My car is 5 years old and needed a new battery. I drove up to the Sam s Tire and Battery department on Sunday, July 3. I didn t want to turn off my car and as I walked up Jeremiah who was working putting tires on a car asked what I needed. I told him a new battery and didn t want to turn off my car. He dropped what he was doing and immediately went with me to my car and helped me with what I needed. We went inside and and he made sure we got the correct battery. And as he was helping me, there was a couple more people around and he made sure to ask them what they needed. And let other employees know what was needed to be done for them. He was very professional and very helpful to not only myself but everyone else in his department. I made sure to let him know he gave great service to me and that he was very helpful. Horrible service, bought a battery they installed in April, battery was bad took it back now in sept they said they could not install the battery due to not having safety clamps. They car has a safety bar already installed. Let us know we could go buy some and they would gladly install it for us. Noting on there websites says anything about safety clamps. Horrible we had to get a battery after only 5 months and then to deal with bad customer service because they didn t want to remove the three screw for the safety bar to replace the battery. Think I m going to stick to Costco from here on out.

I ordered the tires that came in quickly.When I ordered the tires the manager said I would have to pay for the TPMS sensor seals but I cannot pay for them at the same time as a purchase of the tires.When I went back a week later to get the tires installed the manager was off and the person installing the tires said he cannot put them on because I did not pay for them.I said charge me for them now he said I can't we don't have them in stock without even looking up the part number.I'm going to have to go back have them take the tires off and reinstall the seals maybe when the manager is there
