I recently had a car stolen and abandoned. Rick's Towing was called by APD to pick it up. Nate was easy to work with and very helpful.Can confirm that it's a cash business, just a head's up to new costumers.

Had a great experience. Super friendly but professional Cuban man he picked up my car in the other side of town on his flat bed tow truck on a Friday during rush hr and had it safely parked in front of my home. Will definitely use him again.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I was stuck on the freeway (I40) twice and got awesome service very quickly and efficiently! Would recommend this company very highly. Don't hesitate to call when your car breaks down and you need to be towed. Seems to also be a more economical towing company than many here in town. I have used them on more than one occasion and would never call anyone else and pay a higher price to be towed here in town. It's worth the wait for their service.

Absolute garbage excuse of a "business" every time I've been forced into doing business with these children, I've hated every second of it. He frequently damages customer vehicles & then refuses to take responsibility, as well as being more unnecessarily hostile than my ex wife. All in all, I'd rather pull my vehicle with rope across the entire city than do business with these scammers.

Rick towing was one of the only companies to answer when I called for an emergency tow. Even though Rick Towing was not able to help I was immediately connected to a driver that was available. Great customer service and a fair price for an emergency tow.

Rick's Towing was great! fast and caring service. Car broke down, it was late at night had my 4 yr. old granddaughter and son with me. Called Rick's Towing and they were there in no time, did not have to take the risk of having my car towed away for good from leaving it there. Called because someone parked in front of our driveway and blocked us in. I was told "someone will be right there". An hour rolled by and I called again to check in. I was told "He's on his way." And before I could ask for an ETA, I was hung up on. Another 35 minutes rolled by with no call, as I kept (in the rain) people from parking in the spot the tow truck would need to pull the car away. Finally, the owner of the car showed up and drove off. Never heard back from the business.

Started calling this number on friday where he said he would be by in a few hours to get a car. Never showed called again today on sunday he was in church would call me back i called 3 hours later he answered and hung up on me. Bad buisness practice.

rick towed my car illegally from my apartment while I slept. he told the police it was a repo he did this under the instruction of my psyco neighbor not the landlord. he told me it was illegally parked then he gave the car back free of charge but guess what the front end is all damaged the steering is messed up now and the rear of the car was all scratched up bad. very bad tow driver

Wasn t the most punctual, but was worth the wait 100%. He showed up an hour and a half late but was extremely nice and apologetic only charged 60$

If could give no stars I would the wet back, he sent to Tow my vehicle illegally out of my driveway broke my steering column and whatever keys they used never came back with my car the main problem I have is I'm the only person with copies of keys to my car so what did they use to break my steering column the other problem I have is I never authorized them to touch my vehicle in the first place.

Kept ignoring our inquiries. Said he was on his way never showed up. When called he wouldn't answer and when he did he just hung up. Very unprofessional.

Called to get a tow today. Was told o would get a call. Waited an hour and called back with no answer. Called Macy's towing and they were there in 15 minutes
