Sam fixed a dented bumper and repainted another piece on the tailgate that was losing its paint. He and his team did a great job with the maroon color - I can't even tell there was damage before. Sam and his team are very friendly and flexible. He was upfront about all costs, and when something new underneath the bumper was discovered, he stood by his initial estimate (no $ surprises at the last second!) and fixed it anyway. I did go to a (unfriendly) national chain right near my house for another estimate, but Sam beat them by about $500!! I will be keeping Sam in mind for all my paint & body needs, and will refer everyone to him. Thank you Sam!

Sam and his crew are absolutely awesome! I couldn t find a shop that would be able to start working on my car for months out. I called Sam just to see when he would be able to start working on it and he took charge, got my car in and started dealing with my insurance company right away! The work done is phenomenal and the customer service is outstanding. There was a significant amount of damage on both the driver and passenger sides and it looks so good. If I ever need work done on my car again Sam is the guy I ll go to, as should you! Thank you so much Sam!!

I walked into Sam s paint and body and instantly felt welcomed as they took care of me really quick and offered water and snacks as well. I had a part of my fender damaged and they took care of it within a week, when I got the estimated time from other shops it was gonna take months. Highly recommended and honorable people!

Sam s Paint and Body provided excellent service! I wish I could give them more stars! My review is overdue- Sam actually repaired my Ford Escape in March 2023. I was in a minor accident that damaged the front bumper/fender and headlight. Sam communicated with my insurance company to ensure that everything was inspected correctly and fully covered. He also made sure that my car received the best parts to match (if they weren t a perfect match, he sent them back). Sam was honest, communicated with me the entire time, and fixed it quickly. My Ford Escape looks like the day that I purchased it- you can t tell that it had any work done! A+ customer service! I highly recommend Sam! Thank so you much!Update: My windshield was damaged from a road trip in June. I went to Sam and he had it replaced in a timely manner with a fair price too! Sam is excellent and I can t recommend him enough!

(Excuse the lint from my towel) Finding and trusting someone to paint a black vehicle is not an easy task. Sam far exceeded my expectations. It came out so good, it looks like a mirror. I needed the hood and trunk of my car repainted due to peeling. I brought my car to Sam. He did a great job, was friendly, and was very communicative through the whole process. The price for the work was very fair and he got my car in (and finished) way sooner than expected. I felt that he went above and beyond what any other body shop would have done. If I ever need body work done on my car again, I will definitely take it back to Sam and will recommend anyone I know to do the same.Service: Body & Trim

Over the years, my 11-year old Toyota Prius sustained a number of parking-lot scrapes and dings, and I was tired of looking at the damage. I took the car to some big-name collision-repair places and was astonished at their estimates. I was about to give up and live with the damage when a friend told me about Sam's. I brought the car in for an estimate and told Sam I wanted the car to look better but it didn't need to be perfect. The estimate was far more reasonable so I had him do the work. The results are amazing! In fact, to my eye, the car looks perfect. Sam does exactly what says he will do, is very professional, and very friendly. I have a Ford Expedition that is an amazing car, that is, until my three teens started to drive. Each of them did damage - front bumper, front fender, and the back corner and bumper. Sam was amazing. He provided a detailed estimate of the cost to repair. Shortly after starting the job, hidden damage was discovered. Sam was honest and upfront, never pushing me. He gave me time to consider all my options. In the end I had him correct all the damage. Sam stands behind his work and doesn't take short cuts. He was able to get all the work done quickly and at the price quoted. His work is outstanding and prices are fair. Took my 2014 Ford Escape with fender and mirror damage to Sam's after getting several quotes. He was not the cheapest and wasn't the most expensive either. What he excelled at was providing excellent communication throughout and finishing on time!! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our liking. I had an odd dent with all the paint scrapped off on the bottom of the passenger door on my Subaru. It was even starting to rust a little, so I decided I better get it fixed. Sam did a great job matching the paint and fixed the dent to perfection. You would never know the difference! Sam also did a great job answering calls and communicating.Service: Body & Trim

Let me start off with this place of business the owner Sam has old school values.. integrity and follow through. Found him on the net read his Google reviews.. liked his reviews so I brought my car in he looked at it.. gave me an estimate everything was down on paper he was very efficient and true to his word. He matched my paint to my 2017 Rogue exactly. The whole driver side needed to be fixed. He fixed my back bumper and fixed front bumper as well.Paint matched exactly there was no mess left. I had a huge dent on side..Everything looked beautiful and brand new thank you Sam for having integrity and being honest and a very fair price. SAM followed through with everything he said he was going to do good old school values..skilled.experienced.passion.If you want the job done right the first time and having a piece of mind someone truly cares about your vehicle this is the place to bring it I can't thank you enough Sam. Phenomenal work, but more importantly customer service. Having an accident is never a good experience, but Sam is a super nice guy and knows his stuff, so that made it easier. Hope I never need a fix like this again, but if I do, this is the only guy that works on my cars.

