Service was a little slow. Staff is super friendly. Good inventory on hand. If they don't carry the parts you're looking for, they will get them ordered.What I needed repaired the price was fair.Thank you, for getting me out ripping again!

Took about 2 months to place a belt .new tires. A shock. Continue to have problems with the unit stalling. Problem not fixed. Shameful repaires.owner Mike stated to me they don't have a place to drive the unit.mike then how can you say it's fixed.3 thousand miles only. Also the roof is leaking again

I wanted a Bike looked up online. They sold it, no problem I get it. Called and spoke to the daughter of owner (sales rep) and she said they had another one in crate. Asked her if I could put money down to save so I can drive three hours again and pick up. She said no it's fine it will be here getting built. Call back to confirm befor I drive and she said it sold, and now have to wait up to 2 months. I find that extremely! ,unprofessional and will be taking my buisness to someone who cares about their customers and reaches out to them.

Excellent and very personal service. Mike and Kallie and the rest of the crew made our purchase easy...great customer service and follow through. It was great doing business locally. They made sure we found the right machine for what we needed, and guided us through the process. Soooo glad we stopped in!

bought a 2020 XP1000-4thank you Mike (Rosedale owner) for talking me into the 4 seater and the 1000 model as opposed to the 900 model. we couldn't be happier with our new toy. and i do have 4 people with me more than 50% of the time. you were right !!!

They delivered my brand new $38,000 turbo R with an empty gas tank. They also sold me the wrong oil change kit for my 2023 Turbo R. They sold me a kit for the older 2021 and older versions Shorting me .5 quarts of oil. I don t recommend getting an oil change or oil change kit here. Luckily I found the error that they sold me the wrong kit in time before I changed my oil in my 2023 RZR Turbo R.

If I could give a negative star I definitely would! 1 month of our machine sitting in there shop the overworked mechanic assumed a new clutch was needed instead of doing further testing. So after taking an entire month to install a clutch and a drive belt and $1100 later it's worse than before. We were then told they couldn't fix our problem!!!??? And refused any kind of refund! By the owner himself! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone we are out money with bigger problems and they could care less. Horrible customer service! And just FYI they have one mechanic to run a extremely busy shop! They must not know how to fix anything.

Was looking at a Pro Xp on sale in Arizona. Before making the drive I called and got a quote over the phone and realized the fees were Extremely low compared to the dealership in Arizona. I saved nearly 4K in fees that I would have never seen if I resell the machine. Amazing service and I saved money and a 14 hour drive. Would highly recommend.

Great service and staff. Will recommend them to my friends. I had my snow mobile serviced and picked up today. Will be snowmobiling in the next few days and will follow up with the repairs/ maintenance performance. I found and noted that 2 gease fittings we're missed as part of the maintenance. But the tech greased them before I left.

I went in to buy oil for my RZR. I could have picked up the oil off the shelf myself but an associate without hesitation assisted. The associate was able answer questions regarding tire size change and clutching. Excellent customer service.

They will be quick to take your money but when you need repairs good luck getting in for a repair. I purchased a slingshot from them and I called to get a check engine light and the repair man said it would take ONE MONTH to get it checked....smh many other issues as well. I will leave it at that.

This was my first time visiting Rosedale Motorsports' service department and I was very impressed with their excellent service. They went out of their way to help me save a lot money on my repair by getting Polaris warranty to cover the cost. Anywhere else wanted to charge me $600. I highly recommend these guys. I will be coming back for sure.

Went here to get my victory vision belt serviced. Very helpful staff and the tech that worked on my motorcycle knows what hes doing. This will be my vic store starting now even if its 5 hours away. Its worth the travel.

Mike (owner) is very knowledgeable about all his products, and services. Makes great recommendations. Many add on parts for all models. Good service department, always helpful when asking about products or services for my RZR.

AMAZING! Quick, simple, easy, no-haggling! Literally in and out in 2 hours and most of that was my fault! Could've been done in 30 minutes! Go see Mike and the whole team! Theyll save you $$$ and give you GREAT service!

Very poor customer service, I had a very difficult experience recently. The staff is unorganized and lazy and everyone says something different when you ask questions, they also double charged me and my order wasn t even correct cause once again no organization. The staff needs communication between one another or better managing. I will not be going through this company any longer

The service department is awesome and helpful to all customers current and future! I have a Yamaha and was told that Rosendale did not work on Yamaha but they would try and answer the repair question that I had. The Mechanic did not have to stay on the phone to help me being that my ATV was not a Polaris, but he did. THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF GREAT SERVICE! My next ATV will be purchased from here, purely for the service aspect.

Had my bike for 1 year and would never return my calls. Got bike back and could clearly tell that the bike was left in the sun the entire time. They don't care about the bikes anymore. Sad

Horrible experience !! Would not recommend buying or taking UTV/ATV in for service. I took my machine in for a rattle in motor the mechanic said it needed new clutch drive belt air filter, motor is fine ran sea foam in it. I waited patiently for a month to get my RZR back first time I took it out with wife and kids we broke down had to be towed back 6 miles back to camp!I brought it back to Rosdale Polaris, mechanic ran compression test and said I had blow motor. After getting charged 1,006.80 for clutch, drive belt it was the motor to begin with which I originally took it in for. I asked for a refund, partial refund something considering what had happened Mike said (I CAN'T HELP YOU OUT) . I'm discussed with Rosedale this is after my father in law has purchased 3 side by side from them no budge. Buyer, service BEWARE go else this guys are just in it for themselves.Mechanic also released information to potential buyer about my machine without my consent thanks Dan. Below 1 star .

I took my 2004 cages there to replace back tire and fix whatever it needed to run .two weeks went by so I called they said it was the fuel pump and that it was discontinued. So I gave them another week to try and find the part . I called they haven't even looked for it yet. So I told them just to mount the tire . And I'll pick it up. Took it home . Come to find out from 2002 to 2020 all victory bikes take the same fuel pump so I ordered it and installed it . The guys there were to lazy to do there dam job . Plus there over priced. I'll never go there again!

I have called 3 times in 3 weeks trying to get a out the door price on a new RS1, each time the employee gets my information and says that they will call me back within a day or two and I never hear back from them. I guess they don't want or need my business.

On trip from Texas my Polaris fuel pump went out and was calling around Danny and his manager was more then helpful and gave me the correct part number and was more helpful then any other dealer I called... would love to deal with again!!!

The sales man was horrible. ( big guy with shaky hands) I could tell he could care less about talking with me. Maybe it was because I'm femal, or maybe it's because he didn't think I was serious but he was so rude. I don't know how this place stays in business with a sales person like that. I guess I spend my 30k elsewhere.

We purchased a Polaris RZR from Rosedale, the purchasing process was quick and easy. Later we took our Polaris RZR in for repairs due to a 100 percent my fault accident. Due to the current global events, it took some time to get the machine repaired. I totally understand that. Were the problems begin is when picking up the machine. It was very apparent that the RZR has stayed outside in the weather the entire time. The top was new before and now is weathered and faded. After getting the machine home, I was looking over the repairs and found several extremely concerning errors. They had forgotten to bolt the lower sway bar end link. The bolt and hardware were not in place at all. The lower tie rod was not tightened at all and could be loosened by hand. I am glad we found these errors. Should the tie rod come undone while in operation someone may have been serious hurt.
