I pulled up at closing time needing help changing out a valve stem core right quick, I already had the valve stem core in hand. Guy says can I help you I said yes, told him the problem and he says we are closed. I asked if any chance of someone wanting to make money on the side, he says no. Such a simple thing that would take them 30sec to change out to get me back on the road. Now I'm having to find some place to help me. Way to support truckers! I will never come back to this location for anything.

While driving on a cross country trip, we had an unexpected flat tire on our RV. We were filling up with gas and found Southern Tire Mart in the parking lot of the Flying J travel stop.We pulled up and were helped very quickly by a team of guys who diagnosed a broken valve stem and got us back on the road safely.I can t thank you enough for your quick service and kindness. You have gone above and beyond today. Keep up the great work!

I was here for oil change and general maintenance. Wait time was 3 hours but after they took my truck in, they finished in 3 hours. They have volvo filters, synthetic and non synthetic oils. Many varieties of everything. Clean job, just a little bit long wait time.

Austin went above and beyond to help me solve a balancing issue with my Steer tires. To the point they even had to stay late to help me solve the problem. Will be a repeat customer

This place is the best tire shop in the land. Clarissa, Donovan and Nick Always go above and beyond for there customers. we need more places like this. why I wanted to take the time to shine a light on them. Thank you for all you do guys!!! Waited 4 and a 1/2 hours at the Loves truck stop here in Albuquerque, and still didn't get anything done. Called the flying J. They had me come down, and I went straight in the bay. I needed 8 drive tires for my Kenworth, the cashier Franci was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me a few different tire brands and I was able to pick a set of 8 tires. The techs Allen and Derrick were good fast guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

Called ahead of time to confirm the tires I needed were in stock, which they were. Told them I was in my way. Arrived at 4:30 to a closed shop (google says they close at 7). Customer service said they closed early and if I want them to replace my tires I would have to pay for an after hours road call $130/hr with a two hour minimum.

This is one of the best tire and light maintenance places I have ever been to ..I had a huge crack in one of my drives and the had just what I wanted with a little bit of guidance and no pressure..I was out of there in 30 min .very friendly staff..I d go out of my way to use them again!Service: TiresService: Tires

My brother had an issue with his tires and they started to crack and it was unsafe to drive. My brother complained to and Nick made it right and replaced my brothers tires highly recommend him.

Excellent service. Stopped in for D.O.T. Inspection and PM. In and out within 1hr and 1/2. Very friendly staff all around. Much better service than Petro and TA.

Lack of communication between shifts told to come back b4 9 and then when I get back they tell me about a major oil leak they seen while changing starter I got here around 3 to begin work then left around 815 to run to loves to get parts because they forgot about my pm after starter then I get back at 845 then they tell me about a oil leak and can't do pm lazy workers in my option I think they just don't want to do pm it's 9 they close at 10 with 3 mechanics working no one in the bay

I had a serious issue with my semi and they took a look at it. Even though they couldn't fix it they were nice enough to not charge me and direct me in the right direction to someone that could!
