If I could give this place a zero I would. I came in to get some lights fixed, they said it may be a few hours worth of work to fix (it's a broken wire), and I was fine with that. They said they wanted to check the fuses so I offered to take my dogs out for a few minutes so they could, that wasn't good enough for them. So after some back and forth I said put it back together and I'll just leave. Well the mechanic rather start a fight then work with me in any way, so ended up with a yelling match, tire chocks being thrown and nearly a fist fight all over a broken wire. So if you're looking for professional mechanics, that act in a professional way, skip this shop and go to TA or Loves.

Needed 2 skid steer tires. Had them in stock & installed in 30 minutes. Call them first and don t waste your looking anywhere else.

Had one of their drivers back up no warning no 4 ways no horn as I was pulling in destroying my bumper they said it was my fault so I filed an insurance claim their driver was stopped making me believe he was allowing me to pull in as soon as I noticed he was moving I stopped honked my horn by than was 2 late happened in a matter of seconds end of the day I may have misread the situation however his truck struck me now the shop handled this professionally however I will not be back to this location If I ran into their truck I would have took responsibility

Brought in my F450 dually. These guys did a great job mounting these tires I bought online. Truck rides like a dream! Will do business with them again.

Went to store after two other tire stores would not even acknowledge my presence. They were very professional and helpful. They were not able to help to no fault of their own. They did however make sure my vehicle was safe before I left. I will be back.

Absolutely Superb!!!, They went above and beyond my expectations. Great staff, and great customer service. I called about having a spare tire mounted on a stepdeck trailer, and I was told there was about an hour wait. However, when I arrived, they pulled me in immediately, and I was literally back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Albuquerque area, for commercial or non commercial tire service. They've earned my future business.

Shop manager Kemo is very nice and pleasurable doing business with. We have been coming here for over a year and have had nothing but good experiences. The have changed many of tires on out Tractor-trailer. They are very helpful and get the work done right and rather quickly. Will keep coming back. Thank you for doing good work.

I really hope this message makes it all the way up to the head honcho. Every trucker knows... If your wheels aren't turning, you ain't earning. These guys gave me an ETA of 2 hours. Not only did they show up an hour early, but they were extremely polite, professional and quick. I don't believe I've ever seen anyone change an entire axle of drives that fast... EVER. I've had my tires changed more times than I care to remember... My opinion, there is no competition. Thank you Isaac A. And Chris L. (truck# 216-3219), for getting me back to work faster than I could finish my lunch!

After being told incorrect information by 3 different salesmen at Reliable Chevrolet regarding the tire size capability of my New ZR2 I bought from them, I purchased and had tires installed that didn't fit the truck. Tom and the Team at GCR were able to swap out and find the best size and quality of tire to fit my truck without rubbing. They even went out of their way to mount a couple of different tires just to see which fit the best and wouldn't damage my truck, (since we couldn't trust the info given at Chevrolet). They were very friendly, professional and gave the best rates on tires with quick service. I will only be using GCR Tire in the future for all of my vehicles.

I came in for a steer tire. Mounted and balanced in 35 minutes! (only vehical in shop at time) Great customer service and mechanics that helped getting back on road.

Good crew currently working here. I needed to replace a bad tire on my work truck. They were quick, polite, and professional. I appreciate their work ethic and how quick they were to get me in and out and back to work.

Eli took care of my tire I had a blow out on an inner tire and let me tell you that was the fastest I've ever seen anyone change a tire and also that was the best customer service I've ever gotten from a roadside service person! If Eli pulls up to save you it's your lucky day! lol

Needed a steer tire when passing through. The TA said 4hr wait. Here I was in and out in half an hour. Great service. Always a better experience at dedicated tire places than the chain truck stops.

Great bunch of office and shop workers here. They had the tires we wanted and put them on right away on a medium sized vehicle. This is the closest tire shop to me and I would recommend them. They do have a drive to you tire change truck so if stranded give them a call.

Prompt sales, great pricing, & top notch service from a professional team. Had my Class A RV inside dual replaced in just over an hour walk in to drive out and 20 minutes of that was just spent fighting Winnebago's crazy spare tire contraption.

Had a couple blowouts on my fifth wheel RV traveling across the country. Stuck on the I 40 just getting into ABQ. GCR was quick to respond with their roadside service truck and I was back on the road in short order. Thanks!!
