I got online to get a quote and schedule an appointment. I couldn't finish the process because the system wouldn't continue until I put in an e-mail address! I went to the store and the employee said they didn't schedule appointments at the store. He suggested I call the 800 number which I had already done and again the e-mail thing. I explained I had already tried online and the 800 number. I asked, "Do you mean I can't buy a new windshield for my car because I don't want to input an e-mail address?" I went home and called another Albuquerque glass shop and was able to order my new windshield and schedule an appointment. (NO EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED!) How about that!

Special thank you to Dan for saving us both time and money! The whole Safelite team was helpful and friendly. Our technician, Zacharias, did a phenomenal job replacing the glass on our van to factory specifications. Dan and the team at Safelite were liaisons between us and our insurance making it an extremely easy process to get our window and windshield both replaced. They even calibrated our windshield to our vehicle s camera. Can t say enough good things and we now have a go-to place when it comes to auto glass repair or replacement. Thank you!

I allowed a small town glass repair shop replace a rear window in my 2012 Ford F-150. Once replaced, my back window did not work. After six weeks of trying to rectify this issue, I called Safelite who scheduled my replacement and explained what faults were noticed from previous repair. Daniel Toyama and Andres Moya Kept me up to date on the replacement and I am truly pleased with their professionalism and work. I used Safelite a few times while stationed at Joint Base Lewis McChord and my lapse in judgement for not relying on Safelite beforehand. Great job gentlemen!!!!!!

I would like to commence by acknowledging the courteous demeanor of your staff. Regrettably, my overall experience has been far from satisfactory. I engaged your services in an attempt to recalibrate my 2020 RAM Rebel 1500, enlisting the expertise of three different technicians, which, despite a considerable amount of fuel expended, proved to be fruitless.Furthermore, a component of my service request included the replacement of my windshield wipers, which were functioning adequately at the time of service initiation. The gravity of this situation came to the fore last Thursday when my son's eight-year-old football practice was canceled due to a thunderstorm. On our way back home, we encountered a heavy downpour on a busy one-way road with no available turn-offs. In this precarious situation, I attempted to activate my wipers, only to discover that they were non-responsive. This unforeseen malfunction led to an extremely unsafe and distressing situation for my young child and me.In light of this incident, I promptly reported the matter on the following day, Friday, to your customer service department. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any form of response or acknowledgment regarding the issue. What initially appeared to be a straightforward and convenient resolution has transformed into a highly stressful and unsatisfactory experience.I implore you to promptly address and rectify these concerns to ensure that your customers receive the high standard of service they expect and deserve. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Jordan replaced my broken car window at my home today. He was punctual, professional, explained everything he did. He did extra vacuuming due to the amount of glass fragments in the car. He cleaned all the glass in my car restoring it to near new appearance. Jordan provided excellent service to my car today.Thank you Safelite! Thank you Jordan!

Let me just start with the fact that I have never been to a Safelite before. But if I ever need glass replaced, I'm gonna make sure to come back to this location, I had paid online to get my front windshield replaced which was super simple by the way, and showed up for my appointment and opted to sit in the waiting area which had coffee, snacks, and water for those waiting inside, But the biggest thing for me was how kind the workers were and I mean all of them they all were helping customers and doing their best to make sure they were happy and taken care of, as I was waiting for my car to be finished the guy at the desk kept checking on the car for me and giving updates on how it was going and the quality of the install was Great and speedy especially considering that they were really busy (apparently some kids went around breaking people car windows with bb guns) but they still made the effort to go and make sure every customer was taken care of and that the genuinely cared. So 100 percent without a shadow of a doubt they deserve a 5 star and all of those workers deserve a Raise!!

The service was good, but upon receiving my car back, they did not deliver it clean. There was dirt from the workers.on my door shaft as they stepped on to put the window in. Also, the dashboard was dirty.

Have had nothing but bad luck with Safelite. Twice now their call center has caused me issues. The first being they canceled my appointment and I had to figure this out after driving 3 hours to the shop and learning it was canceled. The second time, I called the call center and they told us the windshield in our vehicle had been replaced and just needed calibrated. Said it would be done within the hour after I called. When I arrived at the shop my vehicle had not been moved much less touched since I dropped it off as soon as they opened. Will not use safelite again.UPDATE: So after my wife finally got the windshield in our vehicle replaced the next day the dash camera fell off the windshield. She took it in to get it put back on and this office just gave her tape and told her to fix it. Customer service here is absolutely horrible!

The assistant manager Daniel and my technician Andres were top notch. They communicate well with every update they complete. They are very well spoken and respectful. During the installation they came across some problems with their calibration equipment and were very good about explaining the situation to me and keeping me updated, all the while maintaining their composure and finding an alternate solution. In the end the new windshield looks great. My wife did notice some light finger stains on the door panels and side moldings, but given the troubleshooting they had to conduct, I personally think they easily overlooked the stains. Overall very pleased with the service and experience.

Had to get a ding on my Tesla windshield repaired and the folks here were fantastic. The process (set up via insurance) was smooth. Safelite was communicative and fast with the repair.

They replaced my back windshield which I'm super grateful for yet put on the wrong wiper so I'm unable to see out of my car unless I spend money on a car wash. The wiper they put on is way too long. I've called everyday to resolve this yet no one can answer the phone! I am unable to get anyone to fix this. Does anyone work here? Terrible customer service, and do not waste your money! Try local instead of this junk place. At least with supporting local, you can actually talk to a person and not an unhelpful automated line.