The quality of the paint job on my gold 2002 Toyota Tundra was superb! The attention to detail and uncompromising craftsmanship restored my truck to showroom quality. The paint matched perfectly and the clear coat was glossy. Sam's communication with me regarding the job felt like customized service to me that gave me confidence in him that resulted in a paint job better than I expected! Sam is very professional, polite, honest and reasonable with his prices. He was straight forward from the beginning and gave us a very reasonable price. My wife had a small dent in the passenger door due to someone backing into her. We asked Sam how much to do pointless dent removal and he informed us that it was not possible and proceeded to explain why. He finished the car pretty quick and the results were amazing. It truly looked nothing happened. Not only would I recommend Sam but I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to him if I have any other body work that I need done.

Great paint and body work at Sam's. He's pleasant and patient and returns your calls. I had the whole truck repainted and it looks like new again, for the amount he quoted. He took the time to locate quality replacement lamp assemblies and badges.

Sam did an incredible job on repainting my bumper!! I wish I had a before and after picture because the work is phenomenal!! I can't even tell were the damage was originally. I feel fortunate in having met Sam. He has always made me feel secure with his service. He has taken care of my car since the day I bought it. We had a (We Owe) from the dealership when they scratched it taking it off the truck. He is reliable and worth it. His knowledge of cars craftsmanship is tried and true. Dealership parts and better than Dealership Quality. He understands the situation that gives you a feeling of a trusted friend or family member. I recommend his establishment to all my friends and family. We had several friends and family cars done by Sam's. His way of working on your vehicle helps maintain the value and longevity of your car. Other locations that use after market parts only decrease the value of your vehicle. Dealerships will deduct the value of your vehicle using after market parts, going to Sam's Auto & Paint Body Shop will not.

Sam does an amazing job ! My classic Thunderbird was attacked by a retread that escaped from an 18-wheeler and did significant damage to the front end. Sam handled all the details with the insurance company, found replacement parts and color matched (awesome) the paint perfectly. AND returned my beautiful car to me in less than two weeks - I had expected he would need to keep it for several weeks due to difficulty finding replacement parts - nope . . . she was home in ten days. I highly recommend this guy - he is a master at body & paint work.Service: Body & Trim

All I have to say is Sam s paint & body is the best. If you want quality work this is where you take your car. Sam takes pride in his work and makes sure the customer is happy. The paint he does is flawless. Sam painted my 1996 Mustang and I never seen Such good work on my car. Looked like a showroom car. Sam is very high recommended by all his returning customers. This is the second time I use Sam. Excellent work both times. I drive a black 4Runner and the factory color is black with blue flake in the paint. Very difficult to match. Sam has matched it perfectly both times. Also, takes the time to explain what he will be doing, provide options, and takes pictures during the process. He sent me pictures to my phone to keep me updated on how the work went. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Painting

Listen, I have known Sam for 25 years. The first thing I want to say about Sam is that he is the real deal! Honest, reliable, and a true artist to his craft. Sam's Paint & Body has performed miracles over the past 25 years that I've known him. Taking complete total vehicles to something proud to be seen driven in. I have referred Sam to many of my friends and associates over the years and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a simple paint job or cover up, then this is not the place for you! If you are looking for high quality work with a superior craftsman at the helm then this is your place. I believe Sam's Paint & Body is the best in the business on many levels and for many reasons. Always remember this, "you get what you pay for" in Sam's case, you get a whole lot more! I am writing this review to hopefully help someone out there make the right choice when trying to decide on who to use for their next paint and body work! The rating system only lets you select 5 stars, that being said....* * * * * !!! Don't make the mistake of going someplace else only to bring your vehicle to Sam's to get it fixed correctly. Do yourself a favor and bring it in and say hello Sam, this guy Kelly referred me after reading his review!

Sam is an exceptional person. I was referred to him by a friend 20 years ago and have never used anyone else. He is a true business man. From the first time that you come in contact with him you will see this. My family and I have used Sam many times During these past 20 years Sam is Highly, highly recommended! You will not be disappointed. His attention to detail is impeccable. He will give you the best price possible. Believe that! If anyone is ever in need of body work I will always refer them to Sam s paint and body. Believe these reviews when you read them. They are all true. Sam is an amazing, easy going true business man. Brought in my Ford Fusion to fix a dent in a door and surrounding body and painting it. Sam spent time explaining the process and the quote. The cost was lower than many other places and he did a great job, looks like new. Very upfront and professional. I like to seek out smaller, long-established businesses when I can, and Sam is a perfect example of why I do. Sam was friendly, appreciative, FAST, and the work he did on my car is perfect. I was recently in an accident where my car almost was totaled but Sam was able to completely restore it like new! He kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process and provided excellent customer service along the way! Sam's business ethic is very honest and reliable. I was so amazed at how he was able to repair the extensive and complicated work on my truck. He works with great integrity. It's nice to know there are still businesses run the old fashion way, where a man's word is concrete.
