Great customer service both upon dropping off my vehicle for repair and picking it up. Smooth and quick, and by quick I mean lightning fast. Gives an example for me to live by when it comes to customer service!BTW, check out Mustang Cafe for amazing eats!

Since I ve bought my car last year Travis has been my advisor & nobody else but him . He s seriously so great & so consistent when it comes to me and my car . I feel like I know him personally at this point because when I call and asks for him he already knows who it it LMAO seriously I probably bug him but he s amazing . Thank you Travis for EVERYTHING

I took my son in laws car for oil change. It was very busy I can admit I was a little overwhelmed, me and my service pup Casper there for 4 hrs it was long we went for a walk he had to pee on bush by street. I wish I would've knew there was a cafe there. Maybe next time I can try. Also a reminder If your getting service for you automobile Make sure you have the "spline" for your wheels. OR TIRES NOT GETTING ROTATED.... something I learned

My wife had a 10 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at the time of this posting, I am still awaiting the return of the vehicle. It is unfortunate that some businesses have the availability of both appointment and non appointment options because to balance that properly is next to impossible

They say it's 2-3 business days for a diagnostic and then keep your truck for 3 weeks with no help with a rental. Sucky service.

The wait time wasn't too bad. The service advisor was friendly and informative. But when I performed my own inspected after the oil change service. The Air Filter housing box wasn't properly installed, and the locking tabs for the air filter housing weren't put back on. I noticed the oil was slightly overfilled as well. Both were easy to fix. It's just a little disappointing, especially with the amount of money spent to get an oil change.

Scheduled 3 weeks ago to have my truck worked on for 2 recalls. Rich Ford knew 3 weeks ago about the recalls. I take my truck in on time and later that day I get a text saying come get your truck we have to order the parts. I show up nobody greets me and the lady can t find my paperwork and then I say my keys are hanging behind you. She just hands me the keys with no paperwork no words of anything and then walks away from me. Rental car lady waived the charges since my service technician didn t tell me that the recall doesn t cover rentals. Not sure if the recalls will be fixed I guess I ll wait and see. Been coming here for almost 14 years but I guess they don t care about customer service anymore.

Service writer promised an hour and half to 2 hours since we were "VIP" our vehicle stayed 5 hours. He never called back or went over the service.

I bought a $10k vehicle with 62k miles from richford. Three months later at 64k miles while driving. smoke was coming out from under the hood. I took it to Richford service department. Five days later they informed me that the engine needs to be replaced. I spoke with the sales manager & Lena who was my sales person & they said there is nothing they can do. Called the customer care number & they said they will pass the message over. At this point I don't think they are going to help me. I feel that you guys scammed me & sold me a LimonService: Auto engine diagnostic

I made an appointment to get my car diagnosed regarding several issues, made it clear to the guy on the phone I was having to rent a car in the interim. When I went to drop off my car, I was told it would be 7-10 DAYS to even LOOK at it. I would not be upset had I been informed of this AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT. Unacceptable "customer service". I chose not to leave my vehicle. This kind of deceptive tactic doesn't reflect well on their business.

Bought a vehicle from rich ford. Three months later smoke was coming from under the hood. Took it in to get checked, They informed me that the engine needs to be replaced. Rich ford sold me a Limon & didn't want anything to do with it. They recommended that I take it to a different mechanic shop because apparently these mechanics couldn't replace the engine & of course they also wanted me to pay out of pocket for the repairs. So now I'm out 10k & stuck with a vehicle that doesn't run.

Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter today. She is on her own and hasn't been in Albuquerque very long. Her dad and I are 2 1/2 hours away and couldn't get there to help her. They offer a quick lane for basic maintenance with no appointment needed. They completed the service and the other things my car needed. They also have a cafe to get some food while you wait. My car is running great!

The worst experience with a service department ever. Just purchased a vehicle and came in too get a couple of small things repaired as promised. After checking the vehicle in I was totally left in the dark about what's going on. E plus hours of nothing. Apparently no one knows a good dam thing here or can even track what's going on with a customers vehicle. Alit of paint the buck around here. Typical dealership services. I will never purchase from a dealership again. May even return this dam purchase as I am very unhappy with the treatment I received. Go elsewhere if your looking to purchase a vehicle and get treated like a valued customer.

