Omar was just awesome! Made sure my vehicle was taken care of 100% and that I had a lyft home and back to get my vehicle.I love Reliable Nissan.I have purchased a few new cars in the past and Reliable is the ONLY place that has great service after the sale.

Customer service at the point of sale was amazing, we got a good car but after buying our vehicle that is where it all ended. My husband and I struggled to contact dealership with any questions or concerns and routine maintenance. Went only for an oil change and waited over 2 hours the 1st time and the 2nd time 2hrs and 21 minutes (yup the timed it the 2nd time just to see if they would keep to their word of 1 1/2 hour) when they said it would take 1 1/2 hours. I also saw a service man raise his voice at 2 separate customers while I was there. One was an older couple, that was disheartening to see because in my culture we respect our elders. Both customers had no reason to be yelled at.

Worst service ever. Brought in my Armada to have tailgate and drivers seat worked on. 3 hours worth of work. They had the car for 5 days, and dealt mostly with my husband. When I came in with him to pick it up, there were several problems. Chris (service desk guy) literally ignored me when i spoke to him, turned and walked away from me. He was so rude. Go somewhere else.Also... I always leave a dollar in the car to see it it returns with the car, or stays with the people fixing it. My dollar did not return. Watch your belongings if they have your vehicle!Service: Vehicle Inspection

When you drop your car off for an appointment, just know that you won t be serviced at that appointment time. Dropped my car off at 12 just to check why the check engine light was on, came by when they were closing because it s impossible to get a hold of them on the phone, and they still had not looked at it. It s the next day and I still do not have my car and cannot get a hold of anyone, so I will have to go down there again to check. It s very unprofessional how they treat their customers and expect them to just wait and deal with it. All I needed was for them to look at the car at the specified time they gave me and they can t even do that. Oh, and I have a warranty I purchased from Reliable Nissan when I bought the car which I paid about $4000 for and they are doing this to me. I am very frustrated.

I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is shopping for or even thinking about buying a new or used vehicle. Raymond Sanchez helped so much that hall we had to do was sign. He answered all of our questions and gave us more info then we expected. His professionalism is without a doubt the best you can ask for. Thank you so much to reliable Nissan for helping us with purchasing our new vehicle. Thank you Raymond Sanchez for getting rid of the headaches and making everything so easy. Just bought my new 2014 Ford Fusion from reliable. Kenneth and Jessie have been helping me out over the past month or so get the car. It was a pleasant experience and they both worked their backs off on making sure I get the loan at a workable rate. I really appreciate both of them and will most likely get another car from them later down the line.

Too expensive $159 for diagnostic only total is almost $200 because the $159 includes "shop supplies".

We had amazing service at the reliable Nissan. We love Cynthia Heldreth she was very professional and definitely helped with our needs. Our brand new Nissan Sentra is an amazing car we love it. I wasn't expecting to be treated so nicely at reliable nissan. everyone knew what they were talking about which is great because I'm not too knowledgeable on cars. my husband was at work so it was perfect. one worker was so nice and full of energy. it was so cute. her name was Raven. Lovely girl. She helped me look at a pathfinder cause I told her that i'm working starting a family. pointed me to the right direction. definitely considering working with her on my next purchase.

I went to reliable Nissan and saw Raven Mattson. She was extremely helpful in trying to get me into the brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue. Raven took the time to show me all of the different trim levels of this vehicle. My heart is set on waiting for the 21 Platinum edition with pearl white exterior and Charcoal leather interior. I will definitely be back to see her because Raven s customer service was superb along with everyone else that works at Reliable Nissan.

I went to Reliable Nissan to trade in my old car because I wanted something nice and also dependable. My salesman was Seann Carey and he was great. Chipper, friendly, and eager to help me get into a car that was right for me and my son... A 2016 Nissan Altima in a beautiful mocha brown! I had the pleasure of working with a sales women by the name of Raven. Her professionalism and customer service is unmatched by anyone I ve ever had the chance to do business with. I m grateful to have worked with her to get my new 2020 Maxima and I can honestly say I won t have a single problem, based on raven paying attention to every detail. Furthermore, her knowledge on the car was amazing. I left with zero questions, a smile on my face and a feeling of respect.

The new girl with the purple hair needs more training. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change, nobody came to tell me while they were working on my car that I needed my air and cabin filter changed. This could of been done while I was getting the oil changed I don't have 2 hours to come back for something they could of fixed while I was there. The girl gave me my keys and told me my car was ready and when I got in my car, the dirty paper was on the floor and plastic was still on my seat. They absolutely wasted my time because now I have to go somewhere else to get my car finished. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and this was the absolute worst service EVER. I won't be back.Service: Oil change

Excellent work. I had a list of things to work on, made an appointment about a week in advance. They were done in about 3 hours. Oil, filter, general checks, 2 new tires, rotation and balancing, transmission fluid replacement. Nicholas is great, detailed, and communicative. He really makes you feels like he cares about your Nissan.

I went to Reliable Nissan to see the new Rogues. I was helped by Delia Elfers who was professional and very knowledgeable about the cars. She informed me about all the new updates and showed me how to work everything in the car and did it all without pressuring me to buy. I would recommend Reliable Nissan, and Delia Elfers, to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle.

All of the staff is friendly. One individual particularly went above and beyond for me while I was shopping around, getting a car for my daughter. Her name was Raven. Even though I didn't purchase a car that day I feel comfortable to head back to reliable when I do make a decision.

Today 06/11/2021 we came in to reliable Nissan miss Cynthia Heldreth got us all set up for a test drive , snd within two hours we were the excited drivers of a Cadillac ELR!!!! She s straight forward honest and friendly. This is by far the fastest experience we ve ever had here thank you.

What a experience I had with Raymond Sanchez .It took some time .He informed me that I will be walking out the dealership with a car.He wasn t lying and I just want to say thank you .For being so attentive to all my needs and making this experience was everything I needed .I give this place five star because you can tell they care about the people.Thanks again Raymond,When I gave up hope and been to 6 different dealerships .You reminded to not give up hope.

I bought a frontier a couple of months ago but what i really wanted was a titan so after driving it for a while i decided to go in and trade it in, to my surprise the deal worked and so i am driving a titan and i am very happy, thanks to the team at reliable nissan especially abdul kebe.
