I didn't buy anything today but they let me use the bathroom and wash my hands without a membership

I went in to get new tires but I left with 2 broken tire studs Had to get my car towed home n replace the studs. I wish they would ve of just said sorry it s my fault . Instead blame everyone else but themselves. They need some one with more technical experience there at all times

Pathetic service or rather lack of. Buyers remorse hopefully the other location has better people, I am stuck because I have a warranty issue. Go elsewhere!!!

The guys there were great! They got me a good deal on tires and were able to finish with the car before I was finished shopping.

Mechanic stripped my lug nuts and then blamed the tech before him. Cost me an extra $130 bucks! Don't buy tires at Sam's!!
