Amazing service friendly and honest!!! I spoken with Rick last Thursday about fixing my knock sensor he gave me one of the best prices around the city also he fix the engine mount truck door and back brakes Monday morning it is time to drop it off he open at 8but had to drop it off before 8 am he was there he didn't even charge for a diagnostic he price me parts and labor. He didn't try to over charge me. He is honest he gave me a price call me back and charge less he explain his previous quote was wrong which save me $100 I am thankful and so is my aunt lol he has made her Christmas gift list thank you rick for being a honest mechanic you have won my business Anyone who needs their car service check out Rick auto repair he is honest and will get the job done the same day !!!!!! Ricardo saved me a ton of money!!. My heater works now for the winter mornings. I dropped my car at 9am and was called to pick it up at 12 noon. I'll definitely keep his number for any repairs I can't do myself. Thanks, Ricardo!!

We did not have our vehicle serviced here HOWEVER, Ricardo answered our call and spent 15 minutes on the phone with us troubleshooting our check engine light, while we were on the road into ABQ on day 3 of our cross country move! He offered to let us stop in and have the coolant checked and topped off for free and gave us a lot of great information. Thank you SO MUCH for the great service and your time and help!

My family has been taking our cars to Rick's Auto Repair for longer than I've been alive. We appreciate how friendly they always are, plus we can always count on them to be honest, reasonable, and fair. It's a small shop so certain things may take a little longer than at some other places, but I never have to worry that I'm being duped or paying more than I should for the services I'm requesting. I am proud to recommend Rick's to any friend of mine, and have done so on multiple occasions in the past!

Repeat Customer!Took my 2003 BMW 325i to Rick s a few years ago for a new radiator. No hassle. They finished faster than expected and under budget. What mechanic does that?? NONE but Rick s. Quality workmanship.Went back today for them to do some work on my 2008 Mercury Milan. Again, great price and reliable work.HIGHLY recommend these guys. Local business that treats their customers well. If you need work done on your vehicle, go here and you won t get the runaround like you would at one of the franchise repair shops.

They were very friendly and did a fantastic job on my car. I accidentally bought the wrong part they got me the correct part with zero hassle. The pricing was very very fair for a job well done. I will definitely be back to have more work done on my car. If you need a mechanic that isn t trying to bamboozle you these are your guys. I highly recommend them! Thanks again for solving my leak

While Rick did not have the needed machine to replace the Freon in our AC system (2019 Honda) due to a bad compressor his technician identified the problem immediately and gave us very helpful information to the common issues that occur with the issue we had. We ultimately were still under warranty and were able to have the dealership perform the repair but the information from Ricks was spot on.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Rick is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met! My friend recommended him. I had another mechanic try to do scare tactics and did unnecessary services I refused and requested. Rick restored my faith that there are still good people out here! Go to Rick's Auto Repair! He's amazing !

We had a check engine light on which prevented us from getting an emissions test done. Rick suggested we clear the light and drive for a bit before spending money to fix what it was saying was wrong (which was not something that was damaging to our car). Our light never came back on and we passed our test. I m very thankful for his honesty, he could have easily taken advantage of us in that situation. We will be back should we need a mechanic in the future!

Beware of this mechanic. Rick installed a part incorrectly which almost ruined my transmission. When I told him about it he denied any error on his part. I am having to fight to get my money back. Plus the shop is a dump.Reply to response: The part was not defective, it is on the car now. The problem was Rick dropped the seal for the solenoid on the splash guard so it had no seal. When I found the seal I installed it CORRECTLY and it has been working fine ever since. The labor is the true issue here.BTW-Rick fought the refund so basically I paid him $60 for nothing. So again, beware of this mechanic.

Before coming here I took my car to another mechanic where they were charging me $600, but here they charged me less $60, and my car came out working perfectly. I definitely recommend them, they're honest and hardworking. You won't regret coming to them.

It was my first car couple of things were wrong with it took it here since I saw many great reviews. I didn't think I was going to get charged a lot since it was a locally owned shop. After he "fixed" it the first time and charged me $362 but I noticed it still was not running great. I called him and he said for me to bring it back. It turns out that some part was broken and needed replacement in the car that he and his son hadn't seen the first time they checked out the car. He ended charging me around $250 more. It was insane and rip off. Please make sure your not being scammed if you decide to go here.

I know I am biased since Rick is my father-in-law, but I have been taking my cars to him for the past 15 years. He not only kept my Honda Civic going like it was new, but he is now doing the same with my Chevy Cobalt. He is honest and fair to his customers. He is able to diagnose problems that many shops cannot fix. Rick has many years experience especially with Honda's but he works on just about anything. If you want to be treated like a customer, not a number, take your car to Rick's Auto Repair!

Rick is the best mechanic in town!!! He is honest and has integrity! He is educated in his craft and has always pinpointed the direct problem with no excuses or up-sales, just truth and solutions! You would be ridiculous if you did not consult with Rick!!

Absolutely awesome and a life saver.... My family and I were on our way from Missouri to California and blew the oil cooler hose... Rick said he will for it in and had it done and oil change in just a couple hours and see a more than reasonable price..... Thank you guys!

Great service. Had to have both front wheel bearings replaced while I was in from out of town. Dropped off my truck at 9:30 on a Friday morning they diagnosed it and had it repaired by 5 pm.

I couldn't ask for better. They were fast, courteous, and fixed the problem. They didn't fix other things unasked for like other mechanics in the past. They didn't over charge me, like other mechanics in the past. They didn't take a week to do a few hour job, like other mechanics in the past. They fixed just the problem, did a great job, charged a fair price and were kind and professional. I wish they were in charge of our medical care system.
