonderful. Had my car picked up for me, diagnosed, and fixed in less than 6 hours after the place I bought it from had kept it a week just to diagnose it wrong. Plus, he got it fixed for less than half of what Power Ford wanted to charge me! If I wasn't married and it weren't COVID times I might have missed him I was so thankful! Will definitely be buying my next vehicle through them as well.

I bought my car brand new from this dealership 5 years ago and have always been a loyal customer; bringing it here for the regular maintenance and for any other issues I have had. For the past 3 years, every time I have brought it in the service has progressively gotten worse each time. There is little to no communication about my car when I take it in and I am waiting for up to 4-8 hours to get it back with and without an appointment, I have to request the services that I have already pre-paid for (car wash, tire rotation, etc. and they still do not get done), and so this makes me question if they are even doing the oil change and replacing the oil filter at all. At this point I have more faith in my 18-year-old son who has never done an oil change than I do this dealership and will not be taking my car here anymore.Service: General repairs & maintenance

SW Hyundai ABQ service personnel were prepared for my arrival a bit prior scheduled appointment time. I rec'd a friendly welcome while running over expectation of the service to be provided. As no estimate of how long service would take, I accepted shuttle ride home ... which almost immediately done.Rec'd a call later in the morning that service was complete and my vehicle ready for pickup.Service contact later assisted me in confirming the ownership record was properly assigned to me.Very satisfied with the service and treatment I rec'd.Service: Oil change

Argued with me about what oil I would receive for the free maintenance package. I told him the service manual States that only 0w 30 is technically approved but he insisted I'd get 0w 20. No other issues just would prefer a maintenance tech who would look at the correct manual for a vehicle and not go off of a general year.

I came in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and the recommended maintenance at this mileage. This experience was much improved from my last visit, which was a complet nightmare. With that said, there are a few things that need improving. First, there was work done on a recall on my highbeams. I asked for the reason for the recall, but that answer took awhile. Second and more concerning is my drive in PSI was 32-33 and when I drove out, my PSI was 37-38. The recommended PSI is 32-33 and my invoice clearly stated work was done adjusting my PSI. I have since adjusted my PSI to the proper level of 32-33, but there is no way it should be set at 37-28. That is dangerously high.

I have used Southwest Hyundai multiple times for all my cars. I have always had excellent experiences with this dealership and their service advisors. Have no problems recommending or referring friend and others to utilize their services. Car cut out on freeway and so I took it to Firestone they said I needed a new engine assembly and quoted me a whopper of a price! Took it to Hyundai they informed me about some recalls and looked into a recall regarding my engine. Got ne approved to get the repairs at no cost to me. The time it took to fix was much quicker than expected and they took care of my care! they also did the recall module replacement. All was fine, however 3 days later the alarm sounded and said the the Charging system was not functioning. I stopped the car, restarted it and it went away, and all is working fine now. Don't know if it was an anomaly. I will watch it to see if it reoccurs.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The place where discrimination against disabled people, they have lost my respect for this place and this company. It was an insult to make us wait for 2 hours so workers can serve other normal people. We were there first before them. Smh

I bought a vehicle here salesman was very nice. But inexperienced and unable to return any phone calls called management called finance had a bunch of questions at the end made a bunch of promises to return my phone calls never did it s been weeks later still haven t returned a phone call or heard anything back very disappointed this place is very shady don t buy a vehicle hear you ve been warned

I received a notice from Hyundai to upgrade the Knock Sensor Software on my 2012 Hyundai Tucson. My service advisor, Shawn Osborn, set up an appointment and when I arrived, his technician, Chaz , came out and hooked up my vehicle. In a very short time he upgraded my software and I was on my way.
