This is a family owned business with a good selection of very clean cars at reasonable prices. Everyone I encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful but not in your face. Cash buyers have the option to have them do the registration there also which is super convenient! Thank you Mu�iz family!!!

I purchased two great vehicles from Richie & Janette. I purchased a Toyota Highlander and a BMW X5 at low mileage and affordable price. Their customer service was outstanding as well as their patience and honesty. When I hear someone is in search of an affordable and reliable vehicle, I refer them to this wonderful dealership. Alondra & Cassandra are also part of this team and they are kind and respectful and get things done in a timely manner.I can say I will continue to purchase vehicles from here and trust them 100% of the way. Went to go see a car and we made a deal and he said to go pick it up today Morning because he was going to change the brakes and the oil but i call them first thing in the morning and they told me they sold it. I took it as if they were makign fun of me. I would not trust this company. I do not know why they do not close these types of companies.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. From the moment I started messaging to inquire to the moment I picked up the vehicle, outstanding service. No pressure or shadiness, just genuinely friendly people who go out of their way to be helpful and kind and to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Richi, Janette, and their daughters divan outstanding job. The car itself is perfect for me and the price was fair. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service, Richi and Janette are so helpful, professional, and genuine in taking care of their customers and their business. If you want a dealership that won t screw you over, this local family place dealership is the place for you. They answer all your questions and they responds quickly through email and call. The car we purchased is also in great condition, we seriously love it!!

I recently bought 2007 Pontiac G6. I love this car. The car is in great condition; clean, the engine is powerful, etc. This family (seller) is very kind. I also liked their honesty. Days after purchasing the car, I found a minor issue with the car so I contacted the seller and they were very quick to assist. I took the car back to them for fixing and they borrowed me one of their cars so that I use it as mine gets fixed. Just amazing! If you looking for a great car and you also want to have a peace of mind when buying a used car, I highly recommend this family.

Please take your money somewhere else. This guy sold me a vehicle with a major engine issue that came up months later when I took the car to get it fix at my own expense. The shop told me that someone had welded all the manifold and turbo together and now was $2500+ to fix. I reached out to the BBB and Richie lied to them stating he paid me for those issues. Lied. I can admit he did reimburse me for an unrelated issue after I paid for parts my self, but he lied to them to get away with this issue. He for sure knw what he was selling me. Is sad he doesn't have the guts to admit it. All im asking is to help me fix it.Richi continues to lie to people even on his reply, I paid for parts with my own money. Then you agreed to reimburse me. And it was not for cosmetic parts it was the suspension. Liar. Stay away from this place.

Richi and Janette are honest, friendly, hard working small-business owners who do everything they can to satisfy their customers! I had been looking for a used Outback for months. Richi let me know the car I wanted needed struts and he would replace them as soon as possible. They allowed me to drive it home on Friday afternoon with a down payment and a letter from my bank while the paperwork was finalized. Monday they had the struts in and gave me a loaner while they fixed my Outback. It was ready to go by the next day! I would recommend Richi's to ANYONE looking for a solid used car at a reasonable price. They are NO PRESSURE sales people who want to make their customers happy. After this experience, I can't imagine taking my business anywhere else!

Just wanted to say that my experience was outstanding. Never felt pressure. They made me feel like part of the family. Was easy to talk with. Gave me a good deal on my trade in. My truck was at a good price for me to Finance. Not over budget. I'm sure I will go back for my next one.

The owners made my car buying experience a breeze. They have such a wide variety of cars to fit with any price range you have. My car that I purchased has been so reliable, I m beyond pleased with it. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well.

Absolutely fabulous! I bought a used Elantra earlier this year and it was a great buying experience. They are a super friendly and personable family & were very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. I went back when I realized one of the small tail lights were out and they happily replaced it for me and helped me get my license plate on. Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend!

I did not have a good experience. Richi is not a man of integrity or honesty or a person of his word. He is not one to be trusted since he lied to me and reneged on the price of a car he had agreed to sell to me just so he could make a bigger profit even after I took my time to go to the bank and get the money for the car he said he could not sell me the car. He just wasted my time and would recommend to anyone not to waste their time with this dealership. Bad experience!!

Richi sold my family and I a car that he said had new brakes all around and was in good shape; mentioned it was just checked as well. Have had the car about 3 months and noticed the brake rotors had rust on them. Upon taking the car in we were told the rear brake cylinders had leaks, we would need to replace the cylinders, drums and shoes. The front breaks also brought us even more problems, now we re looking at a $2500 repair. One last thing we were told we needed to service the battery, wiper blades and get an alignment.

Richie made our car buying experience beyond our expectations! You never how things will go or how the vehicle will work out l, especially when buying used cars and not from big name dealers. He was honest and upfront and met all our needs to make sure that what we were buying was fair and reliable! My wife LOvES her 2011 Lexus Hybrid 250h. Highly recommend buying from Richies Auto WholeSale! Thank you again!

He sales lemons. Save yourself, do not buy a vehicle at Richi's Auto. To fix the car to drive it cost me more then the car costed and more then the blue book value. Looks nice on the outside and drives nice for the test drive. 6 months with the car and it started falling apart. He fixes the cars just enough to trick the buyer. One year later and I am looking for another car. Shady car dealer.

Richi and Jannette truly honest and fair people. We made a deal on a RAV 4. Going home the car stopped running. Richi picked us up, gave us a loaner car while the mechanic figured things out. Unfortunately the engine was blown. He found us a replacement that is great. A super family business.

I went into Richi car dealer on June 29th 2019 for a test drive on the 2012 Lexus RX350 SUV and walked out with a great deal and lexus for my wife. Richi and Jannete made the whole car buying experience with RichIi's auto was hassle free and stress free, it really did not feel like car shopping at all. I highly recommend Richi's auto dealer to anyone who is looking for a great selection of pre-owned vehicles, friendly family oriented and hassle free buying experience. This was the first time I ever bought a car from a used car dealer. You hear such bad things but the stories are not true at this place. I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a car from this guy 6 months ago and literally having to drop 3,000+ to fix radiator and body that was held up by duck tape! Was never notified that the car was in a car accident, wouldn t recommend buying from them, if you do make sure to check the car extra for any damages!P.s. They say they don t have records of me buying from them, but trust me I ll put his whole company on blast! STOP BEING CHEAP AND SCREWING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY ! RICHI S AUTO WHOLESALE IS NOT A PLACE TO BUY A CAR!

f you re looking for a new car, I most definitely recommend Richi's Auto Wholesale! They made the whole process super easy, they re awesome people to work with and the BEST part was I didn t have to go to the MVD to register it, they did it all there!
