I ve known the owner for 15+ years and he has always done the most amazing job!!If you want the job done right than buy from RIO GRANDE TIRES!! If you want the best you don t go to the rest!!!I have purchased tires for 5 of my own cars as well as he handled my commercial vehicle needs!!!

These guys were awesome! I took my car in to get a patch on my tire. They checked the tire and couldn t find anything, filled it with air, and sent me on my way at no charge. Amazing service if my car ever needs any kind of tire work, I ll definitely bring it here!

The owner is extremely polite and helpful. Always willing to go up and beyond to make sure You leave satisfied. If what you need is not available He makes sure to do what he can to get it. Thanks for always doing more than expected to take care of your customers.

Nefty and his crew are amazing!!! We blew a tire south of Raton pass with a car full of luggage and kids and they were the only shop within 150 miles or more that not only had our tires, but stayed late to make sure our family could get back on the road to make it home for the holidays!!! They were kind, efficient, super fair with pricing and they had the new sensor we needed. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!! Traveling or not. These guys are legit. Happy holidays to our road trip saviors

The best service by great people! I had a stripped lug and wheels that needed to be balanced. They fixed me right up for a really fair price. I highly recommend this shop!

Got a roof nail in my tire the night before. Went in 40min after they opened. Was in and out in 10min. Tire has held air and no signs of losing air since. Thank you Rip Grande Tires. I'll forever come to you for tires

There's a reason why they have so many 5 star reviews. Went in today for the first time and was treating with so much respect. These guys are amazing and super friendly. It took them less than 10 seconds to help me out. I highly recommend going here over anywhere else and they've truly earned my business!

Best tire shop. Me and my wife had a flat tire and they helped us change it quickly and get us back on the road. Friendly people and very affordable. Can't go wrong with this place. Thanks so much!

Nefty is an amazing New Mexico local business owner. He prioritizes his customers time and makes customers feel welcome. Prices are great, and in a world where most value squeezing as much money out of their customers as possible, Nefty values quality customer service.. he deserves every single star I m giving him.

Craziest Monday ever and in the middle of everything my tire goes flat . After unsuccessfully going to three gas stations to put air I see this random tire shop and stop they tell me where to park and I park I get down and remember I don t have cash so I ask will they take my card well my luck the machine is broken I begin to reverse to go get cash and they stop me he says where are you going? I tell him I need cash and he says you can t drive on that tire you can come back and pay later but you can t drive on that tire he fixes the tire for me and say to have a great day no charge . This made my Monday all better I will definitely be back for my new tires!!!! I love and appreciate the honesty and especially the concern Thank you do much for blessing me on this crazy Monday

My coworkers recommended this place to me, I had a huge nail in my tire and they fixed it within 20 mins, more then agreeable cost. Super nice to me and even gave me advice on do's and don'ts.For anything tire related these are your guys.

Great service, honest, and reasonable prices! Came in for personal vehicle and for work vehicle and never had any issues and will definitely do business again... They're not like discount tire or other big named tire companies that will try to make you buy a new tire when you don't have to...So many times I've got a nail and taken to discount tire or other similar big named tire stores and they will say it can't be fixed and try to sell you a new tire, but Rio Grande Tires won't do that and will be honest...A+

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. These men are INCREDIBLE!!! I went in to get a tire patched. They took my tire right away and I was in and out in less than 1 hour, cost $10 to patch a tire. This business also honors and support our military and Veterans. I would HIGHLY recommend Rio Grande Tires if you are in the Albuquerque area for all of your tire needs. Thank you David for helping me out, you were incredible.

Awesome customer service from employees all the way to management.Or should say all the way to the owner.HONEST is the biggest thing I felt ..as a customer if all you guys or woman want to feel what i mean take your business there on your tire needs they also work on your car..I will confidently send my wife there and. Not get worried about shop taking advantage...ASK FOR ... MR NETO

After noticing that the air nozzle on my tire was cracked and making my tire flatten, I took my car to Rio Grande Tires. The owner, Nefty Molina, let my husband know how many cars were ahead of ours, how long it would be, and let us know when we should return. We arrived at the specified time and Mr. Molina took care of us himself. He was friendly, fast, and honest. We were in and out with a fixed tire in no time and we will recommend the shop to anyone with tire needs. Thank you, Nefty!

These guys rock. Extremely friendly, amazing service and dependable. Came on a Sunday and was amazed they were open.They had the 14" tires I was looking for and the tires were in great condition. It was a good deal too. They changed both my rear tires within 30 minutes of me being there. Highly recommended!

I had to write a review for this shop yesterday on 7/27/20 I woke up to a flat tire. I was rushing and also very frustrated because I was already running late for work. I pulled into this tire shop which was just opening the guy looked at the tire took it off and plugged it for me in a very quick manner. When I asked how much I owed him he told me nothing and told me to get to work safely. This shop is beyond amazing you don t find people like this gentlemen in the world very often. I want to thank you so much and I will be back for any of my tire needs. He has earned a loyal customer for life. Thanks again! You saved my day yesterday and your kindness really means a lot because my morning started off horrible.

I walked in and told them I had a flat tire and didn t know if it could be repaired. They said pull it up and let s take a look. They got straight to work and I was out of there in 30 minutes. I m sure they can t always offer that immediate service if they re busy but they were fast and kind and the price was the best part. And they throw a customer appreciation event with free jumpy houses for kids and free food. This is just an honest hardworking shop. I ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I readed the reviews and saw the ratings on Yelp.Very honest and quick serves. Nifty that's his name gave me a written quote. I told him I would be in a week later, call him that morning and made an appointment with no waiting. Five stars to Rio Grand Tires

Awesome! I've had to go a few times for nails or screws in my tires. The very first time I went there, I told them that I had just come from a dealership (getting an oil change), and that I was told that I had a nail in my tire and it was in such a place that it could not be repaired, and had to be replaced... for a total of $200, smh. Rio Grande Tires inspected the tire and said that it could be repaired... and of course for a fraction of the cost of a new tire! One of the times that I had a slow leak in a tire, I assumed it was another nail--it was actually a scrape on the side of my tire, from scraping the curb. The owner showed me exactly what was going on with the tire and even put something on it to demonstrate how air was escaping from that spot. They were able to find me a used tire that was reasonably priced. All work that I've had done there has been great-- dependable and reliable. Rio Grande Tires is honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

I've never got a vehicle fix there but I have taken my bike to have the tires aired up. The owner is super friendly & all around a great guy. He even saved my phone for me when I left it at the Bus stop! Such a great person.

These guys are fair, honest and by far the best tire shop in Albuquerque. I got two tires 80% tread installed balance, a flat repair and all 4 valve stems replaced with upgraded valves out the door for $75 dollars!!! I recommend them to everyone...

I would recommend this tire shop to everyone. I took a flat tire here for repairs. Didn t try to sell me 4 new tires like most places do when I go in to have a flat tire repaired. But definitely where I m going if I ever need new tires. Checked and filled all my tires after fixing my flat and replaced my missing valve stem cap. Quick, professional, and polite. Thank you!