2 times in 2 years they scheduled an appt for a windshield. Then, at the date and time of the appt, they say they have no appt scheduled and cannot do the work. When it happened once, it was a fluke, now, the second time, it's a way of lessening their work load on purpose.I had my window replaced last week, I needed a new appt because the top of the windshield leaked so bad, water just flowed in without any restriction and ran through all the electronics in my truck. Now I wish I had not tipped the installer or gave him a cool drink as it was a hot day.This warranty repair will be the last repair safelite ever does for me or my family. They are truly awful. My girlfriend had to have 3 windshields put in her f150 before this shop actually got one in that worked. That's 3 days off work, 3 days of vacation time gone, and I've wasted 2 myself already.Do not use this shop or safelite, you will live to regret it. They play games, tell you that you have an appt, then no show, then if they do show, they do terrible work that you will have to keep going back to have warranty work done.The very worst possible experience with this shop twice for me, and 3 times for my girlfriend. Lesson learned, this isn't a one time incident, this is how they operate all the time. RUN

Great service. We needed a new windshield for our 19 year-old Mini Cooper. Our technician was able to save the trim pieces, saving us about 1/3 of the expected cost.

Updated complete experience. It was a Quick repair for my chipped windshield. They were friendly and able to accommodate even though I was late due to traffic and the sign on the building is for State Farm, not Safelite. I had a sneaky billing surprise. I had a quote for $154.23. To fix 2 tiny rock chips. The repair looks like wax dots on the windshield. Safelite had deleted the discount and charged me $170.41 without telling me they changed the price or decided not to honor the very small discount. They couldn't print the receipt. I was told. I called when I found the emailed receipt. I was polite and explained the difference in price. The lady said she messaged the manager and it would be 24 hours for the credit to process. I thanked her and was Thankful for good customer service. I received my credit card statement with the full $170.41 charged and no credit issued. Safelite does not honor their discounts or their word apparently. I replaced this windshield at the same location (2018) and paid less than $240 for the entire windshield. They charged $170 for 2 chips the size of an eraser head, combined. It's obvious a repair was done and looks like a dead bug that will not wash off now. Pay for your service upfront and make sure they honor their discounts at the Coors and Paseo location. They apparently are not an honest business that keeps their word. Calling doesn't seem to make a difference. Repeat customers do not matter.

Went to the shop for a chip repair, which was free (covered by insurance). Original chip was less than 1/8 inch. Within 5 minutes, the shop turned the chip into a 5 inch crack. Consequently, my entire windshield had to be replaced @ $780 out of pocket. They broke it, I had to pay to fix it. Furthermore, the office has no computer or register, they have difficulty even printing a receipt. You have to wait to receive a text receipt. A technically inept office. I will not be going here again.

I have had three window chips repaired on two cars over the span of 5-ish years and every time I go, they are prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend them even for a full windshield replacement.

What a terrible experience this was. I made an appointment for Safelite to come to my home to replace our windshield. I received a text that morning saying that a tech would arrive between 7:30am - 12pm. I waited the entire time and no one ever showed up. So I call the number given online and someone in Arizona answers and has no idea why no one ever showed up, tells me I can reschedule for a couple weeks out. Are you kidding me?!? After I gave up an entire weekend morning waiting for their tech?!? I called back a few hours later and it turns out the tech never showed up for work, but apparently no one thought to inform the customers waiting on him. Very unprofessional, with zero accountability.

I was running late for my 4:00 appointment because I went to the wrong location. When I tried to get ahold of the shop to let them know and make sure it was alright I was given the run around by multiple customer service reps. I was told there was no way for them to contact the technicians. I repeatedly asked for the person to get me in contact with the techs, when I finally did they said it would be alright and there was a guy willing to stay after hours. When I get there the Tech Zack goes outside to get my car then tells me he can t do it because there is rust around my windshield. He said if the rust was bigger than 24inches he wouldn t be able to replace it. I inspected around the windshield and found a small thumb size amount of rust. This vehicle has been in NM and southern CO it s entire existence, minimal rust. Waste of my time and resources trying to deal with these people. The Techs are lazy and don t want to actually work and have poor customer service skills.Service: Installation

Great work as always. . Having issues with New windshield rattling, needed/wanted to talk to a real person. No matter what option you pick the automated line will just hang up after telling you to go to website. How lazy we all have becomeOther then that, they always do great work. Things can't be perfect everytime which is why I know they will fix it right away.Also over herd a agent tell a customer that they did not need new windshield wipers after someone said she needed them. Love the honesty.

Though they hang a Safelite sign, listed on goggle as a Safelite location, listed on Safelite s web site they choose NOT to be held to Safelites before 2:00PM WALK-IN policy? After the (877) Safelite operator instructed me to walk in and driving 25 miles to this location I was greeted with an ABSOLUTE NO! Appointment only policy PERIOD!!! And not so much in a friendly way.

Not impressed. I called a national agent who referred me to this location on Coors. The office itself is hard to find and it needs better signs for customers to follow. The gentleman in the back seemed to be finishing up his food when I came in, there was nobody at the front desk. I came to see if they could fix something on my windshield molding, but instead was told they would have to replace the whole glass w/s. I went to Autozone and found glue to make it work, but with all of Safelites resources and tools I just couldn't believe nothing was able to be done for this minor repair. Thanks a lot