Brought in my truck for a diagnostic check for strong smell of gas in the cab. When I dropped off the vehicle with an appointment I was told it would take 5 days to get a tech available to run the diagnostics. Really? I hesitantly left my truck and waited 5 days to receive the worst service I could imagine. After 5 days the tech states that there was a TSB for the issue of gas smell and the recommended fix was replace the PCV valve and reflash the computer. My sales rep stated that this is a difficult job and involves changing gaskets and vacuum lines so the cost would be ~$900! I have worked on vehicles my whole life. The PCV valve is a quick 5 min swap and the part is $8 at o Riley. I told them I would be coming to get my vehicle and agreed to pay the diagnostic fee even though there were no diagnostic results provided. I arrived to pick up my truck an hour later and it was not ready. I waited about 30 min for them to bring it out. HERES THE BEST PART! I get into the vehicle and find my dirty, oily, smelly engine cover laying on my back seat! The back seat of my leather trim platinum F150! I immediately notified the service manager and asked him if it was standard practice to leave parts in customers cars. He said no and then mumbled something under his breath. He asked me to wait while he sent the vehicle back to service. After waiting in the lobby I was finally notified the vehicle was ready. I left the service center completely appalled and I will never return and I will make sure others are aware that the quality, service, and pricing at this service center is the worst I ve ever experienced! I replaced the PCV valve on my own which took 5 min and $8 and guess what? It did not fix the issue so there is one good side to this story. I didn t fall for your scam!

These guys are Super Hero's. I have taken my car to 5 Ford Service Centers in 2 states (including other centers in ABQ) this was the first good experience I had. They were so fast, professional, they had great communication and did exactly what they said they would. 5 stars! You guys deserve them.

10am appointment for an engine diagnostic. I had to call them for an update and they said it could be up to three days for them to look at the truck that s a horrible business practice. Seems that service is trying to over charge for service and guessing on what prices are instead of looking them up. Taking business to a different Ford and recommend others do the same. Don't get taken.

Went in for a recall that had already failed. James worked with me, being cordial, punctual and communicative the whole time. I received the the service I needed in a satisfactory manner.

Called Wednesday July 7th and fully explained what I needed and Jessica completely understood what I was wanting my ecm reprogrammed she told me it s 180 bucks and if it doesn t work I still have to pay. Completely understood and booked it for 9am July 8th. I get there and there service manager looks so clueless to what I was wanting and now tells me it s gonna take 6 days for something Jessica told me 2 hours for. This service manager was trying to understand what I was asking for he couldn t comprehend what Jessica told me would be a simple in and out reprogramming. Then instead of apologizing for Jessica not know what she was talking about he was sarcastic and rude. He really makes Ford look like an awful company that has no clue what there doing. They all need to be trained together so that all there answers match. Right after I left I called back to Ford again and asked theHow long would it take for a reprogramming of a ecm the person on the phone said the same day. So again none of them are on the same page. I also asked the service manager for someone above him to service a complaint and he told me no.

The Service Center at Rich Ford has got to be the best I have ever encountered. The service staff, especially Tony Garcia, went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Highly recommend if you live in Albuquerque. Again, thank you Tony.

Took my truck in for 2 warranty bugs, but both times, the service department did nothing. They even charged me for the rental after holding my truck a week.

Two month wait for service of my Motorhome. Sadly, they have not been available to service my Motorhome for more than two years. They cannot add you to a waiting list, so they don't provide alternatives to get service.

I thought I had a service appointment only to be told when I arrived that it wasn t an appointment but rather a drop off your vehicle only. Since I didn t know, and had planned to wait I was told I COULD wait but it would be 3 hours to complete my oil change. The intake person said I could return at 7:00 AM tomorrow and probably not have as long of a wait. I have been using Rich Ford since I bought my new Escape but no more.

Worthless place, please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. I live 3 1/2 hours away, had to get an oil change, called before I left and said as long as I am in before 4 they would get it done, got there at 3:30, and surprise, oh we can t do it . Seriously worst customer service and lazy

They took to long to fix my car I had to pay 600 for a rental because they didn't have any rentals and tony was very rude speaking to him on the phone about my vehicle I traded for another one
